From CORMAC’s original professional iPad presentation to the after installation follow up contact from the Power IQ office staff the purchase and installation was faultless. The quotations for both a high end and budget system were very competitive which allowed me to select the premier premium system. The installation was seamless with all of the work being done to a high standard. Being a retired Heating Industry Engineer I am impressed with the company and quality of the equipment and installation. I highly recommend Power IQ for your solar installation.

Prompt response to initial enquiry Open assessment and costing Patient and not pushy when making decision Also patient while organising the financial options Prompt but flexible dates for installation. Installation was done in a morning with minimal disruption and total respect of property. Was guided in downloading the app. Now enjoy the graphics showing how much we’re generating from UV light and what we’re NOT taking from the grid. So while there is an initial cost- over time it will more than pay for itself. Great support from admin team in the office. My experience with Power IQ has been a very positive one to date and I would have no issue recommending them. In fact I already have to other friends and colleagues contemplating a similar decision.

From the initial site visit from Cormac to the after sales follow up contact by the office team, the service was faultless. CORMAC’s initial laptop presentation and the options provided provided me with all of the information that I required to make my decision. I had contacted other companies who all provided quotations but none provided the information and presentation that I sought. I was surprised with the cost of CORMAC’s quotations as they were well positioned and allowed me to choose the more expensive Premier option. The system was installed both speedily, professionally and neatly and has been working faultlessly from day one. As a former heating engineer I have found both the installation and service faultless.

Installation can take longer than expected.

Electrical installer arrived on time while solar panel roofer arrived shortly after. Solar panel istallation took less time than the installation and connection of the inverter/battery backup equipment together with the meter board & electrical grid connections. Electician was so dedicated it was late evening before everything was was finished. Overall, I am pleased with the neatness of the final installation, the dedication of the electrical installer and the followup support provided by Power IQ.

Very easy to deal with

Every step was simple and straightforward. The initial consultation was thorough and the agent went through my electric usage and gave an honest appraisal of my use. I then made an informed decision. The installation was very efficient, took less than a day and everything was operational before the installers left.

The instal was quick and easy, 1 day and up and all connected, a great service. Even in November I’m getting results and loving the solax app to see what electricity I’m generating Great team of friendly people

The only thing I had to do was let the electrician in to the switchboard one day! Really straightforward. Would recommend Power IQ!

Up & running in 1 day WOW

The sales rep David knew his stuff, his knowledge and enthusiasm to find the right solution for my house was great. The forecast saving calculation on their website is slightly flawed as they quote 10 hours economy rate, when it's only possible to get 7 hours from any provider. Irrespective, savings are already being realised, it's nice to see the generation levels from solar even though it's now November. Can't wait for next summer! Had the full system installed, 7.5kW of panels, 12kW battery with inverter and EV charger. Really sleek look and well positioned ( ie. NOT IN THE LOFT) as per BS recommendations, unlike other vendors I received quotes from! Really satisfied to date ( in 7 days) more to come if anything changes. Thx SolarIQ. 😁

The initial consultation was good. No sales stuff just really factual breakdown of everything. After speaking to other companies we went with Power IQ. Instal was all done on one day and really straight forward. System was up and running the same day. Haven't needed any after care but what contact we have had has been helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend Power IQ highly enough for their professionalism and attention to detail on the installation off solar panels with battery and water eddi at my home. On reaching out to get estimates, David arrived and was informed and knowledgeable about the product he was recommending. There was no pushy sales just open honest conversations offering the best solution for my home to run more efficiently. I agreed to have Power IQ complete my installation, the guys arrived promptly to my home on the 4th September, Liam and Lee the roofers were efficient, clean and tidy, and had panels up in what felt like no time at all. Mathew the electrician was amazing, he went above and beyond to ensure that there was no unnecessary cables showing on my outside walls, and even hid the cables coming to my battery which I had placed in a storage room just off my utility room. Tidy workmanship is a complete understatement. Mathew stayed and ensured that all checks to the system were correct, and took time to explain how the whole system worked and how I would get the best from my new install. I can't thank him enough, and whatever he was getting paid it wasn’t enough, it was 8pm before he left my house. The next day I was contacted by Jessica to ask how install went and if there was anything else i needed help with, and that the team could be contacted to discuss any part of the system I needed help with, customer support is definitely not lip service with power IQ. 5 stars

From start to finish I had fantastic customer care with Power IQ. David sat down talked us through how solar and battery install could benefit us and how much potential savings that could be achieved. Always on hand for any questions and additional information I required The install itself was first class, date pre booked well in advance, pre site visit done by crew and all explained and everything ran exactly how they planned. Cannot recommend Power IQ enough, 2 months since the install everything is working really well and will more than meet the projected savings that David explained.

I can highly recommend power IQ if you are in the market for going solar. Great knowledge from the guys from start to finish. David the sales rep was great and explained all my questions and wasnt just pushing for a sale. Just well explained and showed a breakdown of why it would make sense to go with them. Install all fitted in 1 day. Electrian was great and stayed late to make sure the job was finished for me and took time to explain how the system worked. Power IQ won't disappoint and the team go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Power IQ were excellent from start to finish. When David came out to give us a quote he explained everything in detail and was able to answer any questions we had about solar panels and the system and after it was installed he rang to check we were happy with it all. The team did a great job at installing the panels and batteries. They were very professional and left the place tidy. Would highly recommend this company

Excellent customer care

Installed in a day. A few initial hiccups but they were sorted in a day or so. Already seeing the benefits of the solar. Power IQ were really good to deal with; very clear and transparent with the communications so absolutely no complaints and would recommend. 👌
