Eastbourne Energy have been amazing. Lee helped us with an issue we have been having with our battery and inverter. After nearly 3 months of it not working and little help from GivEnergy to fix it, Lee sorted it out for us in about an hour. Lee is friendly, clearly knows his stuff and explained everything he was doing so we understood the issue and the solution. The service was quick, we had an appointment within a week of contacting Eastbourne Energy and then a return visit to make the fix. Great service from a local company that cared about the situation we had found ourselves in. Thank you Lee and Eastbourne Energy.

A BIG thank you to Lee and his team for all their hard work and care taken when installing our solar panel system particularly as ironically the weather wasn’t very helpful 🤣😎 We couldn’t fault the communication with Lee and with the team on site; they answered all our questions fully and nothing was too much trouble. The after care post installation was excellent including sorting out everything was working as efficiently as possible including the set up with our energy provider. We are very pleased we found this company who are true professionals and very competitive. We will definitely have no hesitation recommending Lee and his team to others.

I contacted Lee at Eastbourne Energy and invited him around to view my property prior to receiving a quote. He visited the property and promised a quote within a few days, but several weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything back at all, despite regularly calling both Lee and the office. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. This was a complete waste of my time, and I am not at all impressed with their service.

I first enquired about the installation of a battery and solar panels a few years ago, I finally decided to get them installed. Lee was available all through the process to answer any questions and after the install for follow up support. The whole team were polite, tidy and helpful.

Faultless and painless. From signing the contract to installation 3 weeks later was simply incredible. Lee dealt with the bureaucracy of the grid connection and outgoing tariff, and we were fully up and running by mid-July. We have since found that receiving credit from one’s energy supplier is very satisfying. Over the three-day installation, the team was professional, polite and tidy and welcomed an inquisitive eye. Importantly, and for scaffolding perhaps, unusually, it was up for the duration of the job and no longer than necessary. Lee’s advice was to keep the EV charger separate from the solar circuits and subsequent experience has proven its wisdom. On a final note, the Anker Solix X1 battery system is quite an elegant addition to the side of the house. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you, Lee, and the Eastbourne Energy Team.

Great local company installed solar and battery for us. Lee gave us great advice before we chose - including an Anker battery. The team did a great installation and Lee helped us set up the best tariff. I’d really recommend Eastbourne Energy for their competitive pricing and first class service.

From the onset, the quote for the work and the subsequent installation was excellent. The installation team were polite, courteous and professional whilst undertaking the job on site. The work was completed within 2 days, and when the team left my premises the interior and exterior of the house was immaculate. Lee dealt with my queries and certification resulting in a smooth transition. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Lee and his team were very knowledgeable of their product. great installation, clean and tidy. setup the octopus account for cheap charging at night. export has earnt more than cost of electric. Only problem you have to pay the standing charge.

Great company to deal with. Give great advice even if you are looking at a different company to go with. That is why I put my money with them, and have not been disappointed. Always on hand to guide me through everything Solar.

The people putting in the hardware were excellent. The administrative war with Brittish Gas who had captured and lost my MPAN went on for ever. Lee cheerfully battled on. He refused the part payment I offerd until the matter was fully resolved. I would recommend the company to anyone thinking of putting in battery storage and wanting someone proffessional to deal with the paperwork!

Lee and his team were brilliant from start to finish. He gave good advice before we started, arrived on the agreed date with a very professional team, it took just under 2 days. They were very respectful while they were installing it all and gave me confidence in the finished product. Lee came back at the end of the day to go through everything with myself and my husband when he was home from work. We are so happy with the final product and would thoroughly recommend Lee and his team and the solar panels.

Great service

Lee visited us beforehand and gave us advice about installing solar panels. There was no pressure to get back to him with a decision, and once we had made up our minds about what we wanted the process was very smooth. The installation only took two days and Lee came back a few days later to help with the transfer to Octopus. We had a problem with the car charger for the electric car not working after the change to solar power, and Lee went above and beyond in contacting the charging company and the internet company to try to get the issue resolved. All the work was done tidily by a very professional team and I would have no hesitation in recommending Eastbourne Energy to anyone looking to install solar panels.

