Atif is a star. I recently had my full solar and battery system installed, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Atif was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. From the very first consultation to the final handover, he explained every step clearly and made sure I understood how everything worked — including the mobile app. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone considering a solar installation.

Very pleased with our experience. The installation process was quick and relatively painless and the guys that came to do the install were all polite and hard working. We did have some issues in the two weeks after installation due to the fact that GivEnergy had to do a firmware reset, and that unfortunately led to a knock-on issue with the CT Clamp on our consumer unit giving some false readings. Atif was excellent in terms of communications and actively helped us to resolve the issue with GivEnergy. There was a fair amount of back and forth here so the effort was much appreciated. Although we couldn't rectify the false readings, Atif kindly brought around some chocolates and an Amazon voucher for the trouble we'd had - especially thoughtful, given that the issues were entirely on the hardware suppliers side. I'd been looking at having a solar system installed and had filled out a form on Money Saving Expert which resulted in a lot of suppliers contacting me. None of them were local, all had differing advice on what I should have installed and didn't discuss options, none were interested in doing a site visit in advance (they just use Google Maps satellite photos to look at the roof to see how many panels they think they can fit) and they all said that they would just install without having seen the property in advance. I wasn't particularly impressed with this approach and so I started looking for local suppliers and found Resolve Home Energy . Atif came out to see our house and immediately identified that the maximum number of panels that could be installed was significantly smaller than on other quotes I'd received as the roof on my extension is a couple of feet lower than the main roof and panels can't span that (something that couldn't be seen from the Google Maps and which reinforces the importance of someone seeing the property). Based on this he went through various options that were available (spending money on a larger battery vs installing extra panels on the North-facing part of the roof etc.) and the pros and cons of each, where the battery could be installed and various other things that I had not considered. Any questions I had were answered in detail and I never felt that there was any sort of hard sell, just good advice. I had to have roofing work done prior to the installation and Resolve were extremely patient and flexible in working around my timelines. Ian and the team that installed the whole system were friendly and professional throughout and I was really pleased with the overall experience. Atif has also been extremely helpful post-installation to offer advice on choosing a provider that will be best for the set up that I have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Resolve Home Energy and it's great to have the peace of mind that they're a local company with a team that pride themselves on customer satisfaction and providing a good service beyond the installation.

We recently moved into a property where Resolve Home Energy had previously installed a solar panel/battery storage system. We contacted Resolve, initally to find out more about the set up and to understand the app/software. As a local company, they were quick to respond in person and follow up on our queries. Atif has been extremely helpful (and patient!) with us as we come to understand the system and how we can benefit from it. So much so, that we have increased the battery storage and moved on to a beneficial tariff with our supplier. We would be happy to recommend Resolve Home Energy to anyone in the Cambridvge area who is considering installing asolar panel/battery storage system.

Such a great company. Helpful and responsive. We went through multiple other companies that wasted our time and messed us around, but Resolve just got it done. We needed solar panels and batteries reinstalling after a loft extension which no one else was willing to do but Resolve did a quick survey and quote and then did the work quickly and to a great standard. Couldn't recommend more.

I was very pleased with Resolve after choosing them to install our solar panels. They were competitively priced and have been helpful and polite through the process. Installation was finished in six hours with everything cleared away afterwards. Atif has remained involved after installation to help with queries and setup. Great service.

Atif Chaudry and all the team at Resolve Home Energy have been absolute stars from helping specify the requirement, through identifying the best technology for our needs, through to installation and, finally, in after sales support. Little Thetford Village Hall is a community charity and, as such, has to fund major improvements through Grant Funding which can take a while to acquire. Atif was very understanding and honoured his pricing commitment, even though it took 12 months from start to finish. The whole team have been exceptionally responsive and flexible throughout the process and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Very happy with the installation quality.Atif and Ian were very helpful. Atif brought the certification and product data to the house when available. He spent time explaining the system to me including the hot water boost. Also helped me to apply for a smart export tariff through Octopus Energy. I am happy to recommend Resolve Home Energy. Writing again four years after installation. Happier than ever with the performance and savings of my solar panels and battery. Then Octopus fitted a replacement electric meter causing all readings to malfunction. Octopus and give-energy provided little to no help. Resolve Home Energy were the opposite and could not have been more helpful. Even though the system is out of warranty and the problem was not theirs. They called quickly and resolved the problem, living up to their name! A very big thank you to all .

Resolve Home Energy installed my solar system just over a year ago. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I had confidence in what they were saying about the system and operation. Over the last year that confidence has been borne out. The system works very efficiently and economically. The electrical supply to my property was not straightforward but they have worked with me to resolve the difficulties and find the best solution. They are prompt and effective in responding to any questions or issues I have and feel confident that they are there to support me if I need them. A good company to work with.

