We are so pleased with the work carried out by Dom and Chris of Eternal Renewable Energy (Leyland) that we want other people to benefit. Having started with hybrid cars some some years we bought our first full EV last year when Eternal put in a charger which, linked to Octopus and 'myenergi', started saving us a considerable amount of money. Last week they added two garage storage batteries and a gateway system which now means that every bit of electricity we use, whenever we use it, is at the Octopus low tariff rate, not only increasing our savings but making life a whole lot simpler. Though we have not gone Solar (yet), if we do Eternal will get the job. They are extremely competent, neat and tidy and generally good to have around. They are most strongly recommended.

Amazing service from quote to installation and aftercare. Good price and sorted the G99, keeping me up to date throughout the DNO process. Installed the kit as soon as the DNO gave authorisation and went above and beyond, sorting out bird proofing for old solar panels, very tidy install on a challenging site! Can't thank Dom, Chris and team enough. The battery system alone has cut our energy bills by about 40%

The lads were down this week to fit 9 solar panels with the relevant inverter and battery. Great communication from the start and kept me informed of every step of the way. Professionally fitted and checked, left the place clean and walked me through step by step on what to do after it's been fitted. would highly recommend them and look forward to using them again, if the time ever arises. The local company providing impressive Customer Service with a Solar installation.

We are thoroughly impressed with the Solar System that Dom and Chris installed. The work was completed exactly when it had been planned to and took the time that was stated. We had researched various other companies who installed Solar Systems but we felt that their honest, frank and down to earth approach was a breath of fresh air, which impressed not just ourselves, but our immediate neighbours who had their system installed in the last 12 months, by a different company. Whilst their work ethic was professional they were also approachable, answering queries when we raised them throughout the days. They left the Garage and our Home neat and tidy and then spent time, explaining clearly to us how the App works. As our system is coupled with a Ground Source Heat Pump, the tariffs that we are on have needed input from Dom, to ensure that the system is capitalising on importing the cheapest electricity possible. He has dealt promptly with the remote programming to achieve this and we are delighted with the dramatic reduction in our electricity consumption, even as we are entering the most expensive quarter of the year! We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Eternal Renewables, their 'Customer Service' is exemplary.

Support afterwards has been spot on too, with guidance with the app and advice on the best tariffs to make the most of the system. We had an outstanding experience with Eternal Renewable Energy and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the team were flexible to our needs and took the time to answer every question we had about solar panels, the EV charger, and the battery system—both during the installation and afterwards. Despite our project being described as their “trickiest job” and carried out in truly awful weather, they remained professional, considerate, and positive throughout. Any small issues that arose were dealt with quickly and without fuss, and the aftercare since installation has been excellent. Eternal Renewable Energy are not only highly skilled solar system designers and installers, but they are also genuinely lovely people to work with. Battery and Solar Panel installation. Really couldn't fault any aspect the service from Eternal Renewable Energy. It was important for us to use a local firm and we were able to check the quality of installation work carried out on a friends property. Combined with a very competitive quote sealed the deal. From initial quote, to scaffolding, to installation - all completed in a day, a walk through the App and general advice on operating the system, Dom, Chris and the guys were helpful, friendly and did an excellent quality job. If friends, family, neighbours are looking for a solar and/or battery system, I will certainly recommend this local business.

Highly knowledgeable on the Latest Technology and bang up to date. Nothing to worry about with the G99 application they took care of it . They specified Two systems for us ,and on taking their expertise and advice I went for the Bigger system 9.6 kw with 19 panels front and back 6kw inverter and an 8 kWh battery ( All sigenergy ) . The equipment was expertly installed with all the small details ticked off. The Generation is exactly as described and working perfectly. App controlled so we have full control over all of it. Thank you Dom and Chris couldn’t have had a better experience and I look forward to your continued support definitely 5 ⭐ .

