Exceptional Service

Outstanding knowledge, support and work ethic. Jo and Mark completed the install of our system over three days (last day being a Saturday). Working late into the evening using head torches. They even got the scaffolding removed on the Sunday. They came recommended by a number of friends. The advice from the start and standard of install is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

All installed over three days with amazing attention to detail, we were consulted at every stage and clear instruction given at the end. We're confident should there be any issues or queries that we may have will be dealt with speedily and efficiently. Mark told me 'If we wouldn't do it to our house, we won't do it to yours'. We are impressed with their service and capability. We absolutely recommend them to anybody considering a solar installation.

PV Safety Check.

PV Safety Check. I called Jo after a recommendation from my neighbour to enquire about a Battery for my PV system. It was refreshing to get advice rather rthat just a sale. I then asked them to check some work carried out by another PV company. They carried out a full safety check and made right the safety concerns I had. A full report was then written which I used to get the previous company to come out and rectify their work. Thank you both.

A Solar Panel phone call I will never forget!!

I have been looking for solar panel quotes for sometime now, received a stupendous quote of £15000 from a company, I had to get few more quotes. Checked with my postal code on Trust Pilot and found Microgeneration Technologies. Called the company without checking their address, left a voice message and got a call back in less than 5 minutes or so. Jo introduced herself and I gave her my postal code, unfortunately the company is in Retford. Most people would drop the call there but Jo said I don't think we will be able to do the job due to distance but I would like to help with anything I can. I told her about the quote that I received and she was shocked!! she advised me on all the stuff that I was quoted for which I would "not" need. she took my consumption data and advised on what system should I go for by further checking what sort of boiler I have etc and believe me, all this knowing that I was not going to be a Client or write a review for them. All I could think at the time was that the world that we live in today, its difficult to find genuine people and was sad that I could not go ahead with Microgeneration Technologies due to the distance. I wish them all the luck and am sure I will see this company grow tremendously with the way they handle customers. Hands down, I can recommend this company, just based on a phone call.

Microgeneration Technologies; are a fine example of a great company. Jo, Mark & Rob combine professional excellence with good honest advice regarding solar panel installation and maintenance. Jo, gave me all the information to make an informed decision on how solar panels would benefit our home and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. After looking at several solar panels companies me and my father chose these. Whilst talking to Jo it came apparent that she was not giving us any flannel and trying to sell us a poor systems. She came across honestly and what ever questions we asked she would tell us as it was and was very professional and polite and honest. The system were as she said if not better when she managed to get us plain black panels at no extra cost. The systems were fitted to a high quality clean and tidy finish. After sales is second to none, I asked for the panels to be removed and refitted adter 2 years to build an extension. This was done to a high standard again. Superb products and customer service. Jo and her team make sure you are involved in every decision regarding products and installation. Mark is incredibly detailed in where the panels go to get maximum output. The installation is superb and I would highly recommend this company. When we are ready to add a solar battery they are the only company we will use.

Meter Repair Excellent

My mother in laws solar power meter failed recently, I found Microgeneration Technologies details on Google. Service was really helpful, I was listened to with interest and understanding, the work was arranged quickly and carried out without fuss, according to mum the engineer was pleasant, informative and with minimum disruption. The paperwork was dealt with efficiently and I was helped with other advice. All in all, a pleasurable hassle free experience, we will definitely use them again.
