Fantastic service, despite a challenging installation due to many property factors the system was installed and has been up and running for over a month now. A 10kwh MyEnergi Battery, Panels and 5kw MyEnergi inverter with the new Zappi Glo. When I have had questions they are quick to answer and support.

Good work all round

From initial contact, working out a quote, and then doing the work, this company were exemplary. They were efficient, cheerful, re-assuring, clean and tidy, I am 81 and live alone, but felt very comfortable with them and the work they did. The have subsequently provided me with the paperwork to ensure payment from my provider, and I thank them.

Professional with attention to detail

Chris and his team recently installed solar pv array on my business premises. Communication was quick and clear throughout. The install team were on site for two days and took great care to fit the roof panels perfectly in line and symmetrical. Everything works as expected and the internal wiring has been done in a very tidy fashion. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Solar thermal service

Chris serviced our solar thermal system. Highly professional service and pointed out a couple of safety additions that could be added in the future. Would highly recommend if you need your solar thermal system servicing - all at a very competitive price. Chris also provided some great advice on Heat Pumps as we are thinking about transitioning to this technology in the future. No hard sell just very good advice. I would have no hesitation in contacting Chris to seek his services when we make this step.

It's a big decision to invest in solar…

It's a big decision to invest in solar and it's difficult to find the right company to go with. We had three quotes, two came out to have a look at our requirements and one company based in London just did a desk top quote. When Chris came to look it was immediately obvious that he 'knew his stuff' so easy decision we were going to use UK Solar Services Ltd. The quote price was all in, I had to do nothing, Chris did all the paper work, designed the system, organised scaffolding etc, his team installed and commisioned the system, very tidy on completion. The only thing I had to do was a bit of paperwork with my energy supplier to allow me to feed any excess electricity back to the grid. From day one I could see my energy costs go down, I would highly recomend this company.

2 batteries and 2 rigs of panels installed

Thorough, good workmanship, trustworthy and most cost effective relative to other quotes I sought out.

Highly recommend. I come from an IT & engineering background so fairly demanding customer when it came to design and what I wanted. Chris was excellent and supportive as we had an extended chat and email back and forth over designs and options to meet my needs. Finally settling on a design largely matching his day one proposal but with a slightly optimised panel size to maximise the roof space and a larger battery. Had quotes form a number of installers and have to say that UK Solar Services offered me the most flexible design options at a very competitive price. The main install was basically all done in a day. And admittedly it was peak of summer and lovely weather, so ideal conditions but my electric usage from grid dropped 75% following day. Have plans to potential expand system in future if get heat-pump or EV and Chris and team will be my first choice. Follow Up: System still going strong 12 month output ~4300kWh ~=£1100 in energy saving. Reality is probably much better by the time account for load shifting and better tariff rates etc. Only issue to date was a tile that cracked under brackets and fell down a few months after install but UK Solar Services responded quickly and managed to get it fixed so cant ask for more.

The installers were absolutely great

The installers were absolutely great, explained all they were doing, worked efficiently and friendly without being imposing. Kept everything tidy and cleared up well at the end of the working day. All looks really good and very pleased with the work done.

Great installation carried out with a knowledgeable, efficient and courteous team. Chris came and gave us a very detailed explanation as to our requirements. he quickly came back with a quote which was very favourable in comparison to previous ones. He also oversaw the installation which was quite involved. Mark was the installations main who showed a thorough knowledge of the works to be carried out. His wiring is second to none, being so neat and tidy, He was abley accompanied by Dan who added his own technical know how. UK Solar Ltd you cant do better

We've been thinking of increasing our solar panels to the front of the house, Chris did our 10Kwh batteries so I approached him, he turned up and was very knowledgeable and approachable. He covered the technical areas of the Solar install and showed me the ways I can shave more money. The price actually came in below our expected budget and once we decided to go ahead, he managed to install within 10 days on a bright September day, Mark arrived promptly on the planned date to install the system and also talked us through further details. The install was faultless and they cleaned up after. They took me through everything and even setup the Phone App to monitor and control the system. The whole installation of 6 panels and I didn't mansion a Air source heat pump all in all start to finish about 4 days.

UK Solar Services, an exceptional company

Chris from UK Solar Services was the only person we dealt with that took the time to explain the real benefits of fitting solar, its limits and expectations. He and his team were very professional, organising all the services and scaffolding required and also giving me the time with the scaffold to get essential roof repairs completed. We had a really competitive quote and settled on 14 x 500w Eurener panels, 2 Duracell 5.2kw batteries and a 6kw Duracell inverter. Mark, Adam and Dan were all great, working hard in incredibly hot weather to get the hardware installed. Overall we are very happy with the whole process and would recommend UK Solar Solutions without hesitation. Thank you!

On/ Off grid Installation

Our installation was definitely not a standard install. It included 6 KW of additional solar panels and victron hardware which i had trouble finding a company that were prepared to provide me with the system i specified and not what they wanted to sell me The standard of the installation was outstanding and the guys were a pleasure to have round. I can definitely recommend them.

Just had a solar panel system installed…

Just had a solar panel system installed by Uk Solar Services Ltd and so far well pleased with the system. Chris and the lads were excellent the whole process was smooth and swift, the work was completed in a day and was clean and very professionally carried out. Chris's advice and support really gave confidence that the proposed system was what we needed, plus it is appreciated that he kept us up to date with progress on the project. Would also like to say the scaffolders used were excellent, Paul and Lynne of Venture Access Solutions were brilliant and did a superb job.

Panels and battery fitting - first timer

We shopped around and eventually plumped for UK Solar. The whole experience from survey to fitting, was seamless. Due to a gale panels were not fitted until next morning, this only took a few hours, a bacon butty and coffee….👍Pleased with the output, as the weather currently is a little unpredictable. Would highly recommend the company, all queries answered, and to top it no hard sell.

Solar Services fitted our solar panels and they were thoroughly professional from start to finish. Chris came out to see the house and spent a lot of time discussing and explaining all about the service they offered and what would suit us best. His quote was very competitive. The fitters arrived and finished on time and did an excellent job. They were helpful and informative throughout. The after care service has been exceptional. Chris has been willing to answer any questions or concerns we have had. We would not hesitate in recommending Solar Services to anyone.

Great service from Chris from attending for the initial site visit through to the installation day. Any questions that I had were answered quickly. We have Velux windows on the roof but it wasn't a problem and the panel arrangement works well with them. Cables were neatly routed into the garage to connect up with the electronics and battery. A very neat installation. All in all I am very pleased and feel reassured that if support was needed, it will be there.

The team installed a 12 panel system on two roofs and it was done in a day (and earlier than promised!). Full documentation provided, including manuals, and all certifications. Credit to Chris and the whole team for a job well done ! Update: post-installation service is 5-star too!

I can't recommend UK Solar highly enough. Chris listened to what I wanted and was trying to achieve, he sent over several quotes to give me options, advised on what he thought was the best outcome and even recommended I went with a smaller & cheaper system. He worked with me throughout and ensured I was happy with exactly what was happening and what I was getting, wasn't pushy with the sales pitch and was patient whilst I was getting other quotes. The installers were friendly and respectful of the property, worked hard to complete the job quickly, even worked through a constant rain! When they finished, every where was left clean and tidy, they talked me through the setup of the app and the installed system. The quote was incredibly competitive for what was installed. After service has been great too, any questions Chris has been more than happy to answer and spend the time talking through how everything works.

We were very impressed with the advice that was given and the fact that they were able to answer all of our questions, simply. The installation took place within one day, all as promised.
