Selling my parents' property was stressful enough without the last-minute problems of replacing the hot water cylinder and mending the toilet cistern in the bathroom. Our engineer, Felix, went above and beyond to get everything sorted as quickly as possible, staying until 7pm in the evening and getting additional quotes to us by 8.30am the following morning. Becky in the office also went out of her way to arrange appointments as quickly as possible. Their kindness, efficiency and professionalism meant that the sale completed on time, and a difficult time for the family was made a lot easier. I would highly recommend Aquaheat to anyone.

Right from the very first enquiry to the quote to the fitting, the team at AquaHeat have been superb. Highly professional at all levels and treated us as exceptionally well. Mike and Owen were superb in their installation, keeping us informed all the way through and cleaning up every night. They were both so polite and considerate over the 3 days. What can I say? Telephoned Aquaheat for a quote to replace indirect cylinder and system clean. I was met with polite and helpful conversation. A due date for the work was duly given. On the day Ryan and Owen arrived on time. Their work was brilliant going above and beyond. They were clean, tidy and carried out the work to a very high standard, they are a credit to the company. I used to be in the trade and would definitely recommend and use again.

A very professional service from start to finish and the end product was completed to a very high standard. Any questions were answered clearly and without fuss. Any additional requests were dealt with promptly and without any problem. All in all a very refreshing experience.

Matt and Archie have just installed 2 air conditioning units supplying 4 rooms in our house. We are so pleased with their work and couldn’t fault them. The workmanship is superb and they clearly care about doing an excellent job. They were both hard working, polite and I think they even left the house cleaner than when they started. All in all a brilliant service from start to finish and we would highly recommend them. The central team were also fantastic - responsive, understanding of our needs and a fair quote. Thank you.

Excellent service from Aquaheat. I decided to replace my ageing boiler before it caused problems. I shopped around but Aquaheat were responsive, professional and stood out from the rest. Lee gave me a quote, explained everything clearly and the price was competitive. Communication for installation was good and Ryan and Owen arrived as agreed. Very helpful and friendly throughout, they took care of my house and answered questions. Nothing was too much trouble. I got a 5% discount for paying cash but they also do 0% finance. I would 100% recommend Aquaheat and shall be using them for servicing in future. Thank you.

5/5 Fantastic - could not fault the AquaHeat team. Lee has been out to us twice and both times he was brilliant. Communication was great, he let us know when he was on his way. Lee explained everything clearly and in a way we can actually understand (as boilers and water tanks are not things they teach you about in school!) Everyone in the office I’ve spoken to has also been so helpful and polite - bookings were super easy and quick, as were the invoices. We would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using AquaHeat in the future

I’ve had various work carried out by Aquaheat, from a full water underfloor heating system installed to simply having a radiator moved. In that time i’ve had the pleasure of dealing with various members of the team - Lee, Ryan, Ki, Felix, etc. I cannot fault the any aspect of their work. They are punctual, friendly and delivered an exceptional standard of work. Beckie and the team in the office are equally as helpful too. Everything you could want from a reputable business and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them - thanks guys!

We came across AQUAHEAT in Feb 2024 when they repaired & serviced our under floor heating in a property we had just purchased. Since then Lee and his entire team have been a brilliant contractor to assist us in our home. Underfloor heating & boiler service completed again this year We have just had solar panels, inverter & battery installed and once again everything run as smooth as the proverbial baby’s ….. The solar installation team were a pleasure to have working on our project.

Air conditioning unit installed today by Ryan, very pleased with the efficient installation and his thorough explanation on how to work the unit, the area was left clean and tidy and would not hesitate to recommend. We also use Aquaheat New Romney to service our boiler and have always been pleased with the service and communication we receive from them.

Really pleased with the service we have just received from your company. Just had a new boiler, tank, pump & control panel installed . Everything was explained throughly to us & any questions we had were answered. All the staff we dealt with at Aquaheat were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful when we had questions. Starting with Lee quoting, the girls in the office and especially Matt & Mike who fitted our new boiler. They explained exactly what they were doing and why, were very proficient and helpful. Recently had a new boiler fitted by Ryan and Ki from Aquaheat. We were really pleased with the service from getting a quote to having the work carried out. Clean, tidy and professional service. Their aftercare service is also exceptionally high quality, we called up in the afternoon due to a noise coming from the pipes after fitting and an engineer was out the next day to resolve it. We would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

Lee and the whole team at Aqua Heat have been fantastic from start to finish. From our initial enquiry through to completion took only 9 days and considering it was a ‘stress purchase’ due to water coming through the ceiling it couldn’t have been made simpler and easier for us. Our engineers Matt and Mike were professional, tidy, polite and showed great pride in their work and attention to detail which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

From the initial call out to the final installation of our new boiler it was so smooth. The diagnostic guy was fair didn’t push having a new boiler gave clear advice. The lady on the phone from start to finish was so professional and efficient. One the day Ki and Matt arrived welcomed me with a handshake, respected my property. They installed the boiler quick and so clean no mess, mats laid down to protect the floor. They are a credit to the company!! Trevor and Matt removed our old system and replaced it for a much more up to date set up, the guys were professional, friendly and informative at every stage from start to finish, quality of work is top level as you can see in the pictures

From my first contact with AQUAHEAT,  although I should say 'AQUACOOL ' I have exceptionally impressed by the level of competence,  courtesy and helpfulness of each person I have spoken to or met in person.  Lee came to my home in order to survey my property and discuss options,  a comprehensive quote was emailed in a timely fashion.  The quote covered every different option we had discussed.  A date was set for the install. Each of the team members that came to my home was as courteous and professional as Lee. The install of my multi split Bosch system (one outdoor unit feeding 3 indoor) was completed without incident.  The quality of works is beyond comparison every tiny detail has been considered. I am stunned at how economical and quiet both the indoor and outdoor units are. I would recommend AQUACOOL ASHFORD to anyone without hesitation. Good old fashioned 5* service from start to finish.

Excellent service. Friendly, tidy and efficient. Upgraded a 20+ year old boiler into a new location, upgrade of radiators throughout the house. Very clean and kept with the social distancing guidelines throughout the job. Explained the new system well and set up the remote stat. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
