Absolutely recommend having damp works…

Absolutely recommend having damp works done and insulation. Don't need to keep the heating on for long due to retro fit works and my house is now an oven.A+++++

This company instaled solar panels, but not a single person during instalation before instalation or after instalation mentioned that they will only work if they have been registered with national grid. 2 years of solar panels energy lost. Not to mention that they wired them from atic to inside house then outside house and back in to the house where meter is. It is one wall, why not just send wire outside and in.

Brilliant job

Brilliant job they were clean tidy and professional. I would recommend next energy to anyone. Andrew and Nikki site managers went above and beyond, we can see a considerable difference already in 2 weeks with the warmth after internal wall insulation

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great communication from the first phone call to the last. Very quick service. All the lads who completed the works were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I also had a follow up phone call to check I was happy too. Thank you!

From the start to end the process was plain sailing. From the initial guy who came to measure and take photos and explain time lines and processes, to the guys who did the installation i couldnt fault there proffessionalism. They were pleaseant and polite and respected my home. They worked non stop. Truly a credit to themselves and your company. Keep up tbe great work.

Next Energy, from Director Level, to grunt level in customer service are an absolutely as incompetent, negligent, uncaring company. They have called five (and counting) serious safety hazards in my vulnerable grandparents house, which, they're completely ignoring now. Their complaints policy refer to the wrong ombudsman, and, their customer support just make up whatever they want with AI Tools - I assume they've had AI tools make up their complaints policies and escalation routes too. We're being left with no way to escalate this above Next Energy, and, their incompetent, reckless Head of Warm Homes Delivery has been aware of the latest safety hazard for weeks at this stage, and, they're just sweeping it under the rug. Every single person I have had the displeasure of dealing with Next Energy has been morally bankrupt and devoid of care and morals.

Next Energy review

The staff at Next Energy were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and the surveyor Alan was very very respectful and professional when carrying out the survey of my property. I would definitely recommend Next Energy to anyone considering having solar panels fitted to their property.

Absolutely shocking! Don't know who is worse, the office staff or the contractors!! Didn't have the tools for the job, shoddy work that has to be changed. Destroyed and damaged the few things I had in my loft. Don't stick to arrangements made even though you book time off work, so when you refuse anything else done after repeating yourself for the 50th time they want to take the hump and start giving attitude. Manager was then passed on who was just as bad as his staff!! Yes I was rude to them because there is no communication between any of them! Manager did offer to resolve the whole thing but I declined because he too was just like the rest of them

Should have been offered accomosation

It's taken a very long time. It was badly planned. They are working in every room walls at once in a 2 bed property with 2bpeople living here I wasn't offered to be moved out or storage to put my stuff. The workies were good people tho. I've had to get several things re done but the main issue was planning for the scale of this work.

I was amazed at the service I received…

I was amazed at the service I received from Lisa, she managed to sort my attic insulation with an excellent company that did a superb job and whilst working quickly and efficiently also left everything immaculate. The difference to the heating in my home is immeasurable. Lisa also arranged for me to have contact with others who might help me find allowances to which i might be entitled and also to access a blue badge which could be life transforming I am so grateful for the help I received, it felt as though I was communicating with a friend rather than a patronising stranger who was paid to assist me!

I recently had work carried out on my property by Next Energy. External cladding insulation. I would just like to say the standard was first class.They removed old pipes and guttering and replaced with new.They would clean up after work everyday,workman were all very friendly. I definitely recommend this company. Thankyou Next Energy.

All contractors were pleasant and very considerate. Any mess was cleaned up before they left. I am very pleased with new boiler and the engineers took the time to explain the remote control functions.

