Finally a company that really…

Finally a company that really understands its products. We had a complex faulty system and though they had not installed it, they still came and sorted it out. Since then they've given loads of great advice and generally been available to address a problem at about a week's notice which is as good as one can reasonably expect. Top marks.

UPDATE2 (November 2023): After using Nick & GHW for our rental property, we had a couple of problems with the installation. They use sub-contractors and the co-ordination with them was poor. What's more, Nick was on holiday for the process. I was left to project manage the process while trying to get answers from his staff for whom English was a 2nd language. In the end, we got there though. Despite those issues we asked Nick for an estimate for solar on our property. He came out and looked at it. He promised an estimate in a couple of weeks. It has been more than two months. I have chased him up on the phone. He promised we would have it that Friday. That was two weeks ago, I have sent an email to followup the follow-up and still nothing. At this point I do not consider their services reliable and am no longer interested in using them. In fact, I have concerns if there are issues with the rental property whether they would respond to servicing that installation. UPDATE: After a nice follow-up email, we decided to give Nick another go. He arrived on time. More importantly he saw past what we asked for to what we really needed. We have decided to go with Green Heat Wales for solar and heat pump at our rental property. Keep your eyes posted for further updates on our experience with them Original post:They scheduled an appointment to give an estimate. They did not call to confirm. So I called them on the day to confirm. They said that it was scheduled. I then arranged for my husband to meet me at the property. Despite my efforts, they were a no-show.

This is the third time I have used green heat Wales, twice for emergency and this time a bathroom conversion and I'm very pleased I did, from the time it took to do the job (on-time) and the professional advice I was given, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended. Roger

Stunning and superb company cannot be bettered

I am very happy with the service I received from Green Heat Wales. Their team was amazing, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. The plumbers who came to my house were hardworking, clean and neat. They did a fantastic job of installing my new heating system and explained everything to me clearly. They were also very polite and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend Green Heat Wales to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

Installer provides a high quality level of installation whether that be be renewable products or boiler installations. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. would recommend.

Excellent service from Marie, Nick and the team. My heat pump (ASHP) installation was quite the journey through planning application, design, minor works, installation and commissioning. Altogether this process took almost 4 months, though the vast majority of this time was waiting for planning approval. The pump itself works great and is currently (mid summer) almost free to operate due to solar panels and battery storage. Altogether a great company and a pleasure to do business with.

I had an underfloor heating done in my house and am very pleased with the service provided. The boys were friendly, professional and the job was done within a given timeframe. Communication between me and Marie in the office was great also. Highly recommend👍🏻

Had some radiators installed, they arrived on time and got to it straight away, everyone there was amazing and friendly. The office staff communication was great letting me know when the engineers were on there away and and following up the to the date they kept me updated. 110% would recommend to anyone looking for general plumbing to solar and heat pumps

Green Heat Wales installed a solar PV system at my home. They did the whole service "end to end" - survey, quotation, advice, and then once I commissioned the installation from them, it was carried out efficiently and promptly, despite this firm being extremely busy. The quality of their work was excellent, and their various specialists (their surveyor, those who put up the panels, the electricians and so on) were knowledgeable and were easy to work with, which was a big plus as we had to make various key decisions during the installation itself. The system has been up and running for around 12 weeks now, and it has worked perfectly, with results even better than those in the quotation. Green Heat Wales are flexible about what products they can use, and they are an "agile" company, one thing that led me to choose them over another firm who also did a survey and sent a quote. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

What a brilliant company from start to finish. We have had an Air Source system fitted. The office contact Marie is brilliant always available and always returns calls or emails. Onsite Nathan always had a smile and approached everything in a positive manner with his team. The electricians led by Tristran were also very efficient and positive. The clean up at the end was truly amazing What a pleasure to have young adaptable tradesmen on your property. I would recommend anyone to engage this company

Investigated air source heat pumps for…

Investigated air source heat pumps for about 6 months and spoke to many suppliers locally and nationally. I was most impressed with Ben and Marie and their professionalism and knowledge and decided to take the plunge with a Samsung model which is top end and I have not been disappointed. Installation was very painless and all my questions and queries dealt with. I have been seeing the estimated savings of about £600 already bearing fruit. Couldn’t be happier- highly recommended.

We have nearly completed a 4 bed room new build and used Green Heat Wales for all the plumbing works, underfloor heating, boiler, bathrooms and kitchen. They are reliable and very pleasant to work with, arriving on time and usually completing work ahead of schedule. I cannot think of any negatives and highly recommend. Thank you.

I recently had a new heating system…

I recently had a new heating system installed in one of our rented properties.. A new boiler was relocated into loft, with new radiators & some pipework. The job was done in a timely manor, within budget. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, professional and clearly had a thorough knowledge of their trade with some good advice for the install. Green Heat Wales are now my go to plumbers that I can trust to carry out the job every time.
