A really professional service

A really professional service. From the initial conversations, through the work being undertaken through to completion everything went really, really well. Not only that my tenants have noticed a massive difference in their energy bills and my recent EPC report shifted up to a C! 100% recommended!!

Over the moon

Wanted to check the system was working well before I wrote this, but the lads did an excellent job, I nearly went with BOXT but the team in the office were too good to not work with, really made up with the energy savings I'm making already in these winter months, couldn't be happier and will be telling all my family and friends to give them a shot.

Back up battery

In the wild weather we just had, next doors power went off but luckily our battery kicked in so fast I didn’t even have to reset the clock on the microwave. Thanks so much guys.

Local Solar installers

I went with Euro Energy because they were local. The guys in the office knew what they were talking about. The install wasn't straight forward but the lads on site worked hard to make it right. Good service.

Applied for an eco grant with these people and got exactly what they said they would do My home is soooo much warmer They sorted all my mould and damp out The lads where so friendly and tidy The office communication was top level

Extremley rapid job, very tidy, and klean they khep the Word and în 4 days all was finsh, very respectifull workers and wee tankyou very much for the high quality and profesional work!

The worst company that I have ever had to use. I have already managed to stop 2 other people using them. They destroyed my house, damaged and smashed my possessions and then refused to do anything to put the situation right. They are cowboys!!!

A mighty team

A mighty team ascended on my home and completed the work in two days. Brilliant work and friendly lads. Gave advice on how to paint plaster. My home has massively been improved by the insulation however not by the ventilation vents or trickle vents, which I now have a constant draft and outside noise being more apparent. These can be solved easily so can't really knock off any stars.

The guys were quick, efficient, helpful and were willing to answer any queries. The jobs were done at a high quality level. I have recommended them to family and friends.

Had mine done in august , I have a 6 room house, one dust sheet used that’s all.. radiators moved over a foot higher than was before which means the pipes bend and have easily caught my feet as they stick out. Two rads with no thermostat on, wiring not put back. Inspector came took pictures, thought workmen would be back to resolve issues but nothing. All in all the lads were great but a big up to Neil the joiner who did a great job. Be prepared for a lot of dust , cleaning , redecorating.

They fitted a storage heater and they switched my supply to it from night to day at the meter which has cost me a fortune! They didn’t advise me I needed a smart meter to get around this problem or to get an electrician to supply the power. I’ve called them and they just tried to tell me I was wrong but I’ve spoke to the manufacturer of the storage heater now and I know they were at fault, they have cost me hundreds in expensive electricity wiring up the storage heater how they’ve done it and not even telling me to get a smart meter or offer to help supply power to the storage heater from inside my flat , disgrace, man was really rude who I spoke to also asking why I was even calling as it’s out of warranty, who even speaks like that to a customer?

Great job by team of electrician plumbers plasterers and joiners Graham, Brian, Edgar Jake and P, sorry if I’ve missed anyone. Cleared my crappy loft out and house felt warmer after first day. Great job clearing up all rubbish later.. Kept informed throughout work being done. Would highly recommend.

Pre approvals team arrived early on the Friday morning to do the DPC and come Monday the installs team arrived at 9am to start and were all ready to pack up by Friday afternoon. Had a surprise visit from Sean mid week who did a quality inspection on the work being done, Was nice to see a company ensuring a quality service. Although it was a very quick turnaround from approval to installation, the team were considerate of my baby who was in the property throughout and ensured that they made sure all working areas were left as clean as possible. Thankyou to the office staff for putting up with my constant phone calls and being able to reassure me and advise at all steps what work was being carried out. Extra thanks to Julie, Steve, Lucy (office team), Graham B, P, Ian, Ed and gang (Installs).

Had our attic and exterior walls insulated this week and I’m beyond happy with the work that was carried out. Communication was great, the lads were happy to answer any questions I had. They were punctual, respectful and just overall really great people. They went above and beyond and even did a few extra odd jobs for me which I really appreciated. Tim did an amazing job not only with the insulation but with the tidy up too! Tom did a top job with the plastering and was such a laugh, my kids are still talking about how funny he was. Just overall a great company, amazing team of lads and such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much 😊

Fast and to a high standard. Once Work started it all happen very quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. The only minor criticism was there was a lack of communication and I was given a 2 day notice for their arrival. Other than that it all went very smoothly and without fault. I am very pleased with the work they have done.

