We required an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for our commercial property. Chris and the team attended the clinic, gave us a very competitive quote and agreed to do the works over a week end to help us with uninterrupted care provision. On the day, Joe a very polite, friendly and competent engineer arrived on time and carried out the works, explaining everything that he was doing. Chris did an amazing job for us! We needed some wires moved to fit two new wall lights in our dining room, and he also installed a new chandelier. Everything looks perfect and works flawlessly. We had a full rewire done in our new house and from the very beginning Chris was incredibly helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile by suggesting things we hadn’t even considered, such as installing smoke and heat detectors, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being done properly and safely. His workmanship was first class throughout. The chasing into the walls was neat and tidy, and the finish is excellent. Chris also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the rewire, which is no small thing on a job like this and was very much appreciated. The whole process was smooth and well managed, and the end result is exactly what we hoped for. Chris and his team fitted out my kitchen extension a few years ago and I was so pleased with them I kept hold of their details for future use. I therefore had no hesitation in choosing them when I needed work done on the rest of the house recently. Reliable company to use. I had a problem with a dimmer switch stuck on full beam, Chris replaced the switch at a fair price, and also gave me some great advice on my faulty bathroom light. Rather than replace the whole light fitting he suggested I try changing the S10 starter battery inside the fitting. Cost me just £3.50 and resolved the problem.

Chris and his team did a substantial, weeks-long rewire of our home. The initial survey thoroughly diagnosed the issues. Chris communicated well throughout the work, from planning to completion. He is an excellent problem solver, flexible when required and gave lots of helpful suggestions on improvements. The team managed to make a tight deadline. I would happily recommend!

Chris and his team did an outstanding job installing additional drop-down lights in our bathroom, fitting a new extractor fan, and rectifying the unsafe electrical work left behind by a previous builder. Id arranged for an EICR and to fix some spotlights. The guys who came in were friendly and good, but a bit in and out. It took over a month for the report to come back. I had no response to subsequent request for future work based on recommendations in the report. Overall can't recommend. Updated: Evidence responded to owner.