Enter Eastbourne Energy, a seamless neat and professional installation over two days where we was consulted at every stage and the team went out of their way to hide cables etc. They were a pleasure to have on the property, very respectful of your house and cleaned up afterwards. Lee was present when the system went live and demonstrated how to use the app etc and all the required certification and means to get the export tariff set up with Octopus was done within 2 days after. We invited Lee to carry out a survey and proposal for supply and fitting of solar panels and battery for our bungalow, we were impressed with his knowledge and answered all questions, explained the payback period of time. He suggested a system for us and dealt with the paperwork and suggested the appropriate tariff for our needs. Lee's installation team were professional and nothing was too much trouble. AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH

Amazing from start to finish! Lee and the team did a great job. We have an older PV system which had developed several faults. Lee came up with a best value solution and dramatically improved output as well. The sector has a bad reputation generally, but Eastbourne Energy did a great job for us and is locally based.

Totally delighted with Eastbourne Energy. Staff are experts in their field and guided me about something of which I had no idea.  Extremely polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship first class from the electrical installation to the placing of the solar panels. Lee explained every detail of the system and will continue to monitor that I am getting the best out of the system and also which Octopus tarrif will best suit my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Eastbourne Energy to family and friends.  Brilliant!

If I could give Eastbourne Energy more than 5 stars I would. I highly, highly recommend them. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. All so easy and stress free from start to finish, absolutely everything is taken care of. I just made tea and coffee! The team, consisting of Lee, Phil, Josh, Jordan, James and Ollie, are all incredibly lovely guys. They are all very professional, polite, and friendly. They were all a pleasure to have around for 2 days. The guys turned up when they said they would and the installation took the time I had been told it would take. They all did a first class job, the cable work is so neat and tidy, with cables being hidden where possible. The positioning of the batteries and inverter were discussed with me before they were installed to ensure I was happy with everything. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the first day and after the installation had been completed on the second day. Lee dealt with all the paperwork I needed and commissioned everything at the end of the installation. He made sure everything was working properly, installed the app I needed on my phone and kept an eye on my system for a couple of days to ensure there were no problems. They are all true professionals, experts in their fields. You will not regret instructing them to install your solar panels, you will regret it if you do not. Top notch team, top notch job.

After months of research and deliberation, we finally took the plunge and chose Eastbourne Solar who installed the solar panels on our home. The installation was surprisingly quick and efficient and his team were polite and helpful. As we are dinosaurs with technology we were always worried how we would be able to overcome and manage the new technology. I can only say and recommend Lee and his team and his patience who have rode shotgun with us from installation to setting up our electricity account and checking our electricity bills to ensure that we are receiving credit for our solar gain. Overall we were very impressed with the installation process. It was smooth, well managed and stress free.

Lee and his Team did an excellent job installing our Solar and Battery System. . The quality of the work from both the electricians (Craig and Brad), and the panel team (Phil, Jordan and Josh) was excellent. It really was a pleasure to have them working at our property, and even in February 2023, we are already reaping the benefits of the install. As a keen & competent DIYer, we rarely have contractors working on our house, and after watching YouTube installs for a few months before going ahead with the project, I had a good idea of what make and size of system we were wanting. We contacted Lee after a recommendation from friends, and at the initial meeting with him, I felt totally relaxed with his knowledge and approach to the install. By the end of the meeting he’d already answered my list of many questions, agreed with my choice of system, and where the system would be best installed. From start to finish, Lee and his Team were pro-active and efficient, keeping me informed of progress during the build up, and during the install they were prompt, courteous, respectful, and friendly toward me and my wife. After each day, the areas of work were left clean and tidy. I was extremely interested in all aspects of the install, and the team were happy for me to ask as many questions as I wanted, without ever feeling that I was interfering. We have 12x 4.25kW panels, with a 5kW Givenergy Gen2 Hybrid Inverter, 2x 5.2kW Givenergy Batteries, and a MyEnergi Eddi for water heating with surplus power.
