Had battery and car charger installed as an addition to panels installed several years ago by a different outfit. I was struggling to find the spec I was looking for but Quanta found the solution. The service, product, price, and support have all been excellent. I would happily use them again.

We have nothing but praise for Charlie and the team from Quanta Renewables who installed our 8kVA solar off-grid set-up. From our initial contact we felt that we were in safe hands, they seemed to understood our needs perfectly, and did not try to oversell. Communication was excellent throughout. A pre-assembly of some of the components were completed off site, and this speeded up our installation. Guy and Jack had everything up and running for us in just one day. They worked together really well and made a very neat and tidy job. They talked us through everything so we are confident with the equipment, which actually needs very little maintenance. This has been a game changer for us and we would not hesitate in recommending this company, who clearly are very professional and know what they are doing. If we need to expand our system, we wouldn’t go anywhere other than Quanta Renewables.

"When looking for an installer I felt most were just trying to sell me what they wanted and not taking into consideration my wishes or what would work better for me and my usage. when guy showed up, he was very polite but also listened to me in working out which direction we would proceed. I didn’t feel like guy was a salesperson at any point and has a very good down to earth and friendly manner. I got to know the installer over the time of my install and guy has great ethics and is very supportive and honestly a good all around person who is as kind natured as he is knowledgeable My install went smooth and everything has far exceeded my expectations. Guy just gets on with his work and doesn’t muck about and I wish other contractors worked as hard as Guy did. Smashing. We wanted to add battery storage to our existing set up of solar panels and myenergi Zappi electric car charger, and Guy was able to recommend and install the myenergi Libbi 10w system. All done in a day including a replacement fire-resistant mounting board and replacing our existing solar inverter with a myenergi hybrid one that could talk to the batteries. Guy explained everything and was very focused as he worked - he also tidied up and even took the packaging. It seems to me that the green technology of solar/battery/car has really come into its own recently (and so have the matching energy company tariffs) and Guy is well up to speed with all the latest developments. If you're thinking about investing in a system of your own I would contact Guy and see if he can suggest something to suit your needs and budget - it will be honest. I heartily recommend Guy with no hesitation, it's a shame that we didn't need more work done!

So where to start, maybe at the beginning, i decided that now was the right time to start to look at solar PV systems with a view to installing and therfore reduce my electricity consumption. I did some research so had ian idea of what i would like. I did the usual thing of going out to get multiple quotes , but Guy was the only one to consider suggestions and options that i felt were most approrpriate for my needs and usage. tick, thats obvisouly a winner. We agreed a spec and a couple of weeks later the install started, the weather didnt help with this, but at no time did this delay to a point that i felt i was being pushed down the priority list. Constant questions and information were exchanged during this time so that i knew, and they knew what was going to be comformtable with. Attention to detail was top notch even to the point that if something need to be re started to get it 100% it was, rather than it being good enough. There have been some initial teething issues, which have been resolved as quick as can be expected, especially when having to deal with 3rd party infrastructure suppliers. Would i promote GreenSwitch, of course, would i refer then to my friends, family and neighbours, definately and have already started down that road. Do i feel iwill get support going forward if i need it, yup. 5 stars all the way.

Green Switch Electrical came highly recommended to us and have just completed a solor panel and battery installation at our bungalow. Guy and Jack turned up on time and worked really hard, completing the installation in a very tidy and professional manor. The installation is very neat and finished to our complete satisfaction. Guy certainly knows his stuff and explained how the system works and what we needed to do in order to export unused energy back into the grid, for which we get paid for each unit exported. We would recommend Green Switch Electrical to anyone thinking of having a solar poanel installation.