I would give the Customer Liaison Officer Paula McLean 5 stars if I could but I had a few issues with Next Energy not completing works which Paula got sorted, ahe also got me a refund off my energy supplier for overpaid electricty, I also would like to mention Gary Murphy the site manager who was also very good. So Next Energy receive 4 stars from me,the workmen were polite and courteous and turned up on time

Damaged my property and disconnected all my guttering! Left screws bolts rubbish all around and didn't clean up cause damage to my bathroom ceiling aswell COWBOY WORKERS!!!! REFUSE ANY WORK NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

Where do I even start, so october 2024 Next Energy turn up to begin work and still now in June 2025 it still has not been completed. They turned up whenever they felt like and just went around the back, we would be sitting in the living room 1pm and they'd turn up to work and treat our home like a building site. I don't know if it is just us who think that knocking at someone's front door is basic manners and basic human respect, clearly they do not have this. There was a group of workers who sat in the garden with a table and chairs and started eating there dinner, which by all means we all have to eat dinner but they was leaving bones all over the garden, and we have a 18 week old puppy who was then going outside and picking up these bones, clearly a choking hazard for the dog but they clearly could not care less and to top all this off one of them decide to go to the back of the shed and urinate which is absolutely disgusting, when we brought this up to one of the MANY so called 'Site Managers' it was brushed off and clearly not dealt with because the same group was working on the house a few weeks later again without making us aware. Our back gate was left open constantly every single night until it was fixed (which they broke) which made us feel unsafe and was unable to let the dog out in the garden due to this also adding on from this, we had no fence panel to our left so it was open gardens with our next door neighbour, luckily enough we know them however our privacy was taken away from us, again for weeks and weeks, once again couldn't let the dog out. The carpets in our hallway are absolutely ruined because they did not put anything down to protect the carpet they just came in and out trampling mess all over. This entire job has done nothing but affect our mental health, with family members having to seek help from the doctors, us constantly being anxious about wether the dog was going to choke on a screw today or a bone tomorrow due to them being dirty and disrespectful not cleaning up after themselves. It has had a massive impact on the family and again our mental health, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and I hope no one has to go through this in a lifetime hoenslty it's been awful and it's still not over. There is some pictures attached to show you what we have been living in for the past 8-9 months, and to be honest still living in the dirt.

I have to give 1 star as Google will not allow any less. This company is an absolute joke and should shut their doors as they're terrible. Company is the latest council contractor work load team. They do not know whether they're coming or going I was ment to have work done in Feb and it's still being done now. They say they will call you straight back them when they don't call you call back and get the we're sorry this is bad we respect our customers ect load of crap. If I'd have paid for these services I'd be taking next energy to court. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Had insulation in loft done, but it wasn't done correctly, Also had extractor fans fitted in kitchen but wrong one was fitted so now I've got to get someone out to fit the correct one costing me money. Not very professional and when I contacted them they never got back to me which means they don't want to fix problems they have created. I put my trust in them and they have let me down.

Had a combi boiler installed to replace old central heating system via government grant. The kitchen radiator no longer gets hot. Had numerous revisits and calls back to next Energy. Unhappy regarding electricians visit. Left my property untidy and didn't leave any instructions for equipment they installed.

This Company has not even been to Survey our property and have managed to let us down three times. Their representative arranged to visit last Thursday but failed to arrive due to ill health. An alternative date was arranged for today. We waited in all morning then received a text message saying that the surveyor was running late and could he call in the afternoon. We received another text message saying that he would not be able to get to if due to a relapse of the health issue he had ( torn shoulder muscle)from the previous week. He offered £100 compensation if an alternative date could be agreed. We are not interested in a company that operates in this manner. We have viewed numerous poor reviews from disgruntled customers. A sigh of relief that we decided NOT to have any more contact with them.

I am very happy to have had the service you have given me. New boiler, loft insulation and fans plus some window ventilation. The only thing I can't get on with is the Secure thermostat. It is very complicated for me, the instructions in the manual are difficult to understand for an 82 year old. I've had to get the plumber to kindly alter the times and he rang the company for instructions. Apart from that I'm very happy with the service. How long does the guarantee last and how long can I ring you for any problems. Thank you.

Damaged radiator fitted. Leaks on system. No drain offs fitted to the central heating system at all. Living room radiator far too small, won't heat up the room at all. Hallway radiator far too big, heats up whole flat. Wouldn't connect towel radiator already fitted in bathroom. Wanted to fit another radiator in bathroom. Was fobbed of by Laura when I phoned to complain about the issues.
