Absolutely amazing installation. From the very first visit at quote stage right through to fitting the final clip on the bird netting, the guys were absolutely amazing, professional and unbelievable knowledgeable. I can’t recommend these enough.

When Tom said he was having Solar Panels I said Oh No!! House a mess. Scaffolding up for ages. I was Not Happy. But I should have trusted him he is very Intelligent. He chose RAL after liaising with Shaun for Exactly what he wanted. Ryan. Lee and Jake arrived Tuesday Morning and Finished the job 7pm Wednesday evening. Excellent service from start to finish. And they Cleaned up after them so I was really pleased. Tom is Impressed and that is hard to do. So 5 Stars from Both of us. Don't think Twice about RAL. You can't go wrong 👍👍

The service provided by Ral Energy has been exceptional from the first contact through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and the team went out of their way to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. The only problem I have now is that I can’t stop looking at the app 😁

Excellent communication from start to finish, the team are easy to reach and always have time to meet up when necessary. Installation ran really smoothly and was quicker than we ever expected. Snags and bumps are met with quick solutions. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with! They kept me upto date with all the steps that they were going to take before sending the team out. The team that came round were great and very helpful with all my questions. I must say that they did one heck of a great job as they faced a lot of difficulty with our home as our electric meter is located in the centre of the house which is something they hadn't seen before. They even cleaned up all their rubbish which was really nice of them. Thank you RAL, your team is awesome and keep up the great work! :-) 5/5 *****

Had a second battery fitted, I am very happy with the installation, and for a great price. I would advise anyone who wants Solar, or and batteries, to get in touch with RAL Energy for a quote.

Solar panels installed, app installed on my phone so I can monitor how system is working and battery storage capacity Ryan, Lee, Shaun and the team were absolute professionals and left making sure everything was clean and tidy. They explained the whole process and what they would be doing so that even I was able to understand. Shaun sorted all the paperwork out for my transfer of electric tariff very quickly to enable me to start sending energy to the grid sooner rather than later. I cannot fault them and would recommend them. With regard to costs, I obtained quite a few, but when they came out and surveyed the property , they explained what they would do and the costs were competitive. Plus I always advocate using a local company with local trades people. Thank you RAL Energy

We've just had our inverter upgraded to 12KW 3-Phase by the team at RAL Energy. Very impressed with their service. They called up to get our requirements, sent over a quotation, then turned up and fitted it. All up and running in half a day. Cannot recommend them any higher, especially as they have direct links to Sunsynk UK. If you are looking for a Sunsynk product you will not find anyone else with the knowledge that RAL Energy has. As you can probably notice, I'm rather excited that all my energy is being supplied at a hugely discounted night price tariff.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, initially came to do a survey and give advice but I was so pleased with this I booked RAL to do the job. They took time to explain what would be needed and why. Really easy to book in. Competitive quite even though the job wasn’t straight forward. Completed today with great care and full explanation given. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RAL energy to others!

I chose RAL Solar as they had been recommended by a friend. What a great decision! They turned out to be highly professional, very responsive, reasonably priced and extremely helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend them in future.

The guys at RAL energy were fantastic to deal with from quote to install nothing was to much trouble. They took the time to search for the EV charger I wanted, ended up going with an alternative based in the feedback from Ryan. Have already recommended them to my friends at work.

Spoke to Shaun at length about various different install options. He was really patient with me as I know very little other than I want to make my energy bills lower. He gave me the best option for me and even how I can finance it to keep my money in my account. Brilliant service can’t recommend enough!

The guys from RAL energy did a great job on installing my solar panel setup with 2 x batteries. The survey was straightforward and they were able to answer questions around how things would be routed and how the installation process would work. The installation took about 2 days and the team were careful to clean up after themselves as well. They went through the app that goes with the solar panel as well, answering questions after the process had finished. I've had them in for about 2 weeks now and no issues so far.

Having had solar panels before and not being happy with the product, these lads turned up and gave us confidence that their systems were reliable. We were visited by the lads who reassured us that the system that they guided us towards was what we had wanted all along. The gentlemen who fitted the system could not be faulted, they could not do enough to reassure us that we would be happy with the system. Having had the system for 4 days we met the lads in our local pub, they could not have been anymore helpful, guiding us through the app, which they already had done before they left after a long day. The lads have given us their personal numbers if we need help and we can't recommend them enough. After they had left Lee told me that he had been monitoring the system to make sure it was working efficiently which shows they are genuinely confident and intrigued by the product they supply.

Just want to say a big thank you to the team at RAL Energy for our solar installation- 8kw Sunsynk Eco Inverter, panels and batteries. RAL Energy was the only company out of 5 we contacted that came out for a site visit. Answering any queries speedily, we were kept up to date at all times prior to the installation. The team did a great, neat job in two days. We are really pleased with our system and highly recommend this ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Company.

We were told by other solar installation companies that we did not have enough space on our roof and that it could not be done due to its orientation. They did not even bother to come to look at the roof. Then we called RAL Energy, they completed a site inspection the next day and put together a proposal. We accepted it straight away. 2 weeks later we have Solar Panel / Battery system that has exceeded our expectations. Its worked so well, I have ordered another battery to get the most out of the solar panels. We are incredibly happy with the level of service and quality of work completed by Ryan, Andy, Lee and their team including the scaffolding gents. Complete installation only took 48 hours. I can’t recommend RAL Energy enough. Excellent, neat and tidy work.

Nothing was too much trouble from the whole team, worked late to get the job done. Excellent install and haven’t payed for electricity since the solar and batteries have been installed

The guys did a fantastic job , from having them round to price to having it fitted was less than 2 weeks . The scaffold was but up Thursday and taken down Saturday, the work took 1.5 days . All panels fitted neatly just how I wanted them . Equipment is good quality and overall neat job . Really pleased and look forward to saving on my energy bill (can’t stop checking the app)
