Just had solar panels installed on my property and very pleased with the service from this company. It wasn't an easy job, with limited access, limited space and bad weather. Another company had said it would be impossible but Neil is a problem solver and found a way to make the system work. They kept me up to date with what was happening and when, the work was always carried out at the arranged time and with good humour and efficiency. Thank you

Solar and battery install.

I had an install of 14 panels with 6kw inverter and good battery storage install went perfectly no issues. It’s been generating for over a year now and touch wood been great. Neil and Ceri answered any questions I had before and after install. They responded quickly and was very easy to work with to make sure it was as expected. I would recommend them to anyone that’s after good solar equipment at a competitive price with excellent support and service. There install team Gary and Jak were also great to work with onsite they could not do enough to make sure it was a good install a great team.

From my initial enquiry, to Install and then aftercare i have been very happy with the service NW Renewables have provided. I have had my batterys installed for around 6 months and they have been faultless. Neil spent the time to look at my usage and provided me with options and a very very competitive price. The engineers were friendly and very tidy and made sure i was happy with how everyrhing worked before leaving. Just today, after 6 months and following a new meter install i contacted Neil as my monitoring had gone haywire and within an hour he had me back up and running. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

MCS were able to tell us that Solar Store were the installers, and from there I contacted Neil at Solar Store to see if we could get a copy of the certificate. The service from Neil and his team was incredible – not only did he take my call on his day off, he took the time to explain how Feed-In Tariffs work and how to get the registration transferred. Thanks to Neil's help, we're about to receive over £2,000 that we're owed for generation over the four years since we moved in. It was amazing to get this level of customer service when I wasn't even a customer – I would 100% recommend Solar Store.

I had my system installed March 2022

I had my system installed March 2020. At the time, it was a relatively new company in North Wales. 1) The owner Neil organised the install with a team of panel and Inverter fitters. This was done swiftly and with a friendly reliable team. 2) Then Ceri took over the admin side and helped me gain Western Power certification to allow power feedback. 3) I then purchased the Octopus tariff and have never looked back. This system is perfect for a large family, 6.12kw inverter, 12kw batteries. The install price was very competitive, and the equipment was leading edge products, inverter, panels and batteries. I highly recommend this company. It's owner is customer focused and wants both You and the industry to succeed, he is passionate about renewables and gets the job done and will even support and guide you until sorted. 4) December 2023 I had a problem with the batteries and Inverter and it just needed a simple reset. I should have looked at the instructions, but Neil intervened and helped me with advice and was quickly sorted. Thanks, Dave Rees, Worcestershire.

Great company

We had solar panels, batteries and an EV charger fitted in Feb 2023 after initial enquiry made in the summer of 2022. These guys are busy but well worth the wait our energy bills have now more than halved. Cannot fault any of the equipment or installation. First class job. Great after sale’s service

We had a solar North Wales Renewables panel and battery system…

We had a solar panel and battery system fitted by North Wales renewables in March this year and what an amazing effect it has already had on our ebmnergy bills. Neil and Ceri at NWR were fantastic from start to finish, the quote was amazing! We had quotes from 3 solar providers and the swiftness of NWR responses and their price, they became the obvious choice. Within 6 weeks of the initial quote my system was up and running. Thanks Neil and Ceri.

Great value and service…

I have now had two solar systems installed and have been really pleased with the solar and battery solutions Ceri is very approachable and friendly, Neil goes out of his way to ensure you are staisfied with the install. The quotes were also in unbeatable when I went out to market to compare. Suggest you put as many panels as you can on!

I have had a great experience with Ceri and Neil. They are always happy to help with any questions and even when there was a problem with instalation Neil himself came and fitted the panels on my roof. That's the kind of company you want to be working with, that the head of the company will come to do the job himself when it needs to be done. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future projects

Very efficient solar installation

Very efficient solar installation. Installation was managed by local fitters and North Wales Renewables managed the ordering, admin, finance and aftercare. Price for solar system was reasonable, quick turnaround from initial quotes to fitting, everything went as planned. 25% deposit upfront which seems to be the norm, followed by payment of the balance once the work was completed. Quick response to answering my queries. They are registered with all the necessary organisations. Full paperwork needed for export was sent the day after paying the final bill

Fantastic company and service

From requesting a quotation to installation day, Ceri kept me informed at every stage, switched the quote around to suit our needs after Neil took time to explain different things and then installation went very smoothly and was very professionally done - I would highly recommend this company - the people are open and trustworthy, paperwork done promptly and support is excellent - you always buy from people you get a good feeling from and they delivered!
