Turn up with no prior notice. Then made 2 appointments for someone to check fuse box, never turned up. High peak council, and Alliance Norse need to finish all contract with them.

Busy people, brilliant service can not fault them

I have taken 3 separate days off from work to have my fuse box changed. ITC have rescheduled this appointment on all 3 occasions now, only informing me on the day that I am at home waiting for them. To add to the frustration, you have to call several times before someone eventually answers the phone. Poor service.

Poor customer service ! Said would turn up in the morning didn’t turn up till 2pm and before randomly turning up with no notice expecting to be let in

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately had to deal with this company due to being in a housing association property(Emh) and them needing to do an electrical inspection. - first time they visited and just left a 'sorry we missed you' card without knocking or anything and this visit hadn't been arranged before but I could have let them in if they had simply knocked. - I then spent multiple times over various days ringing the office to make an appointment which was finally set up despite clearly a lack of office staff manning the phones. - I waited in all day for them and then rang their office who let me know that the engineer wouldn't be attending as they were now busy on another job. - I then booked another appointment for the engineer visit which fell on a day I worked so I got up early ready for them to visit. This time I waited till 11:30am to ring their office to find out if the engineer was visiting and I was unsurprised to hear that the engineer was now off 'sick' and wouldn't attend so another wasted day for me. - again I booked my now 3rd appointment with them for today and again nobody has turned up(this appointment was meant to be urgent and an 8am visit apparently). Again nobody answering at the office either. Its very clear the company is poorly run and managed wrong. You'll get a threatening letter in the process saying if you don't let them carry out the work they'll take you to court to gain access but yet when you try to give then access they have every excuse under the sun not to attend. They don't communicate they won't turn up, that's for you to find out by either ringing the office(if you can get through) or wasting your day waiting around for them.

Tbis is a very poor company. I missed them coming because i was at work so i called and made an appointment for when i would be here. They visited again before apppintment day again i was at work so called again and said i had made an appointment. No record of appointment so made another they called again when i was at work. Called again made a 3rd appointment. Then recived a solicitors letter threating to take me to court for denying access to property. So called again they made me yet another appointment. Day before this appointment tgey turned up again, however i was in this time so work was done needed a follow up so workman called offive whilst here and made me an appointment. They recived a call to say i needed an appointment, said i have one amd they couldnt find it so made yet another appointment and they still havent come!!! Really poor company