I am very impressed with the service provided by Resolve. Simple and non-salesy quote provided for solar and 10kw battery, with various options costed. Price was good, and the fact there was no deposit to pay up front took the risk out of any installation or snagging items, etc. George and Ian were in communication throughout the short lead time, and when coordinating the scaffold, delivery, installation, commissioning and a couple of minor issues in updating the firmware for the battery. Really pleased with the outcome and impressed with the amount of surplus energy that is being sold to the grid each day above and beyond d what we use. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone considering solar.

From start to finish, Resolve Home Energy made our solar installation process smooth and hassle-free. Initially, I got a quote from another company that said they could only fit 13 panels on my roof. But when Atif from Resolve Home Energy came for the initial survey, he determined that 19 panels could fit. On installation day, the team found a way to add 7 more, bringing the total to 26! I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money with the first company. They conducted a thorough home survey, recommended the best setup, and even upgraded our 50-year-old fuse box as part of the job. Their team worked efficiently, quickly arranging and installing the additional panels on the same day. After installation, they followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly and set us up for exporting excess energy. They also installed bird blockers—something many providers don’t include. Their communication was excellent, always responding quickly to any questions. If you’re considering solar, I highly recommend Resolve Home Energy!

We now have our second instalment of solar panels provided by Resolve Home Energy Ltd together with our updated inverter which is now controllable via my phone app. I have limited mobility, and this has made a huge difference in being able to fully control the system, from the comfort of my chair in our lounge. I also like the fact that only reliable quality products are being used. The company & staff are all extremely pleasant, reliable and totally dependable. I was made fully aware of expenses for my solar project, prior to starting any work. George has kept me informed and again provides helpful advice when needed. All in all, Resolve Home Energy are a credit to themselves in every aspect of installation as well as their aftercare. All in all, a very friendly and helpful team. Well done!

I have had my solar generating system for ten years with no problems. Recently I had a smart meter fitted and since then the system stopped working. Everyone I have dealt with regarding Resolve Home Energy has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I called Atif, and he very quickly came to check it and in next day to solve the problem, after changed Invertor resumed normal. Amazing, very efficient and professional, higher recommend, I only have good things to say about Resolve Home Energy Ltd .

Resolve Home Energy came to my home, explained all my options in language I understood, gave me a fixed price quote on the same day and at no point made me feel under pressure to commit or sign to their service. After looking into other solar and battery suppliers I chose Resolve Home Energy through a recommendation from a friend and that their price was very competitive. The work was completed at my convenience in really good time, there were no hidden extras, the work carried out is of a very high standard and really importantly for me, Resolve Home Energy always picked up their phone (land line and mobile) and dealt with any questions or concerns. I have not had to do anything other than pay, Resolve Home Energy have chased and supplied all the paper work and provided all the certification needed, dealt with any issues I have raised post installation and revisited me today with a comprehensive home pack containing everything you need to know about their installation, warranties, certification, diagrams and explanations etc. Home Resolve Energy's panels and batteries are guaranteed for 12 years, they guarantee their workmanship around the installation for 2 years (which is a better warranty than what comes with the house!) and apart from the scaffolding, employ all their trades people directly keeping everything in house and not subject to the problems caused by subcontractors. I am confident that they will continue to monitor my system and provide a good after sale service for as long as I need. I also think their system performs better than what they advised me I should expect and already saving me money within a month. Resolve Home Energy have been in business many years and after choosing them to install my panels and batteries I can see why. A good price, a system that can be added to and really good kit all installed hassle free. I do not think there are many companies out there that provide such a good service.

I honestly can’t stress how amazing Resolve Home Energy Ltd are! I needed my roof redoing and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to add solar panels and a battery. Atif was brilliant when he came to see me and explained everything thoroughly and I felt very assured that I was in good hands. I contacted several firms, local and national, for quotes. Resolve was very responsive during the back and forth of specifying what capacity we needed now, and in the future. I found everyone professional and helpful, and ultimately a firm I felt I could trust. Once agreed, installation was done with minimum disruption over one day. On the day, Resolve suggested adding more panels (from 12 to 16, fitted both east and west aspects) and I agreed it was a good idea, and that last minute change was handled efficiently. Everything is up and running, the GivEnergy app is really helpful and there's are GivEnergy Facebook groups if you want to join them. A first class local firm that I'll be recommending to friends and neighbours.

Contacted Resolve Home Energy as we desperately needed a new inverter and for years it had seemed impossible to find a local company who would maintain or repair a PV system they did not originally fit. What a wonderful experience - over the phone, instantly interested, helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to talk through all aspects and potential future adaptations to our existing system, but no pressure to go further than we wanted at this time. Recommended a product from a good and reliable company, and an instant price for us to consider. Brilliant service - initial contact late last week, Atif completed the inspection visit this Tuesday evening and inverted swiftly fitted by James by midday Friday!! Thank you all so much.

Resolve have just fitted a set of batteries for me - installation went well, the team kept me updated throughout and quickly resolved a few snagging issues. System works well and I have recommended their services to several of my neighbours who are looking at Solar PV systems.
