Highly recommend Island Renewables for a great service and prices. Ryan & the team did an excellent job on my new ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) with a new Heat Geek hot water cylinder in the loft. Looking forward to some stable state heating over the winter this year with some good SCOPs!

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly helpful and informative every step of the way. The installation team's workmanship was truly fantastic – so neat and tidy, you can tell they take real pride in their work. And the solar panels themselves are fantastic! We had a 16 panel system installed a month ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation process went exactly as planned and as discussed. The whole team were professional, friendly and respectful of our home. One month since Island Renewables fitted my Solar generation and EV charging system. Excellent service from first survey to project completion. One day to fit, one morning to commission, no mess excellent on site workers. System performs as per specification, free motoring for my EV and my monthly electricity bill has halved, would recommend Island Renewables and use again.

A thoroughly competent and trustworthy Company that knows its stuff. Flexible and professional, their fitters adapted their method of working in order to meet our particular needs and the peculiarities of our old house. The result of their work has been excellent, from the attic to the external ground floor attachment of a battery as is their follow up support to us when needed assistance. I believe that the very tight knit team has provided us with the best service available and I look forward to dealing with them in the future when new technology arises.

We were looking for an Island Company to install a solar panel system on our cottage. We contacted several companies and the one that stuck out by miles was Island Renewables Ltd. From the onset the idea of getting solar panels installed was seamless, from the first visit to when the installation was completed was excellent. The team that installed our system comprised of: Edd, Ben (electricians) and James and Jordan who installed the panels on the roof they were all excellent and a credit to the company. They installed 9 panels one 5kw battery and inverter in one day, the workmanship was excellent and nothing was too much for them. On completion of the installation Edd took us through the app to show us the capabilities and functions of the system. The team were punctual and very professional in carrying out their work - they also like their cake and tea! I fully recommend Island Renewables anytime for a solar installation. Not forgetting the team in the office Sarah and Toni who sorted out any queries we had, both of them were excellent too. A pity a few more Companies on the Island weren’t like this Company.

I really love dealing with this company. After sending a query via email I recieved an immediate reply plus follow up phone call the next morning. Someone visited very happily altering their day to suit my availability. I just wish all companies were like this, good old fashioned service with a smile.

Had a problem with installation by other installer who had gone bust, these guys stood in and just simply resoved it. Brilliant, wish id used them for the installation. We have had our solar + battery system in a month and have been really happy with the service received. From the initial survey from Russell through to the installation we have felt in good hands. The installation was quick and seamless and completed on the dates scheduled. Sarah, who manages the administration is very helpful and Ben, the electrician, has been happy to answer our post installation questions. It is reassuring to have a professional company when you are dealing with new (to us) technology. Thank you.

Just a short note to express how pleased we are with your service. From initial survey through to the install yesterday it must have been one of the nicest experiences ever. As you know the Isle Of Wight is littered with poor workmanship and poor customer service, but you folks are the other end of the scale! The lads yesterday were exceptional, good to chat to and had a laugh whilst getting the job done! What can I say?! WOW! We had a very confusing issue with our solar panels which were installed by another company. One call to Island Renewables and I was met by the lovely Sarah. Sarah was absolutely incredible, she listened carefully to my problem, asked the right questions and then organised a visit from the electrician. Ed and Brad arrived on time, friendly and fully equipped. They gained access to the loft and identified the issue quickly, which they rectified then and there. After I told them I had absolutely no understanding of the solar panels system, Ed took his time and explained everything I needed to know. He patiently went through every aspect and gave me tips to maximise my usage. They fixed the problem within minutes and we've had no problem since. The professionalism, kindness and care this company have provided are second to none. Sarah in particular is an absolute asset to the business, her calls were filled with laughter and friendly support. I have been on the island for over 5 years and this is without a doubt the best company I have encountered yet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Island Renewables fitted my solar PV system in January 2022. Prior to ordering the system they took the time to find out what I wanted from the system and then put a plan in place to achieve those objectives. They explained what they were going to do and the timetable for fitting. I knew very little about solar and they went out of their way to answer all (and there were many!!) of my questions. On the install day they turned up on time, were very respectful of my house, cleared up afterwards and it was all completed in less than a day. I found the company to be very professional, they communicated very clearly and are excellent value for money. The team are experts in renewable energy. Customer service is great too. I have decided to add on a battery and they have been very helpful in organising that as well. Highly recommend this company. Oh, and in 10 weeks I've reduced my carbon footprint by 1.11 Tons. I'm going to ask them about Air Source Heat Pumps next!

The service from start to finish has been absolutely phenomenal: from the initial contact, email responses, site visits, fitting and after service care it has been perfection. Received really great advice (from Scott) when I first rang Island Renewables. He talked through the options available and didn't try to flog me the most expensive option (like the two other island companies I had tried first). They were efficient and professional and worked round our building work brilliantly. Communication was always excellent. Our solar panels work wonderfully, provide us with free daytime electricity and are heating our hot water tank too. I cannot recommend highly enough!
