Great service from start to finish. Good advice on the options available. Price was very competitive. No pushy sales talk. Great contact from Maria post sale and during the installation. The installation team were punctual, helpful in suggesting the location of the kit and very neat and tidy. So far all the kit is working as expected. I recommend Gone Solar

Honest, prompt and a great team.

One thing that is really important to me is honesty and good timekeeping, and they excelled in both. The customer service was excellent throughout, with any concern or query answered promptly and in a supportive manner. They were professional from the start and I couldn’t fault the way my calls were handled. The survey visit was clear and straightforward, with everything explained in plain, no-nonsense language. Despite horrendous weather, the installation went ahead as planned and they honoured the agreed install date. The scaffolding went up and came down exactly when it was supposed to, and all timeframes were met.

Good aftercare

Installation service excellent. Issues with invertor and battery 18 months in. Gone Solar very good at attending, communicating via email from their office and sorting the issue out.

Excellent local company, had a good price for my install, fitters were respectful and efficient, really tidy job done, couldn't be happier with the service received, after care is amazing. They really can't do enough for you, went above and beyond. Highly recommended

Exceptional service from Gone Solar

I have to say Gone Solar have been nothing short of brilliant. Everything was explained well. Ethan and Mal who fitted the panels were respectful, extremely tidy and left our home how they found it. We actually had a good laugh with them to. From Nathan and Ethan coming to give us a quote to the fitting has been seamless. The whole team are approachable, absolutely no pressure selling and they know their stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be recommending them.

Excellent service and competitively priced

Bungalow, 6.6KW (15 panels). As a former electrical installation technician I could have carried out this work myself, now retired with dodgy knees, and needing an MSC accredited installer (or else you cannot connect to the grid) I had 5 companies quote (small one man band to nationals). The cost of Gone Solar was in the middle, paperwork was comprehensive, and the lack of pushy salespeople spouting absolute rubbish was very much appreciated. Work commenced on the agreed date and carried out without interruption. Excellent, polite and efficient tradesmen. Pleased to recommend them and well worth my 5 star review

Company were very professional, easy to deal with and explained things well. Work was done efficiently, and tidily. No issues following installation. Solar panels were insatlled May 2024.

Craig and his team where brilliant write from the start. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and explain how it could be achieved. Experts completed all stages of the installation and the team where flexible throughout the process. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a Solar PV installation

Solar install

From the initial phone call had a site visit, an explanation of the plan and then a competitive quote sent. I accepted and paid a 10% deposit. Got an installation date and another site visit. The next few days the install went ahead as planned-even in the bad weather!

Brilliant service from start to finish came when they said they would. Explained everything in simple terms so that we could understand. No hard sell, left to think about and once we had made a decision in was all go. Scaffolding up and the job was completed within the timescale stated.clean and tidy too Follow up courtesy call to make sure we were happy. Would certainly recommend this company.
