My 87 year old mother recently had a full central heating system fitted by RMS Energy. What an excellent experience this was for all concerned. In the lead up to the work being done everything was clearly explained so that everyone knew what was involved and the levels of disruption to be expected. When the actual work was undertaken the fitters were polite, professional, skilled, tidy and respectful. We couldn't have asked for a more professional service. We have received two follow up calls to ensure that all is working as expected. We would strongly recommend this company based on our own experiences.

RELIABLE AND QUALITY SERVICE ⁹

These guys..ALL OF THEM from Admin to Installation are BRILLIANT! I had a major issue with a new Dimplex storage heater. They acted swiftly but to no resolution, However, Sam Biggs engaged with me immediately after being directly referred back to Dimplex. This guy copied me into his emails and was extremely supportive! Dimplex appeared to avoid the issue of warranty. Over the course of 3 months and MANY sleepless nights due to the constant knocking, a second SENIOR ENGINEER was dispatched from Dimplex. Jack diagnosed our problem immediately!! We are now very happy customers! Without Sam's input to accelerate this saga, I believe it would still be ongoing. RMS are professional/polite/friendly and act promptly. I cannot recommend highly enough from beginning to end!! Thankyou Guys!!😉🙂🙃😊

Warmer Homes Grant solar panels

We applied for a Warmer Homes Grant and RMS installed our Solar Panel array. The work was done in a couple of days with minimal fuss and to a high standard. The electricians were very helpful in where to place the exchanger unit and the solar panel installers completed the work very quietly and professionally.

ECO 4 Scheme

ECO 4 Scheme. A brief phone call to Shaun- Area manager (after I received a random circular letter in the post), led me to have a full central heating system installed and internal wall insulations as part of the ECO4 scheme. Totally free of charge. A few days after the phone call, Shaun and Tom came round first, Shaun explained everything concerning the ECO4 Scheme and eligibility while Tom was busy doing a full house efficiency report. Next Alan came round and did a full survey (measurements. Volume of rooms etc) and we decided where I wanted radiators placed in each room and boiler location. Then Jamie and Andrey (Master Plasterer and more) started on the internal wall insulation work, while in-between Carl and crew came round one day and fitted the full central heating/boiler system in 7 hours! Not to mention the electrician who popped round a couple of days and fitted the humidity fans and electrical wiring for the boiler system. Also thanks to the office staff for timely updates etc. All in all, great professional work throughout from the multidisciplinary team; highly recommended.

Great experience with RMS Energy Solutions Ltd

Shaun from RMS came to see me after I applied for a grant to upgrade my heating system and put solar panels on my roof. He explained the application process and along with the surveyor came up with a plan. I was really impressed with the plans which included applying for planning permission as I live in a conservation village. RMS sorted all this out for me, which was great. The communication was excellent so I knew what was happening and when. The dates were set for the work to begin and everything went as planned from the scaffolding being erected, to the work men arriving on time and getting on with the work. The roofers and electricians were all lovely, they explained what they were doing at every stage. They cleared up after the work was completed and took away all the packaging. Overall I found the whole process from start to finish seamless, the work was of a very high quality and I feel the team went over and above to make my experience trouble free and smooth. I’m thrilled with the end results and would highly recommend RMS to anyone who is considering applying for a green energy grant.

I had new boiler

I had new boiler, house internally insulated and central heating installed at no cost. Being 92 years old I was a little concerned about the upheaval. Sean reassured me throughout the process and the workmen were all polite and efficient. I now have a cosy warm house and can’t think Sean and his team enough. On behalf of my mum Frances x

We’ve gone from a house full of costly…

We’ve gone from a house full of costly electric heaters and boiling the kettle just to wash the pots, to a full air source heat pump system with instant hot water, cavity wall insulation, and solar panels to top it all off! RMS have been fantastic from start to finish, answering all my questions along the way. The installation went smoothly, and every team that visited our property was professional and friendly throughout. The finished result is amazing — I still find myself grinning every time I open the shoe cupboard and see the new shiny water tank sitting there. A massive thank you to RMS — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thought it was too good to be true, but was proven wrong. Had full gas central heating fitted in my house only took a day lads were absolutely brilliant. Put everything back how it was no mess or damaged to property. Thank you, Sean.once again amazing job.

Thank you so much to the RMS team who did my solar panels, insulation and heaters. Govany and his lads did a great job despite encountering unexpected difficulties in my old house, Josh and Sam, Ash and Dylan all worked really hard and were pleasant to have around. The work was completed surprisingly quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

RMS installed insulation, new storage heaters and solar panels on my Bungalow last August, 2024. did a good professional job, but equally as important they guarantee their work and they really do come out and correct anything that they have done that goes wrong! We do live in the real world and sometimes things just go wrong. Had an unusual electrical fault, a friend who used to be an electrician had no idea what the problem could be, after going through a number of possibilities. Today Ian Jones, who installed the storage heaters together with his apprentice, Christian, examined the ring mains and having bought some special equipment to help discover the problem found the fault and repaired it. First class service from a professional team in a very professional company. I might add I chose RMS from my Council's list of energy solutions installers, due to their good feedback, it was correct!

