Amazing service and very professional, would throughly recommend! Having had a number of different quotes Baird and Brown stood out a long way ahead of the others offering a clear breakdown of the quote, with exactly what they were going to do (and what was needed to be done separately), have a thorough support and monitoring of the solar setup. It was a complicated system and they really helped me get the right amount of panels and quality of the battery for the right price. It has turned out brilliantly and I am very happy with the good work they have done. Thank you.

Battle Hill farm:- We would highly recommend Baird and Brown, we are very happy with our two systems, 14 solar panels with a three battery back up system installed in 2023, we have now added a second system with 32 panels with a three battery back system both inked up together on two separate buildings, both David and Phil are very knowledgeable, professional and dependable, keeping us informed every step of the way, a fantastic job from start to finish.

Baird and Brown quoted me for a complete solar pv with battery storage system in April, with the installation completed at the end of June. The whole process was faultless from start to finish. Being a large investment, I had a LOT of questions and Philip was more than happy to answer them. I requested several quotes with different numbers of panels inverter and battery size, Philip worked out what would work best with my usage, without wasting money on too large a system that wouldn't give viable returns. My roof is East/West facing and I opted for 10.2kw of solar with 12 panels facing in each direction, I also have 10kw of battery storage, with a 6kw inverter and opted for the solar iboost, for hot water via the immersion. Philip completed all the paperwork for the dno application, and submitted the certification so I could get my smart export set up with the new supplier almost straight away. Philip and Dave worked really hard through a very hot week during installation, set up was explained, work was neat and I am one very happy customer, with a system that is performing exceptionally well. Baird and Brown is a local company covering the South East, who show care and proffesionalism, with the personal touch, you don't get from the big players, so highly recommended.

Well if you want solar experts these are the guys for you. Perfect advice quick efficient service and a great installation job. Once your in their solar family they are there to help and advise you. They really are the greatest guys you will ever have to do your job. If l could give them 10 gold stars l would.

Highly recommend Baird and Brown for Solar / battery / inverter installation. Did a lot of research, got many quotes. They were competitive (but not the cheapest) and I’d be very surprised if they weren’t the best value when you take into account their knowledge, passion and professionalism. The Sunsynk battery / inverter / app set up is very clever. All working as expected, looking forward to much lower bills and happy to be making a small contribution to the planet’s well being.

Baird and Brown have been brilliant from start to finish. We wanted a ground mounted system a little way from the house, so it was a slightly complicated ask. Philip and David have been so helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. There was absolutely no pressure to go for expensive options, in fact the reverse. They talked through the choices with us, always responded promptly to our questions, and found clever solutions to any difficulties. The work on site is neat, well set out, and the system just works - exactly what we wanted! We are very pleased with it.

They updated my House and my Garage Distribution boxes and run a new cable between them then installed my new Zappi EV charger integrating it with my existing Solar Panels. Professional and knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted my solar system for in addition to supplying electricity and charging up batteries - which was to supply power during a power cut and to heat the hot water and then made it happen with great attention to detail. I am very happy with my system and would highly recommend the company. David and Philip always responded quickly to any queries I had, and the team were careful and considerate working in and around the house.

Baird and Brown installed 14 solar panels this year and we could not have been any happier with their service. From the initial contact to installation and after care they have been so wonderful and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and so conscientious about their work and products. We were impressed at their level of neatness and care towards our house. Always wearing shoe covers everywhere indoors. Despite it being a Bank holiday Baird and Brown went above and beyond to sort out a technical issue we were having and kept visiting until it was all sorted. They were a pleasure to use and we are so pleased with the panels. Highly recommend.

From the day I first contacted them for a quote their communication has been excellent, no question was too much trouble and they ensured I received a system that does exactly what I need. Baird and Baird have just installed our solar panels. From point of first contact they were highly responsive and helpful. Really clear options and advice and no question was too much…they couldn’t have helped anymore! From point of order to install in just a few weeks. It was quick and seamless! These are exceptionally professional and polite contractors, who work hard and get the job done! Three days at our property and barely aware they were here. The install was tidy and organised…they left the property cleaner than it was when they started! If you’re looking for Solar I wouldn’t think twice…we would highly recommend this company!!!

We recently contracted Baird & Brown to install our solar panels + EDDI + Zappi. We are extremely happy with the level of service and quality of materials. Communication was effective and very responsive via email/phone; next steps were always explained; expectations correctly set and guidance provided in regards to what would make sense for our situation. All in all, based on my experience I would use their services again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish David and Phil were an absolute delight, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and definitely not there to make a fast buck. Great service from Philip and David who spent the day installing a Zappi EV charger and upgrading house and garage consumer units. Hiding the cable run across the front of the house was a bit of a challenge, but no trouble for them! From my very first contact, communication has been excellent and very quick - so much so the charger has beaten the arrival of the car! This is not my experience of other suppliers I contacted before finding Baird and Brown. Thanks guys for the fantastic experience!

The guys visited my property answering my request to install an EV charger. They were both very friendly and professional. It was clearly explained what was needed and at no time did they try to over sell. On the day of installation they arrived on time and were very tidy and the work was to a very high standard. When they were finished they fully explained what they had done and how everything worked. They were also very good with their price. I have already asked them to do some more work for us. I contacted Baird and Brown to install a EV charging unit. Right from the beginning they were responsive, informed, friendly and professional. A local business that gave a personal service and an extremely competitive quote. My appointment was made quickly and undertaken cleanly with a very neat outcome. They were keen to ensure that I was well informed and able to use the system once they had left whilst assuring me that I could contact them if I had any questions. I used Baird and Brown because they were recommended by social media. I contacted them and I had a quick response back. They visited my house to assess what I wanted done which were spotlights upstairs, an attic light installed and extra socket in my little girls room. The second visit I asked them to install an outside light and if I could have spotlights in living room. They advised against that and explained the best alternatives. I also complained about my fire alarm system being too sensitive. They advised they can install new fire alarm system that is less sensitive. I agreed on this and all work was undertaken. They are professional, clean and tidy up after themselves really well. Good price on both jobs and I will be using again if I need them and recommend to anyone requiring good electricians at the right price. Baird and Brown are your guys!!