Can’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish 10/10 Excellent communication. Faultless work. Installation super neat and clean. At no stage did we feel any pressure to buy or upgrade any part of the product. Advice was very clearly laid out and explained to us and again absolutely no pressure was put on us to buy anything, just crystal clear information on what thing will do what and solid advice on what we should go with. During the installation a large wasp nest was discovered. This didn’t even phase (nice pun) the lads who carried on working while pest control came out. Even more impressive was that they got the installation done in a day. 23 panels on multiple pitches of roof. After care is also spot on. I’ve had a few questions answered within the hour over a WhatsApp message.

Excellent experience with Dom and Chris from my first enquiry to final fitting. They were the only company I spoke to who actually came out to see me so that we could discuss my requirements. I had an issue getting smart meters fitted but they were patient and understanding. They sent me several quotes as we tried to work out what would fit best. When they finally fitted my equipment they were prompt, tidy and courteous. I would highly recommend Eternal Renewable Energy.

Nothing was too much trouble.

We started to look at solar a year ago when our bungalow was due to have an extension. Dom and his team were recommended and they travelled 5O miles each way to advise us and answer all our questions along the way. We had an unbuilt extension that made matters difficult. Nonetheless we received a 3D drawing based on our roof design, prices, advise and information that generally reassured us. Along the way legislation changed, our plans too and we had three more on-site visits be for our eventual installation recently. Nothing was too much trouble. Rival installers offered desktop valuations with guarantees of cheaper prices. Others offered all sorts of incentives just to get the sale but none seemed to have the care and attention that we needed as solar novices. The scaffolding went up (as planned), the install team arrived (as planned), the installation went ahead (as planned), and we are happy with everything. We were talked through the app that shows you everything and we subsequently immediately got all the necessary documentation and certificates that our electricity supplier need to allow the export of solar power. We would highly recommended them should you be fortunate to be in their north west of England catchment area.

Fantastic Solar & Battery Install

Had Eternal Renewable Energy install my solar & Batteries. I had 16 panels, a Sigenergy 8Kw inverter and 16Kwh of batteries. Everything went smooth and the lads have made an incredible job on the install. If you’re in the North-west then give these guys a call for a quote. Highly recommended.

Received several quotes & proposals before choosing Eternal Renewable Energy. A little nervous about the investment but Dom answered all my questions without hesitation and communication from start to finish was excellent. We opted for A Sigenergy system with 16 panels etc and I'm already fixated on watching the MySigen app showing the whole house energy being powered from the roof - love it! Many thanks to Dom, Chris & Uncle Trev for a very neat & professional installation and for making sure we were consulted at all times during the installation. We're delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Eternal Renewable Energy.

Fab service from Dom. Decided to get rid of our PodPoint charger and replace it with a Zappi. Dom was very helpful over messages and we got a date booked in. Communication was excellent throughout and installation went ahead. There was a small issue but Dom and Chris came back immediately and resolved it, so after care was bang on. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from Dom, better price than anyone else I found (and I shopped around) and gave me a lot of info on the product as well as advice on how to make the system as financially efficient as possible for our home. Even did some extra work for me with very little notice. I couldn’t be happier and we have got plans for additional batteries and charger. Dom and Chris were both really friendly on the day of fitting. If you want to add some renewables to your home give them a try.

I rarely leave reviews, but with Dom and Chris, this is a must. Eternal have now serviced the battery storage on the house that I moved into, getting me quickly connected to the system. They have fitted an EV charger with no fuss and have now added an extra 18 solar panels. Every step of the way was clear and simple, and the lads turned up on time as promised, and I am now generating. I am gobsmacked by the professionalism of Dom and Chris, they not only re-routed the cabling of the original solar panels, making the electrics look much more tidy, but they also went the extra-mile and fixed loose tiles on the roof whilst they were fitting the panels. Exceptional service from a team of really nice guys.