Had an electric boiler that was really expensive to run RMS energy got in touch and said I should qualify for a scheme to maybe get new heating , insulation and solar panels - They came out and explained everything to myself and the landlord and within a few weeks confirmed I qualified They installed Internal Wall Insulation , Room in Roof insulation , Air source heat pump with new radiators and also solar panels on the roof . All the teams were excellent , knew what they were doing , clean and tidy and really helpful . Shaun helped all the way through with any questions and helped organise everything with their office . Fully professional outfit from top to bottom . Can fully recommend

Recommended - good service received

RMS Energy Solutions quoted me for cavity wall insulation. Their price was better than the competition and their product (thermal beads) was also better, so I went with them. I am glad that I did as I was very pleased with the way they dealt with me from the initial survey to the day of the installation. A good company - one I have no issues in recommending to others.

RMS energy have staff that are highly experienced and very friendly. They explained all they had to do before coming in so that we would have an idea what to expect. RMS have been brilliant, Woking as a local Councillor I have referred 5 residents to have boiler upgrades & 1 to have an ASHP installed via the Governments Free Eco4 Scheme. All of the Residents have pro actively contacted me to say how happy they are with the levels of the customer & quality of the work. Bunch of cowboys! I was in Stannington tonight 08/04/25 18:15 HRS I was reversing my van out of a car park when one of there employees went flying past me forcing me to do an emergency stop. Van was fully sign written with RMS energy solutions on the side . The driver then sped through a residential area. This was 18:15 HRS. Then I caught the driver parked up on an abandoned council garage car park hiding. If they employ cowboys that drive through a residential area at this speed where kids are then they are all a bunch of cowboys in this company. The driver should have allowed me to finish reversing and been polite, but he was not polite or driving safely. Shame on you RMS for employing cowboy employees and putting the public in Stannington in danger! MY18 AHP

absolutely horrific. they installed a boiler at my mums house, said it had a 10 yr warranty then lied and said no we are only giving 5 yrs (when we had paid for 10) - ill be reporting to the ombudsman

We have just had our home upgraded with a new boiler, loft insulation and new sensor radiator Thermostats and PIV system. We are extremely happy with all the team that has been to our property and the excellent work they have done. Thank you to Steve who did our loft insulation and Andy and his brother who came and did a brilliant job fitting our new boiler and radiator valves. Andy also called us the following day to check everything was ok. Thanks to the Electrician and his son who came and did all the wiring of the boiler and PIV system. We used RMS Energy to undertake extensive wall insulation and air source heating, to include solar panels. We used Jake initially for all aspects of the work. I have to say that the service that we received from RMS was brilliant from start to finish, especially Jake. I would certainly recommend RMS and use them again if the situation arises.

Jake Barlow at RMS is an absolute disgrace. I was referred to Jake Barlow at RMS Energy Solutions by Grants For Home Improvements (gh4i). I had qualified for a grant, and Jake was sent to do a survey. In MARCH he turned up, and because the property may need planning permission, he did not do the survey. He promised to help me with whatever was needed to do the application. Despite providing Jake with the diagram requirements, I received no response, resulting in an incomplete application that cost me hundreds of pounds. I informed Jake of this, but no action was taken. After following up, after a number of WEEKS of silence, Jake finally informed me they couldn’t proceed due to scaffolding access issues on my road. Apparently this had been decided weeks previously, but they hadn't told me. He had also told GH4i that the case was closed, so they assumed I wasn't going forward. However, after consulting local councillors, I provided Jake with clear photographic proof that scaffolding across the road is a valid and commonly used solution here in the village. Jake acknowledged this and said he would pass it on to his team. That was July. I complained to Gh4i in September. Jake was included in the email correspondence. He has not contacted me. It's now NOVEMBER and I've got nowhere. If you use RMS, please just make sure Jake is not your surveyor. He just doesn't give a toss about you.

I have just had 2 Dimplex quantum night storage heaters installed by John and Ellis of RMS Energy Solutions and I'm very pleased indeed.Their work was very efficient and they explained the operation of the heaters clearly and thoroughly They were extremely helpful and courteous, and the heaters look great.

6 months and waiting and now they have lost a customer. They just installed my neighbour after 8 weeks but left the property with leaking pipes and refused to fix it he had to pay a plumber for repairs would definitely not reccomend half the good reviews here are by staff members

Not happy at all been waiting for months for the install keep being pushed off saying soon really not professional had alot of my neighbours use other companies but I stayed, what a regret. I guess when you call and realise went to another company you may start actually caring about your customers .

We recently had storage heaters fitted by RMS Energy Solutions. The office staff were very helpful and John did a great job on the installation. They understood the urgency due to my declining health. We definitely recommend!

Had a truly dreadful experience of this company. One surveyor identified areas requiring insulation, then another arrived unexpectedly to repeat the assessment, the outcome leading to the payment of a large deposit. Imagine our surprise when the insulation fitters arrived and said that both the surveyors were wrong and most of it didn’t need doing. I have heard nothing from this company since. I tried to contact by phone and left an answer phone message, no reply. No response to messages left by third parties who engaged them in the first place. This is truly dreadful customer service. I am now seeking recovery of my money through official channels. They don’t care. No customer follow up from this fiasco and no refund, no explanation. To be avoided at all costs, horrible experience.
