I've now had both an air source heat pump and solar PV panels, plus battery storage installed, on my house, by Forest Eco Systems. In both installations, the team have worked very hard to overcome initial teething problems (almost inevitable in a retro-fit) and I now have both a low carbon home heating system and a solar PV energy generation and storage system, both of which future-proof my home against the volatility of the fossil fuel energy market and reduce my energy costs. In addition, my property is feeding-in to the national electricity grid, giving me some much needed income and helping the UK towards achieving net zero. All this has been achieved whilst supporting a locally based company. What's not to like?

Forest Eco Systems came highly recommended by a neighbour & we were not disappointed. Service was excellent with their knowledge & expertise second to none. We were warned installation of a heat pump would be months rather than weeks away as their services were in great demand, but this did not cause a problem as our oil boiler was only on it’s way out rather than having already died. The managing directors, Dean & Leigh, are experts in their fields & extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful when we met. The heat pump installation team were very efficient, helpful & worked tidily. The admin team was always available to provide support & pass on any messages to the relevant team member. The government funding for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme was all taken care of & went through smoothly. Both Charis & Emma have been particularly helpful. Follow-up service has also been excellent. The initial corresponding PC application linked to the system stopped working; Dan promptly came & reinstated it and we have had no issues since. We had questions about the system over the Christmas holiday period & sent an email; we didn’t expect an answer until the New Year but received feedback & instructions from Dean the next day. Upon returning home from holiday the system had an error message. Dan fixed the issue remotely the same day. After our excellent experience with Forest Eco Systems, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

I recently have had battery, inverter & solar panels fitted. From start to finish the whole process was first rate. Nothing was too much trouble in fact they went above & beyond what they promised to deliver. I would definitely recommend this company. The staff including the office staff are very professional . The site was left clean & tidy. Overall the experience was excellent even the aftercare.

Had a Powerwall 3 and 13 solar panels installed in December and I have to say I'm really pleased. All elements of the service have been excellent. The work itself is exceptionally neat. David clearly takes pride in his work. When an issue with the roof tiles was identified during installation they sorted it with no additional cost to me. Another problem that developed a few weeks later was sorted the next day. The system works well with my heat pump - my bills have been slashed in half and I'm even getting days in February where my export payments are greater than my costs.

Forest Eco Systems has fitted for us a small solar panel array and a Tesla Powerwall 3. The process was excellent from start to finish, from initial contact, site inspection to delivery. Throughout the project, they kept us fully informed with brilliant communication. The onsite team delivered excellent workmanship. Thank you Leigh, Dave, Luna, Charis, Zach and everyone else!

Excellent customer service including after sales while I am still trying to get used to the system. Fitting teams always turned up on time, extremely tidy, and all very helpful. Quick fitting. We contacted Forest Eco Systems about our need for an Off-Grid Solar & Battery storage set-up, linked to a generator back-up. They were quick to get back to us and arranged for Leigh to make a site visit and talk through our requirements. From this they provided us with a very competitive and detailed quotation for a solution that met our needs. The efficient and friendly office staff kept us updated of the installation dates. The install team (headed up by Dave) turned up when scheduled and were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The system was quite a tricky install, but Dave and his team handled it with the upmost professionalism and ease. We were kept updated throughout the install and the system went live right on schedule with zero issues. The guys clearly take pride in their work as it shows with the attention to detail they went to and the quality of the installation. Would highly recommend Forest Eco Systems to anyone. A great company and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.

I had an air source heat pump system installed by Forest Eco Systems in September 2024. They were not the cheapest, but I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to getting the job done properly. Once installed, there were problems in getting the new system balanced to work with the old radiators and pipes. Eventually, a second, deeper power flush was carried out at Forest Eco's expense, and the system is now working satisfactorily. I have every confidence that, if further problems arise, Forest Eco will deal with them quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Dean and the office team, and to Dan, Chris and Wayne who went beyond the bounds of duty.

