This Llanelli company did a no show for a pre booked appointment on the 06/01/26 for a survey for a new boiler for an elderly relative, I wasted annual leave for this. No communication to say they would not be coming and nothing afterwards. Left voicemail and an email - no response. I would avoid this company. Unreliable.

An excellent service with prompt professional fitters , everything was done as agreed on the day and no issues whatsoever , highly recommended.

Superb. I had a Worcester condensing boiler fitted yesterday and the work is immaculate. From the moment I had the phone call for the appointment to do the survey and right up to the the installation yesterday, it was faultless. Very disappointed with sales people saying they were from First Choice Hemel Hempstead. Offered a free insulation check as they were in our area. Agreed the time they suggested (11.30 to 12)and pointed out that we had a hospital date to attend so had to leave our house. at 12.30.They finally rang ay 12.40 to apologise for being late.and pointing out that they were half an hour away - so much for being in the area! . They made two more calls to try and arrange another date for a check: but naturally we refused so they just hung up on us. THIS IS ONE TO AVOID !

Had Steve up to inspect my property for damp. He was very thorough and experienced in his work. Will be definitely recommending this company to others. 1ST CLASS

We can't believe how quick this company helped us from the first call to the installation of a new boiler and loft insulation. Steve ,Aaron and team where fantastic always polite and very helpful. It was a pleasure to have them here and we can not thank them enough Thank you Angela and family

I've suffered with damp in our house for many years, so bad that our ceilings, floors and walls had gone mouldy. I'd read about cavity wall insulation making houses worse off, i had our insulation installed over 20 years ago and my house has just gone from bad to worse. I googled for cavity insulation extraction as this was the only avenue left to go down to resolve the damp. FCE (first choice energy) were the first to to be listed. Reviews were excellent so I carried out the online survey to see if i would qualify. I was over the moon with the customer service, 20 mins after completing the survey the company called me back. Absolutely delighted! A week later FCE came to the house to check the insulation. They were so thorough, drilled a few holes in the outside wall and then showed on me on camera what had previously been installed. I was horrified at what I saw. The original. Company hadn't done there job properly, the cavity insulation had broken down and the rain was able to get in where they'd made the incision in the wall ( they hadn't patched it back up properly afterwards). I was gutted all that money spent years ago had been for nothing. FCE also carried out a moisture test inside the house, where the walls were extremely wet. The moisture reader was off the rictor scale. My walls were so wet that the wallpaper is falling off in sheets, clothes in wardrobes had gone mouldy. It's soul destroying. Enough was enough and i just needed it to be extracted. FCE gave me a very reasonable quote and attended 3 weeks later. They took 1 full day to extract the entire insulation and what an amazing job they've done. The guys were very polite, grafted hard all day and cleaned up afterwards too. You'd never had known they'd been here. Ive been advised it can take a while for the walls to dry out completely and advised on other processes to take to prevent anymore damp in and around the house. I cant wait to see the final outcome and look forward to live in my home without the worry and stress. Thank you FCE. I highly recommend you to everyone.

Really good job done by the boys removing old cavity wall insulation from my one of my properties. Quick to response when I reached out to them and Steve surveyed the property the same day. Already the damp problems in my house have improved massively. The team went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and even washed down the windows and doors. Will definitely be using first choice energy in the future.

Cost us £295 to put the pipework right after a botched job. We had to get a independent company in after being left with no downstairs heating for 5 weeks. Very disappointed.

Amazing Service, my old boiler broke down and I didn't really have the money for a new one. My friend told me about first choice energy and I gave them a call. They were highly professional and led me through the process of eco boilers. The cherry on top was when they told me that I qualified for a free brand new boiler through a government grant scheme. They came around the same week, and fitted the boiler in no time, whilst upholding COVID safety measures. So I got a brand new boiler, for free, in a week. Brilliant family business. Could not recommend more!!

Professional and amazing customer service. A friend referred me to first choice, they qualified us for a boiler grant and fitted a new boiler within a week. Very easy to contact and the engineer did a cracking job.
