Excellent and professional service. We have used Lectec a couple of times now. The John and Jim did a great job and Wendy is so easy to work with and made our house move so much easier by being so friendly and on the ball. I would definitely use them again.

A very efficient job all round, clean, tidy on time and efficient also polite and happy . Our old radiator has been replaced by a new duel fuel one. Wendy in the office put up with my lack of I.T knowledge and was patient and kind. I will certainly use Lectec again if need more work done. Thank you all.

This is a great business. John both does the survey, quote and installation. Compared to other companies who quoted John came up with a great plan with somewhat complex routing of the ducting (4 rooms with aircon with 2 placed in the loft so invisible) which kept the front of the house pretty much free of noticeable ducting. Installation took 8 full days as planned and was efficient, clean and enjoyable to have John and Jim around. They were meticulous and all the choices they made left us very happy. Would highly recommend them for aircon projects. A great company and team and price was very competitive.

We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by the team. The quality and standard of the work are excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. From the very beginning, everything was made super clear, and there were no surprises. Wendy was great from the initial stages of getting us quotes through to booking in the appointments. What impressed us just as much was their thoughtfulness while working in our home. They were incredibly considerate, keeping us informed every step of the way and even making sure to look out for our indoor cat, which was a lovely touch. I needed a firm with MCS certification to clean my solar panels and check the system. I contacted Lectec by phone, found the service professional and well run at every level and problems caused by pigeons nesting underneath the panels were dealt with effectively. I am very happy to recommend them.
