Jamie and the team were brilliant. From sitting down with Jamie to understand the personal impact of solar based on our own energy usage, to the survey and installation, we couldn't be happier. We felt looked after, not patronised, and the team were very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service and support. Our panels were installed less than a week after placing order, and were up and running by the following morning. Minor hick-up when the electric Aga blew a bank of heating elements a couple of weeks later, which confused us on any readings of power use, but once that was fixed we are now (hopefully) getting the full benefit of overnight cheap rate electricity powering batteries and day time the batteries powering the house. Thanks Solar Save.

The company to use if you are thinking of going Solar

We've been looking to put solar panels on our roof for a while but found all the different information confusing. James made everything transparent and easy to understand what savings we will make. Installation was fantastic great team of people. Big shout out to Paul the electrician who overcame a few issues after the initial survey moving existing electrical boxes to get the system installed where it needed to go. Customer service is fantastic James is always available for any questions. Looking forward to saving on our bills. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service & professionalism from start to finish

We had our solar system installed by SolarSave on Monday of this week. It’s now Thursday and we’ve already exported about 80% of what we’ve generated (a taste of things to come - when the paperwork is completed and we get paid by Octopus) The service we’ve received from SolarSave has been first class from start to finish,on a job with difficult access to our roof. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the initial survey - and from then on everything worked out really well - with a very friendly and helpful team of scaffolders, installers and electricians. A real team effort It’s also great to have James & Paul (the ‘trician) continuing to monitor our system and offering any advice on what to expect. I’d have no problem in recommending SolarSave to anyone considering going ‘solar’

Top installation of 12 panel and 10 kWh battery domestic system

I selected Solarsave to supply and install my solar panels plus battery system on the basis of my rapport with Jamey Loftus, the MD, who himself did the sales visit. They weren't quite the cheapest options I found, but almost, and I decided that my favourable impression outweighed the slight price increase. I was not disappointed. The scaffolding went up Monday, the system was installed and commissioned Wednesday, and I am informed (and I believe it) the scaffolding will be down tomorrow. The installers were competent, efficient, considerate and friendly. Everything appears to be working entirely as advertised. Thank you very much for a great job.

I have nothing but good things to say...

I have nothing but good things to say about our whole experience with Solar Save Ltd. From start to finish it has been great service. We have had some bad experiences in the past with solar companies coming to our house to give us a quote and then not wanting to leave without us putting a deposit down. These experiences made us nervous to start the process again. Not once did James try and force us in to making a decision. He simply came round to see what system we could have and how much it would cost us, which is exactly what we wanted to know. There was no pushing from him at all to make a decision there and then. He simply explained everything about the proposed system in detail and was more than happy to answer all of our questions (which there were many) and that was it. The install was smooth and done to a very high standard. Since the install James and his team have always been more than happy to answer any questions we have and respond very quickly. I would highly recommend getting solar panels installed and 100% recommend using Solar Save Ltd.

Very positive experience

Every person we dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with our many questions. Communication was excellent and the job was done/completed in the timeframe we were given. The installation team were extremely pleasant and efficient and did a great job tidying up afterwards! Contact re paperwork and necessary certificates, once installation was complete, was very quick and comprehensive. Would recommend.

With the rise of energy costs, I needed to switch to solar energy to cut the costs for the upcoming winter and years ahead. I cannot recommend solar save high enough. The owner, Jamie, walked me through the options from start to finish and opened my eyes, not just to the savings, but also for potential revenue, selling my energy back to the grid. The electrician, Paul, walked me through a thorough and non-invasive installation to the property, which he had done an excellent job. I look forward to establishing a long lasting business relationship with this company for any properties I may require in the future.

From the initial meeting through the quote process and to installation the team were very open and informative. The owner, James, was personally involved, John from the sales side was good, and Dan and Jake who installed the system were great. Can’t beat honest and open good customer service.

Excellent service

Excellent service: our 9 year old solar inverter broke; the company who installed our panels went into administration years ago; so randomly (our local Arrow magazine) found Solarsaveltd. Within 2 days the new inverter was fitted and everything working again as it should. Electrician who fitted this was prompt, polite & efficient. James has been in touch throughout to ensure everything going to plan. I will use Solarsave again if we need anything else. Thank you.