At the start of 2024 I contacted Forest Eco Systems to enquire about the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump to replace an old oil boiler, and a home battery to complement pre-existing solar panels. There was a long lead time before Forest Eco Systems were able to engage on design work and site visits, however once the engagement began, the entire team at Forest Eco Systems have been a pleasure to work with. Every member of the team we engaged with was polite, knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and happy to help. Throughout the design phase we were kept up to date on the progress, and when there would be a wait we were informed in advance. During the implementation phase, the same can be said for the staff who attended our home - they were always polite and knowledgeable, and they worked to a high standard throughout the project. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project did last longer than expected, however again we were always kept up to date. It was a very good experience from beginning to end. I will be returning to Forest Eco Systems if I have any future projects in their field of expertise, and recommending them to any friends who have similar projects.

Forest Eco Systems provided a prompt and efficient service from initial enquiry to completion of the project. We found that every member of staff from the directors through to the installers were polite friendly and incredibly helpful and were very professional in every aspect of the service they provided to West Dean Centre. The subcontractors that they utilise for the scaffolding were also very professional and polite.

We recently had an air source heat pump, large solar array (24 panels) and Tesla Powerwall installed by Forest Eco Systems. Yes, we had to wait about 6 months to get the design process started from our first contact, but once we were in the system I can't fault the service. We were consulted at every stage of the design and build, workmanship was all to a high standard and any time I raised any questions or observations they were dealt with promptly; this has included aftercare with a couple of minor post commission issues we had. What really stood out for us was the manners and professionalism of all the tradesman, who were extremely courteous throughout and all introduced themselves when they first arrived at our property. It was a pleasure having them around for a couple of weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business; well worth the wait.

Leigh and his team came to install a Tesla Powerwall. It’s fair to say it wasn’t an easy install with tricky access and complicated wiring to deal with, but they had the experience to suss it all out. Would definitely recommend and use again for other Eco solutions.

A very professional and efficient company and a pleasure to deal with. They installed my Tesla Powerwall 2 and solar panels promptly, to a very high standard of workmanship, in late February 2023. During the 3 day installation, the team were very polite, arrived at 08:00 and worked quickly and enthusiastically, with no mess, minimal noise and no damage to the property. The electrical cabling in the garage is all trunked in and the Tesla Battery, Tesla Gateway and Solar Edge Inverter, are neatly installed with a comprehensive array of isolating switches. I have been largely independent of the grid ever since and am very happy with the battery/panel combination. Highly recomended!

Having completed the installation of both heating and plumbing in 2016, I recently had to make a call to Forest Eco for the very first time to inform them of a fail with the optimiser to the Canadian solar panels which had been originally installed. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back saying there were no problems, and they confirmed a 25yr guarantee. The work was completed last week to my total satisfaction. I initially purchased PV from Forest Eco Systems and more recently a 10kW DC battery from them. The first installation had a few issues but the depth of knowledge within the company enabled them to resolve the issues within a few day. The installation of the battery went smoothly and Leigh went above and beyond to enable me to manage the battery’s charging. They are clean , tidy, friendly, and consult one at every aspect of the the installations, even discussing the position of a unit down to the last inch. We are extremely pleased with the service we have had from the company and its people and delighted with the operation of the completed system overall.

Excellent service from Leigh and the team at Forest Eco. They clearly have a solid grasp of the Tesla Powerwall and solar panel world. The Tesla product is exceeding expectations although we had to wait longer than expected due to worldwide demand and the pandemic. I rarely provide endorsements but I'm pleased to be able to recommend the Tesla Powerwall and especially Forest Eco Systems to anyone considering installing a home battery.

I am the Managing Director of Albany Pumps who are a pump manufacturer based in Lydney, Gloucestershire. I have been looking around for solar panels to help with the environment and help offset the current price increases of electricity. Leigh Meek of Forest Eco Systems attended site, explained all the options available and gave us his recommendations for the best option for our site. Payments were made at intervals which worked very well. As recommended we decided to go for the 100kw system, everything was completed in a timely manner, nothing was too much trouble, their workmanship was of a very high standard. All his employees were friendly and very helpful and always left the site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Forest Eco Systems for any work to be carried out and I am already looking for additional solar panels to be fitted in the next financial year.