Thank you Poria, Brian, Edgar, Ivor, Graham, Dwyer, Mark, Steve, Jake, Julie and if I remember right Lindsay , all this people are professionals, every single one of them. Honestly I think all this people deserve bonuss for work they have done to make my house warmer this winter. They all are super friendly and helpful, they are hard working people, amazing team. My experience with them from 1st phone call,messages till end of the project day was amazing 👏 Installation team done amazing job in the house, I was so impressed with they work they have done and they skills. If I would ever need to choose installation company again I would defenetly choose this one. No doubt. My window handle snapet and Mark came and replaced that as well. They gave me great advice about painting fresh plastered walls, couse I don't know nothing about painting or paints. All rubbish was taken away as well from my back yard,by different company. Absolute chaos with no warning.

Surveyor came and spent two hours here, he had plenty of time to explain what would happen and to advise us on what to expect. The workmen arrived a couple of weeks later and literally turned our home upside down. They damaged furniture, Blinds and left rooms filthy and uninhabitable at the end of the day. They did make some attempt to help us tidy up but overall the experience was very unpleasant and this could have been avoided if we had been well informed about what to expect. A week on from them finishing we are counting the cost in things that now need replacing because they are damaged or lost. The work they have actually done is excellent.

Booked for outside insulation,rendering and boiler this company should have taken 2 weeks this job went on for over a year with different people ringing and making excuses, each time sending different teams to do the job as most of the teams came and down tools on the job as they were being lied to about what the job entailed we had a lovely garden front and rear and spent a lot of money to which they completely ruined windows were left full of concrete from the render,pipes not fixed to the wall pipes not replaced when promised the facuas look diabolical in fact it was a shambles from day one with numerous phone calls back and forth still Joy still work was not completed to a satisfactory level and all we get are excuses one after another not taking full responsibility for the worse job anyone has ever seen who works in this trade I have photos of before and after but there is no option to post these on her so I will be posting them on Facebook

All work was done professionally instillation team electrian plumber and plasterer all worked has a team and cleaned up after there selves plus any waste they got rid of that after a month of everything being done already feeling benefits

DO NOT USE

We were waiting a year to get this installed, dates kept being cancelled and all the promises made were not upheld! We had solar panels installed as well as a boiler and Euro Energy fitting manager said they let the electric company know but they didn't! Manager asked for our account number etc so they can tell them and 2 months later we had the same bill amount as before and when I called them nothing had been changed so missed out on 2 months reduced energy bills! They left us with leaking radiators and didn't complete the installation for 2 weeks! When ringing the office they said one thing, the fitters said another and the manager said another thing!!

Thanks to Fraser and his team. Wonderful lads, extremely professional crew. Did amazing job at my house up to my personal satisfaction.

Euro Energy did some work recently on a property that I rent out in Accrington. Both myself and the tenant were impressed with Euro Energy and the work carried out. I mainly dealt with Steve, who was extremely professional and just generally great to deal with. I also really appreciated their transparency about everything. The tenant, Graham, is over the moon with service received and the finished work, he’s been very complimentary and has asked me to give a special shout out to Matt, Iver and Tim.

Well they finished today at cog lane and they did such a good job , considering the huge job that it were . They were all very polite ,friendly ,very thorough and clean . The plastering and joinery were top notch , no complaints what’s so ever 😃👌🏻👍🏻

Great service and great work from both teams that worked on my house this week. Tom on the bedrooms and living rooms gave us a few laughs whilst working efficiently and quality whilst Brian and his team had the attic done quickly without any issues. Would recommend this company and these lads again, solid job!

From the start the staff have been outstanding 3 of which went above and beyond expectations. Politeness costs nothing. I’ve had constant communication from the office from the beginning whilst they checked everything and then installed a new LPG boiler, wall insolation and window vents and exterior fans. I would happily recommend this company and their staff to anyone. Thank you all of you.

Great service from start to finish! All the staff are realyy helpful and effecient. Could not fault anything from the initial telephone call, to the survey and then installation of under floor insulation and new boiler. The plumber was excellent and stayed late one evening to make sure everything was working for us as there had been a slight glitch as we were switching from a really old styler boiler to a combi. Such a smooth process, I have already been recommending them to friends and family and cannot thank the team enough for the service they provided.

I would like to Thank Tasha and the Team for organising and installing my new boiler, underfloor/loft insulation. what a fantastic company and was done within a week of me getting in contact with Euro insulation such a breeze the guys that did the work are friendly and professional. They very kindly offered to clean up after the work and did keep the dirt to a minimum. I would highly recommend Euro Insulation you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys 😊
