Bluebuild Energy recently insulated my house and upgraded my heating system. I would highly recommend Jason and his team. They were so efficient and professional. 5 stars from me.

Just had Bluebuild install a new solar PV and Battery system at our home on North Coast. The process was fantastic from start to finish. Competitive pricing, simple admin and speedy installation. 16 panels over two adjacent roof sections with 2 Dyness 5Kw batteries and a Solis Inverter. Everything is up and running, I’m looking forward to the spring to see it at its full potential. Would definitely recommend Bluebuild Energy Ltd. I had received quotes from a number of companies before settling on Bluebuild who were the most competitive and research recommended them as one of the most experienced and longest established.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Bluebuild Energy (Newtownards) for the recent installation of solar panels and a Duracell solar battery at my home. From initial inquiry to final installation, the entire process was exceptionally smooth, professional, and efficient. My decision to install solar panels came after many conversations with a relative and several friends. I chose Bluebuild based on their strong local reputation, their history as a trusted employer in the area, and most importantly after speaking with Samantha, their Sales and Installation Manager. Samantha inspired great confidence in both the product and the company. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and clear explanations made it easy to understand the benefits of the system. She personally carried out a site survey and offered helpful advice on the best positioning of the panels to ensure maximum efficiency. One of the installers also conducted a separate survey to confirm everything. Once we agreed on the panel placement and installation date, everything happened like clockwork. Scaffolding was erected the day before, and on the day of installation, both the solar panel team and electricians arrived promptly. The full installation was completed within a single day. I would particularly like to commend all the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with, they were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and they took great care of my property throughout. The site was left spotless, with everything tidied up on completion. So thank you to everyone involved, those who erected the scaffolding, the two electricians, and the two solar panel installers. Each of them clearly took pride in their work. Aside from the product and installation, I found the company very easy to deal with. Juvena was always extremely helpful and made sure that any messages or concerns I had were passed on to Samantha promptly. Communication is vital when delivering good customer service, and Bluebuild excelled in this area. I was even offered assistance with completing building control forms and received follow-up calls to check on my satisfaction and gather feedback. Based on my experience, I would be very happy to recommend Bluebuild Energy and their fantastic team.

I was quoted £1600 for loft insulation by another company so decided to get Bluebuild round for a second opinion. Although I didn’t require their services in the end, I received some great advice about different insulation methods and the fact that my loft only required a 200mm top up with 5 rolls being needed. I have been online and can get each roll for £25. So thank you Bluebuild for your honesty and knowledge, you have saved me £1,475. I would recommend them on that basis alone.

We got quotes from a number of solar installation companies in NI and Bluebuild were not only among the cheapest but were very flexible in their approach, giving us the system and components that best suited our requirements. As someone with an engineering background I was especially impressed by their thorough design approach, attention to detail in answering my questions and their good quality documentation. The installation itself went smoothly in a single day, and a minor issue was quickly resolved on a return visit. I would definitely recommend Bluebuild Energy.

Luke David Luke and Ryan were brilliant workers...professional and efficient courteous and friendly. Their standards were very high and they were very tidy. They answered any questions we had and explained the app and iboost. We are extremely pleased with the system ..although its only day 2.....and would recommend Blue Build Energy to anyone.

After a brief discussion with Samantha who was very knowledgeable about their product I went ahead and ordered. A company came an erected the scaffolding for health and safety reasons. I live in a 2 story building. The electricians came at time allocated and started to install the cabling and inverter plus 2 batteries. They were clean and tidy in the workmanship. An hour later the solar panel installers came to do their piece of work. Both crews finished by 3.30. The electrician then installed on my phone the app which controls the panels. It shows you when the panels are working ie power going to batteries for later use and to the grid. They made a connection to my immersion heater so I have hot water as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I researched different companies before I chose this one I had recommendations from 2 different people stating the company had been in business for many years. There are many start up companies out there so I did not risk going with them thinking of the future should any faults occurs into the system

From our initial appointment to our final visit we can only say that everyone involved were great. There was a whole team of people involved for wrapping the house, a new heating system installed and the attic insulated. Everyone involved were very professional, helpful, friendly and excellent at what the did. They were all very polite and very respectful of our home. A first class service from all the tradesmen involved. A special mention for Jason Roe our appointed project manager who advised and guided us every step of the way to achieve an absolutely excellent result. We are very grateful for his service and advice. We have nothing but the highest praise for Jason and his professional team of tradesmen. We would have no hesitation recommending Blue Build energy to any prospective customers.

One of their team came out to our house to check for an insulation job. The staff member drilled through a single brick wall even though they were instructed not to drill there and drilled through causing damage not only to the wall but to items stored in our garage on the other side of the wall. Called their team about it, was told that Rachel would call me back and it’s been over two months and I’ve not been able to get anyone. Not the level of customer service I’d expect.

Just got PV Panels installed by BlueBuild and I can say that the staff were very efficient and courteous from the planning to the actual installation. Samantha was knowledgeable and helpful, the electricians and roof installers were very efficient and tidy and I generally had a great experience with this firm!. Well done!.

Just had solar panels and battery installed. From first contact, quick turnaround on order - Samantha was very friendly as she helped oversee everything. The actual installation was done in a day. Very tidy job by the sparks and roofers. It's only been 2 days, but already using way less electricity from the grid, water is hot, and already exporting a lot. So far so good!

Mixed feelings about my setup, I have 15 x 430W panels installed across two roof orientations (South East and North West), which means I get solar generation throughout the day—morning, afternoon, and evening, this works amazing with the 3.6kw inverter as there is minimal clipping and works efficiently. I generated 28kwh on one of the sunny days in April which exceeds all expectations. However the installation process was quite messy, I had asked for a battery setup that would allow for future expansion, but instead, I was given a 3-piece server rack that’s already maxed out with the initial three batteries—leaving no space to add more later. On top of that, the setup in the attic looks quite messy and isn’t a clean setup, I shared an image of it on online and it got brutalised from it.. Then the paperwork has been problematic. I received an MCS certificate listing incorrect system details—wrong brands, wrong system power, incorrect number of panels, and even the wrong orientation. While I will say that Bluebuild have responded when contacted and have taken action when i’ve asked, but I’ve had to reach out 4–5 times about issues that really should have been handled correctly from the start, now to the point i’ve just accepted it the paperwork isn’t accurate, the rack isn’t expandable and the setup isn’t clean. I'm very happy with the performance, less so of the installation itself. If I would do it all over again I would probably change a few things

Had my solar system installed today by bluebuild energy. Delighted with whole process from start to finish. After contacting a few providers we settled for bluebuild, best price and double battery system. Panel installation was very good. Electrics and electricians were top notch! So neat amd tidy and all aspects explained in detail, including downloading the app and using for best results.

From planning to installation was so simple. The roofers had their part completed in three hours.(scaffolding was pre-erected.) The electricians were on top of their job. Really pleased with their placement and installation of the units required to make the system work.
