Cardo group are awful! That’s why there hiding under a different name on their reviews, there COWBOYS have damaged my car and others in the apartment block and denied it all! Leaving us with ruined cars, ruined walls! Ruined mental health! Their foreman had me crying in the middle of the carpark as he was so nasty to me! I am a young female and the way cardo treat people is absolutely disgusting, I do not recommend getting work done by them at all!

I live in a disabled access property with a housing association, Cardo came out to do a small groundwork job, they left the first time leaving a massive trip/ fall hazard outside my door,I had to send pics to a serveyors to get them back out, they fitted an ako drain, the work was diabolical, outside my door again, I tripped/ fell and hurt my back, they then came out for a third time to put this issue right, I wouldn’t trust this company with a dust pan and brush,I’ve had no call back off Cardo or my housing association? Disgusting, we pay charges for these reprobates! Do me on social media for pictures.

Cardo builders .Scaffolding went up end of August,job supposed to last 6/8 weeks. Still up .work on roof only 13days since going up. Company blaming everything except themselves.now informed will take at least another 3/4 months. Small sheltered housing estate now like building site no where to park dirt and filth everywhere. More scaffolding erected on another block.no sign of any work on both blocks this is work or no work by cardo builders

I moved into Gilpin House and reported the fire door between the kitchen and room had swung back and injured me in August the door is still in the process of being fixed

There builders are abusive to tenants and the Forman likes to be intimidating to young women. Had me crying outside my own home as I wanted to bring up a serious health and safety issue but he wouldn’t have it. Foreman Tim from Cardiff branch. Their worker also swore at me, avoid hiring cardo

I have never known a company to work so poorly, never turn ip when they ate supposed to, communication is nonexistent and customer service is shocking. Avoid at all costs!!

Just want to say how happy we are with cardo and the work they have done on our house in gorslas , it’s certainly made our lives more comfortable , the house needed updating and cardo have done us and them proud , the workers were all exceptional very friendly and a pleasure to get to know Christian was very helpful too

Botched Work and Lie about everything even when you have proof like photos videos ect they manage to get away with it and make you feel like you are going crazy nothing but issues and they cause more damage to the repairs so they can keep coming out and charging the council more money.

Absolutely terrible service from Cardo Group, who are carrying out repairs on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council. It’s been over a week since I reported the issue and it still hasn’t been resolved. The customer service is extremely disappointing – I’ve had to chase constantly with no real progress. To make matters worse, they even sent an “out of hours” engineer at midnight who had no idea how to close the water mains. Completely unprofessional and shows a lack of training. I’m left with the same unresolved problem and zero confidence in this company. Would not recommend at all.

Anchor Housing use this company and I have had to wait 7 weeks for them to replace a shower pump - this was classed as an urgent job!! Also had a contractor look at fixing my windows, only to be told 7 weeks later that they need to send someone else, as the contractor that came out had left, and they haven’t ordered the parts that he recommended, so basically need to start from scratch again. Their time scales are shocking not to mention the fact that I have got to have more time off work to accommodate their inadequate staff and total incompetence. I’m really not happy with them, and when I spoke to the supervisor Jasper and expressed my concerns his attitude was one of sarcasm and it is what it is attitude! The only good points - Erin in the office and contractor Carl are both extremely helpful. This review relates to the Crawley office. Would definitely not recommend!!

This company does work for Anchor Housing, well I got a 24 hour emergency repair… A call handler rang me to say, we will be with you tomorrow between 10 am and 11am. Well after 2 phone to them as nobody came, they promised oh someone will come out. But they will be a sub-contractor, I was told they can’t do the work but make sure it’s safe! So then if the original person comes (BIG IFF) that’s 2 visits. No wonder the service charges keep going up with Anchor. Also, it would be around a 100 miles round trip if they do come to me, I have no repair, all day stuck in, just terrible.

Absolute useless do not have any plumber sent out carpenter to do plumbers job. What a bunch of cowboys no qualified plumbers working for them

I can't even put into words how bad this company is. "Multi skilled operative " means there sending someone who dosnt have a bloody clue about the job there meant to be doing. They just dont show up with no notification because they have been put onto another job. Leave your property in a mess. Disorganised. Why councils are giving these cowboys contracts is beyond me and will end up costing them more money
