Honest Energy have recently installed solar panels and batteries, as well as an air conditioner, and it was a pleasure working with John Wark and the installers. John provided straightforward, clear and genuinely honest advice before we committed to the project and helped us through every stage of the process. The installation went smoothly despite the awful weather. Importantly, the cost was highly competitive, especially when compared to the price quoted by the energy companies. Highly recommended.

I contacted Honest Energy after a recommendation from a close neighbour. John and his team installed 13 panels and battery system in our house in November. The installation went extremely well with minimum disruption with all work completed in one day. The lads worked quicky and were polite with all rubbish cleared from site when they left. Since then the system has been working well and we have just started to explore exporting surplus generated energy to the grid. Honest Energy have been fantastic, great communication, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend this company.

Solar and Battery installed today, based on neighbour's recommendation - they lived to everything he'd said! Great service from quote/advice through to installation today. All up and running, very straight forward. Installation was discussed, with routing of cables considered to look as good as possible. Clean and tidy installation, by an efficient and friendly team!

John and his team at Honest Energy installed a Solar System with Sigenrgy Batteries. The install went as planned and I am very happy with the service. The price was competitive and as a local business, I was glad I used them.

I recently had 18 solar panels installed along with a Sigenergy battery and inverter by Honest Energies, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. After approaching a number of companies, John at Honest Energies stood out immediately. He was the only one who came out to physically assess the property before quoting, which gave me confidence that he fully understood what I was looking for and had seen the actual conditions, so there were no surprise costs along the way. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the decision to proceed very easy. From the moment I agreed to move forward, the whole process was smooth and well-organised. I was kept updated at every stage, which really reassured me. Chris and the installation team were fantastic: friendly, professional, and informative throughout. They kept me posted on their progress during the install, and at the end they took the time to walk me through the system and the app so I knew exactly how everything worked. All certificates and documentation were issued very quickly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my choice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John and the team at Honest Energies to anyone considering solar.

Honest energies looked after us from beginning to end during the assessment and installation of our solar panels. Every stage was explained, which wasn't our experience of our original installation many years ago. Everything is running smoothly but we know that this company will answer queries quickly, rather than our previous experiences with chatbots! We recommend the company.

We had alot of pigeons nesting under our solar panels. John and his team came round and installed new netting all around and did an amazing job to clear and re net all panels and install new netting. Affordable and professional. Would highly recommend .

Honest energies were great putting solar in for me- John, Arron and James have been great help ever since. I was messing with things and they even came and fixed it same day on a weekend. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service I’ve received. They really stand out from the crowd. 10/10

Had a solar install from Honest energies last year. I cannot fault the service I received from John, Julie, Chris & Dean. The aftercare has been spot on and the WhatsApp support group has helped massively, it made the whole process so easy. Would highly recommend!!

John and the team installed our solar about 18 months ago. The service since has been impeccable. 8pm on a sunday and emails are responded too. There was an issue which was actually our mistake but because he was local John picked it up and came out at 8pm on a Saturday night. Above and beyond would be our experience of Honest solar and Honest energies. We are now getting them to come and install Air conditioning. Would happily reccomend to anyone. And we do! Honest Energies recently supplied and installed solar panels, home batteries, a whole-house backup system, and an EV charger for us, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial contact, John who took the time to clearly explain all our options without any pressure, which made a real difference. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right setup for our home. The installation team were equally impressive, professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the process. Everything was completed to a high standard, and they left the site clean and tidy. We’re now fully up and running couple of months, and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would absolutely recommend Honest Energies to anyone considering solar or EV solutions. A trustworthy company that delivers on its promises.

John and his Team did a great job from start to finish, John kept us informed of the progress prior to installation. On the day the installation team were very polite and efficient and left everything tidy. The electrician gave me an overview of the system and it is working great we now have cheap electricity and are selling the remainder back to the grid.

John took time to explain our options and made recommendations on both the equipment to use and the best way to configure the installation. The team that installed the system were brilliant, polite, respectful of our property, tidy and went above and beyond. We’re now a month in and I am incredibly happy with the system, it’s performing brilliantly and with all the sun we’ve been getting, we haven’t paid for any electricity since the system was installed! John has been on hand to help with after care, responding very swiftly and addressing items quickly that have come up. I would definitely recommend Honest Energies.

Really happy with the service we received from Honest Energies. John was really helpful in giving us advice and explaining what we might consider followed by communicating with SSE and organising relevant paperwork for us to sell to the grid. The installation team were remarkable. Professional and friendly. A big job finished in a day! I would not hesitate recommending this company.

John and his team were amazing! He understood the complicated needs of our energy needs (due to also having an air source heat pump) and recommended how to get the best configuration of panels for us. The whole process was so well managed. From the delivery of the materials on the day of installation, to the committed installation team and the support with ensuring the tech afterwards. Prior to working with Honest Solar we'd had a few quotes for solar panels, but John's genuine knowledge and expertise made the decision to go with Honest Solar easy.

First off, I was let down by a previous installer who went into administration with our deposit. Obviously spooked, started to look for other installers and after a couple of conversations decided to choose Honest Solar. As the name suggests, John was honest about pricing and recommendations for my system. All questions and concerns were quickly replied to. Install date is today and I am now all up and running with my solar PV and battery install. Install was: 3.2KWp Longi LR5 panel array split south and east. Sunsynk 3.6kw Inverter 2 x Sunsynk 5.2kw battery Install team were awesome and very tidy. MCS certified installer. Thankyou for a quality install :)

Honest Solar installed panels and a battery for us. Very neat installation. John’s team work fast and it was all setup after one day (!) Scaffold was put up and down exactly when they said it would be. The system is working very well, we’ve barely used energy from the grid since it was setup. John is always very quick to get back to us on any queries we’ve had. Highly recommended.