Upgrade

Really easy to deal with, we already had a solar power system and we upgraded to a 10 kw. They removed all the old ones, tinkered with them to make them more efficient and fitted some more new panels and inverter. ALL done in a day and cleared up after. Excellent price compared to to other quotes and after a month, we already noticing the difference in our electricity usage. Thank you

Shout out to Eternal Renewable Energy ( Dom Marlot and Team for a simply flawless install from start to finish ) and we are now the proud owners of a new solar and battery setup of 22x435w panels , 7kw inverter and 9.8kw battery. We started before Christmas exchanging information and sorting out answers to a bunch of my questions all of which I did over email and all of which were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble and once I was sorted in my own mind with no pressure at all from Dom I took the plunge and signed the paperwork just before Christmas. Dom provided me with 3 options of different numbers of panels and slightly different inverter / battery combos all well presented and very clear of what was included ( which was everything bar bird protection) and was happy to answer all of my questions I had. Using the advice on here we went for the “as many panels as possible approach”! G99 applied for just ahead of Christmas and was back early in the new year. Install date set for mid feb but the horrendous weather put a spanner in the plans and we set a new date for 4th March all communicated well in advance and nothing came out of the blue. Scaffolding up last friday and we were in touch to confirm all was well. The team turned up 8am Monday and installed the inverter, battery and all the cabling without a hitch - I’m forever in their debt for identifying my Ev charger cable wasn’t seated properly (nothing to do with them) but testament to the diligence and quality they sorted it for me. Thanks guys! Quick summary of the install Day 1 battery and wiring and inverter installed - had some charge so was running off the battery, logged in to the app - no issues all worked perfectly. Charged overnight on cheap rate. Day 2 was solar panels, birdproofong and an extra couple hands came along and again all done no issues. I soon saw that sorry sign in the app that I was exporting as battery was full and wasn’t consuming much at all In the house but can’t yet get paid for it 🥲 that will be tomorrows job! By the end of the day today ( not a full day) generated 15.5kWh and consumed much less. Finally I was also talked through the app in more detail and set up battery charging and shown how to force discharge if needed. Showed the inverter in a bit more detail and all instructions / information etc left in a tidy holder in the garage. Explained the master switches and what was what and all labelled up super clearly and was sure to let me know any issues just to give them a call. All in all stunning job by a great team - thank you! It’s very rare I review stuff as mostly stuff is just ok, I’m bloomin grumpy so can always find something or there’s always some snafu somewhere. Here though it was absolutely flawless from start to finish between advice, quote, contract, £100 deposit for the HEIS insurance, to scaffolding going up and the system running over the last day or so to the invoicing for payment - it’s a very rare breed of people to be so knowledgeable, so customer focused and to be blunt - do what they say they’ll do how and when they say they’ll do it - couldn’t have asked for a better start into what is a really big leap of investment - I’m absolutely over the moon with it. If you’re in the north west - I’d certainly recommend you check them out to see if they can help you - they really are as good as I’m making out!

Dom & Chris specified and fitted our new solar generation and battery storage system. The whole experience was first class. We met the two of them at home and they listened to what we felt we were looking for. We were presented with four different solutions that met our requirements and provided us with real alternatives from which we could chose our favoured option. Advice and clarification was always quickly provided. Come installation, the work was done very professionally, and in the timescales originally communicated. Everything was left functioning as intended and our house was left in a clean and tidy state. Both of the guys returned very quickly to address an issue with our pre-existing EV charger that was having some trouble communicating with our new kit and diligently spent their time making sure that it was made to work properly. Throughout the whole process, it has been clear that both Dom and Chris care greatly about their customer relationships, make sure that they exceed expectations, and are pin-sharply focussed on providing the best experience that they can. They really are two extremely nice people and we do not hesitate in recommending them for your green energy needs. Our system is exceeding our expectations, is beautifully installed, and, we feel, provides great value for money.

Dom came to see us as our inverter had stopped working. He checked it out then explained what needed to be done. He also explained about how the batteries work and the what the work entailed, how long it would take and the cost implications. We arranged a date and time for the work to be carried out. Don and his brother Chris arrived 15 mins early to carry out the work and completed it clearing and tidying up after themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend these guys as they did what they said they would do without any fuss or hassle. I also trusted them to carry out the work whilst we were at work, then in the evening Dom came round showed us what they’d done and how it all works. He even put the energy apps on our phones for us and explained about how they work. Great customer service, excellent workmanship, trustworthy and reliable. Would highly recommend this company.
