I cannot praise this company enough. From my initial contact with Emma at Head Office, to the almost immediate dispatch of a brilliant Technician in `Bastian`. Our problems are almost sorted. We have a somewhat dated `Ground Source` heating system. Bastian will now be working on our behalf to sort new parts and hopefully rectify old problems and get our system up to date again and working efficiently. What a great Company.

Trusted Energy installed our Heat pump and system over 6 years ago. Servicing and support has been excellent throughout. This Sunday evening, we unfortunately had a leak in the system up in the loft. I contacted Emma on Sunday evening and received an immediate response - Emma would contact me on Monday morning to arrange a visit. Before I could follow up on Monday, (9am)Joe had arrived to sort things out. Within two hours he had assessed the situation, drained the tanks, welded a new joint into place, refilled the tanks, checked the entire system was working correctly and reset the main control panel. The service from Emma and Joe was simply outstanding. Thank you to you both. It was a great decision to go to Trusted Energy, Mark and his team from the beginning.

The response to my request for help was both prompt and friendly and the engineer sent was again friendly, knowledgeable and committed to finding a solution to the issue with my Nibe heat pump. Cannot fault this company in any way and would highly recommend.

We have had nothing but brilliant service from Trusted Energy since we had our Air Source Heat pump fitted 5 years ago and Solar panels 18mths ago. A recent example of them going the extra mile was our sudden realisation that both our electric showers weren't working and the solar battery was not charging. We phoned Emma late afternoon and she arranged an electrician for 9.30 the next day, despite us living North of Doncaster. He arrived early, quickly found an on/off button on the battery had been accidentally pushed (embarassing), then set about diagnosing and fixing the shower problem - a joint from the initial heat pump installation had started leaking, shorting out the shower electrics in the roof. Various parts were replaced and a pull switch resited. He then said you'll need a plumber - my colleague is working in Chesterfield today, I'll swap with him now. So a couple of hours later the plumber arrived, fixed the leak, then said you're about due for your annual service - I'll do that while I'm here. All was done, including the service by 3.30pm! Where else could you get that kind of service today?! It's sad to see a couple of fake reviews on this site, and well done for challenging them.

Find the service from Trusted Energy second to none, they come when they say they will and do a very good job. Joe in particular has been our point of contact recently and he does everthing he says he will in terms of arranging to come back when necessary. Really very pleased. Used them now for all our plumbing needs for over 4 years and they don't disappoint.

Excellent customer inter reaction for explanation regarding thier products, and pleasant informative staff....

Had a few too many problems installing a GSHP. 1) A ground loop pipe was broken when installing, this was not fixed till weeks after, by then it has filled with mud and water. 2) The UFH loop kept loosing pressure, it turns out it just wasn’t bled well enough in the 1st place 3) Incorrect information provided to the electrician 4) No best practice information provided about UFH setup, ended up removing a manifold pump and mixer after as we found out that this is not needed and less efficient 5) Hot water and UFH expansion tanks installed on the wrong pipes 6) The filter on the UFH blocked up from 1st install, as the system wasn’t flushed out correctly. This blocked filter was only noticed after we asked them to check it. All issues were sorted at no extra cost and everything is up and running perfectly now, shame it was such a difficult process.

We've had our ASHP for about 6 months now and I can hand on heart say it's one of the best decisions I've made. A lot of research and we settled on a NIBE. Not the cheapest, but possibly the best. Mark and his team were pretty flawless throughout the install with good communication and personable colleagues.

Guy came to look around, promised to send me some figures in a few days and then just disappeared. It took me a couple of weeks to get hold of him and he again promised to sent the figures but nothing came of it.

Trusted Energy installed a full heating solution at my new build - Solar, Underfloor, Air Source Heat Pump and MVHR.. Throughout the whole process from design to installation (over 12 months) they proved to have expertise in their field and thoroughly enjoyable and dependable to work with. The full system is working well (we moved in 6 months ago) and I would totally recommend them!!! If there was a 6th star I would have given it!!!

I had no idea where to begin when I decided to have ground source heating so I rang a number of companies and chose Trusted Energy. Although we had a few hiccups, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Even, now I know I can ring Mark if I have a problem and I know he will sort it out.
