Really happy with the work and service provided. Fitted my new boiler and thermostat. The guys were on time and very respectful of the property. The job was finished in a professional and timely fashion. Operating was fully explained, and follow up call was booked, for the builder to come and box in the pipework. I cannot fault anything and I'm very satisfied with the results. Thank you.

Wow what a team arrived on time the workman ship was amazing. Always friendly and helpful in every way. Very clean in their work. All as I can say if you want professional plumbers call them ill recommend them to anyone. Down side get your boiler changed in summer LOL that's on me great blokes cheers well done. Time taken to go from a old boiler with a tank to a combi 5 hours wow

Had a new boiler installed today by Danny, Ged & Will.i.am, absolutely fantastic lads, very polite, very efficient & thorough, cleaned up after themselves, double & triple checked everything before leaving, Jon-Paul (supervisor) came out to my property to check before the job was signed off again Jon-Paul was polite & very thoroughmaking sure i had everything was in order before he left, all round great company. Many thanks again lads 💯

We have just had a new boiler installed an from start to finish everything was good firstly we had Anthony the survey who talked us through the process in detail an answered any questions we had pn the day of the installation we had Raymond an Don who again told us exactly what they where doing. They were brilliant never stopped working an did a good job of cleaning up they left no mess at all we then had Paul who came to box the pipes on and again he was good an cleaned up after he had finished. I would highly recommend Rothwells pluming for any aspect of work they cover they have an amazing team working for them. I had to speak to Lynne a couple of times an she was always polite an dealt with whatever I was ringing for. From start to finish I couldn't fault anything!!!!!

Avoid at all cost had the airflow heating system installed. Never reaches desired temperature also hot water Luke warm at best. Electric bill more than trebled

They installed Daikin heating system in my property and heat pump is gone I asked them to provide me with part or service to resolve heating Daikin provide part only to installers. i have 2 young children on hot water and heating! thy refused to do anything. West customer Service I have ever come across.

Just had the team out to fit a solar / battery system on behalf of Eon, can’t fault there work, the lads where professional everything carried out safely clean and tidied up after works complete would recommend.

Avoid at all costs! My elderly mother used this company to have a new boiler fitted through the government scheme. Since the boiler has been fitted we have been plagued with problems through their lack of competence. Overflow pipe incorrectly fitted over the back door which resulted in pouring water turning to ice directly outside my mothers back doorway. Incorrect piping used in the loft resulting in a leak which ruined the bedroom ceiling. Faulty control panel fitted. The list goes on.... I'd also like to point out that if the company sees fit to reply to my review that we have all the problems documented and can supply proof. Thinking of a new boiler? Use a reputable company who CARE about the quality of workmanship that they provide.

The 3 guys who sorted a full heating system out did it in a day,a group of men who where professional and fitted my boiler in a day,these lads grafted I would definitely recommend Rothwell plumbing,thank you lads for a good service

If an employee of this company really doesn't care that he's happily chatting away on his mobile phone as he jumps a red light at Denton roundabout (saw it with my own eyes this morning) with the company name emblazoned on the side of his van, then I'm quite convinced that I wouldn't want to go anywhere near this company. Clue - talking on your phone while driving is illegal.

Recently used Rothwell Plumbing for a full heating system installation. They made the whole experience so easy, great customer services & great quality!! What more could I ask for, would definitely recommend & use again in the future! Thanks Again

Avoid at all cost. Installed Boiler as part of home eco grant and caused nothing but nightmares. Installed piping wrong leading to an obsessive run, put foot through living room ceiling, ripped smoke alarm from ceiling with screws attached and didn't even reinstall,broke family photos hid them, left father without hot water for a week, left 4 bricks out of the wall overnight during winter leading to my 60+ year old father being extremely cold, destroyed the joists due to cutting 3x past the building regs, even the boiler had been wired up using an old food processor plug. Honestly the worst company I've dealt with. Upon being forced back out by Eon the continued to again butcher their rectifying work. My disabled elderly father tried to contact Dave from the company to discuss the problems only to be told he was a liar and then what proceeded to be a personal attack insulting and mocking him. I can only presume that Dave being (ex military) uses this dull and lacklustre persona to give him self confidence in his life and talk to disabled elderly gentleman disgustingly. Eon finally sent out another firm and the experience was night and day. Do what I should of done and read these bad reviews and avoid this shambles outfit of bullies and insecure men. Editing in response to the reply. If these comments are inaccurate why did EON have to send out another team to complete the work and then give us compensation? The fact is we did try to speak to you but your company has disgusting behavior towards its elderly clients. The reviews on this page speak volumes of what a waste of space company this is.

New heating system installed by Rothwell Plumbing. They were recommended by our neighbours who experienced excellent service from them and they didn’t fail to meet our expectations. Workmen were hardworking, reliable, polite and respected our property. The company worked around us as we were completing a renovation, which was greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent and we felt valued as customers. We’d highly recommend this company!

I have only spoken to the proprietor once and he was very helpful, but I have not yet needed to call on their services. UPDATE: I since phoned them to arrange a gas boiler service and was promised they would get back to me, but never received a response, so I have lowered my rating.

Endless problems since having new boiler fitted, unresponsive customer service, left without ensuring everything was fully working, caused electrics to trip multiple times, pipes burst twice during lockdown and no chance of getting hold of them on the best of days let alone during a lockdown. Would avoid.

If I could vote no star rating I would. They installed our boiler in a new build Rowland home which we have had nothing but trouble from word go and still having problems to date. The big one was the main bedroom radiator! My baby girl that was only just crawling managed to pull the pipe off with water gushing all over our new carpet. They wouldn’t come out as they said with my baby girl pulling on it that was our fault. Anyhow turns out it had never been fused ie tightened up when installed and was explained to me by the person who came to our rescue a full grown orangutan should be able to swing off it and it shouldn’t of come off. Top and bottom if radiators had been on she would of been scalded and lucky for them they had been off for over an hour. Shameful customer service probabily the worst company I have ever had to deal with closely followed by Rowland homes.

I had them fit a boiler under the government scheme and I have just had to have a new boiler fitted after just under 3 years... when my now new boiler was being fitted they discovered that Rothwell plumbers had not soldered my gas pipes together !! Shocking !! They also blew my shower off the wall and left me in a right mess !! I would not recommend these people at all !!
