Had a boiler fitted and the engineer was very polite and explained everything well. However, we could have been updated more by the office that he would not arrive until late pm when we were originally told from 8a.m so took the day off work unnecessarily.

Do not use this company. Shoddy workmanship caused damage to my kitchen and refuse to pay for repairs. Repeatedly lied to by them. They are unprofessional cowboys

Had an engineer come out to service my boiler. Water pressure won’t stabilise now they won’t respond to my calls or text messages.
