Called Terra energy to resolve an issue with my Solar/PV solution where the battery wasn't charging. They answered quickly and understood what was needed over the phone (very very helpful lady). They had an engineer on site the same day who resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, couldn't ask for a better service!! Many Thanks

I’ve had the panels for the past two years when I signed the contract. It was before the holidays so it took a while to get the permits done and also the HOA approval, but it was installed in January. I signed the contract in November….. I was tired of FPL‘s not having a stable amount every month for a single mom with two kids I needed stability… so I took a chance with my eyes closed, signed the contract and I said here we go no one else at the time had the solar panels from Tarra only the administrative office in the association where I live

Terra Energy Solutions responded very quickly to CheckaTrade request and were able to get an engineer Adem out to me first thing the next morning. Adem arrived on time and quickly checked and resolved my issue, including additional work quickly and efficiently. The cost was very competitive, will definitely use Terra Energy Solutions again.

We used Terra Energy Solutions to conduct an EICR of a property we are purchasing, and to quote for some electric heaters and solar. They were very professional throughout, completed the job as described and produced the report the same day. Would highly recommend.

I’d highly recommend Terra Energy Solutions. We thoroughly researched the benefits of solar energy and obtained quotes and advice from larger companies. Feeling disappointed with advice offered we then contacted Terra Energy after a friend’s recommendation. Liam, managing director advised us and used a drone to visually map a solar energy solution which was agreeable. A 17 panel system and battery was subsequently installed to our garages, the work took less than a week, was completed on time and to budget. Everyone involved was polite, courteous, worked hard and arrived on time. The system works well and as intended. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this small company who have remained in touch since the installation and given advice to ensure optimum utilisation of the system.

Recently had Terra Energy Solutions to install an EV Charger/Cable. Within 10 days of contacting them, Liam came over to carry out an on site survey, a quote was produced and after accepting, the team spent a day fitting the cable (Laith & Kyle were most polite and careful during the install) including underground trenching to a detached garage with new consumer unit etc. An all round great service at what I thought was a fair price for the quality of work. Do not hesitate to call these chaps for any electrical or energy works/solutions you require. Thanks Again.

I found Terra purely by chance when I need a new EICR for my rental. From the moment I phoned them up, they were real old fashioned, honest and upfront. No sales pitch/gimmicks just a lovely friendly lady who genuinely wanted to give me the best service possible. I loved the fact that she said that Terra was more expensive than some others and explained about some of the bad practices in the market. It was great to hear about their own quality assurance processes which I found really re-assuring. My certificate arrived today with a pass and no recommendations needed. I would really say, if you want quality and professionalism, you aren't going to find better!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Terra Energy Solutions for the installation of a 16-panel solar system on a very steep roof, along with two SigEnergy batteries, an inverter and gateway. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Liam was my first point of contact and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to accurately assess how many panels my roof could take and talked me through the different systems available. After I explained what I was hoping to get out of the setup, he gave his honest opinion on what would work best. I really appreciated that at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, it was all clear and straightforward advice. Jean and Dan then kept me updated throughout the process, from the G99 application to what panels were being installed and even practical things like when scaffolding would go up. Their communication made the whole process stress-free. The installation team, led by Adem with three apprentices, were brilliant. They arrived on time every day, explained what they would be doing, and worked incredibly hard despite some unpredictable weather and the challenges of a steep roof. They still managed to finish on schedule and the quality of the work is superb. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result and the way the whole project was handled. Terra Energy Solutions were professional, courteous and clearly take pride in their work. If you’re thinking about solar, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolute professionals from start to finish, the whole team were friendly and courteous. The team obviously have an eye for detail, and spent the time to adjust the panels so they would line up with the tiles on our slightly wonky roof. We're now set up with a 16-panel array + battery and everything is running smoothly.

I have just had solar panels and a battery fitted by Terra Energy solutions and I have been very impressed throughout. From Dan’s initial visit, discussing options, to the quote and throughout the install and follow up provision of all the documents needed to apply for a smart tariff with my provider everything has been very smooth. The team were friendly and professional and the attention to detail is fantastic, making sure that where possible cables are concealed and cleaning up at the end of each day. A pleasant experience with Terra Energy

Struggled to find a local Electrician interested in a small job and would be within my budget. This, my first experience with Terra Energy, was a pleasant one. Terra came out to me from quite a distance and assessed the job. Once quote was accepted they managed to fit me into their schedules within a few days. They came on the day we arranged and were on time despite all the flooding in the area. They supplied & installed a new shower light and earth bonded my gas meter for safety, which had been recommended by my gas engineer at the last boiler service. Liam who fronts the company was polite and courteous and listened to what I wanted before pricing me up. Matthew the electrician also polite and considerate did a neat and tidy installation, He was thoughtful of my carpets and cleaned up afterwards. Before he left I mentioned a future project I might be thinking of doing and together we discussed any issues which might arise. I am very pleased overall with this young company and would consider using them again in the future. Must not forget Aleksandra in the office who kept me up to speed with everything. Thanks guys a good job well done!

Excellent team - would highly recommend

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Just had solar panels and battery installed. Liam, Adam and Matt worked so hard - very good work ethic. Professional, respectful and friendly. Tidied up after themselves (always a plus) Dan was so quick to respond to any of our queries, we were never kept waiting for answers to our many questions. They installed good quality equipment at a reasonable price.

Car charger advice and install

Car charger advice and install - I took 4 quotes from 2 big suppliers and 2 local firms. Dan and his team were easily the most professional and at a very competitive price. The job was done cleanly and professionally including an upgrade to our fuse board all included. Safe and sound work. No hidden extras. I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed I actually asked to provide a review on this occasion. 5 stars without a doubt.

I have had 26 solar panels, batteries and an eddy for my hot water by Terra Energy. They were really nice chaps and very professional and neat workers.The equipment provided is top quality at a very reasonable price. I am absolutely delighted and would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again for other electrical work.
