Energy Store have just installed a domestic PV system for me. I was happy with the process and the installation team were pleasant and helpful, involving me in any necessary decisions. I now have an operational system and am delighted by the result.
The Energy store installed a large roof mounted Solar System to our workshop excellent service and a stress free process, we told Dave and the team what we wanted to achieve and they done the rest, the hand over day was well organised and really informative, I highly recommend Energy store Ltd their knowledge and expertise made our dreams come true Thanks for your support with everything
Dave and his team have done a great job installing the solar panels and batteries onto my house and explaining to me how to navigate the Duracell app. The weather was extremely hot making the installation very difficult but the engineers and electricians were a pleasure to have on site. Gail in the office was also very helpful with any queries I had making the transactions and paperwork all very easy. I would definitely recommend Energy Store Solar
Dave and his team have just completed installing solar panels and batteries on our house. They arrived at the start of a blistering heatwave, making working conditions on our slate roof horrendous. They persevered through blistering heat, to the point of burning themselves. They must have been so uncomfortable yet they remained cheerful with each other and us throughout, never complaining and coping with the awful conditions with humour and acceptance. On day 3, Dave made the correct decision to suspend the job, and we were relieved to see he would put the safety of his team above all other considerations. Although this then meant he had to reschedule other jobs around the delayed completion of ours, he and the team returned exactly when they said they would, and have just finished after checking the system is up and running correctly. All seems good so far. The work is well finished and neat and the team were great to have around- friendly, sociable and good-humoured whilst remaining focused on getting the job done. Well done - you were heroes in the most challenging of conditions!
Nigdy nie polecę tej firmy. Pierwsze instalacja szybko I bez problemu. Ale dopuki zaczęły się problemy. - luźna instalacja co w efekcie spaliło inverter ale niestety instalatorów wina zajęło im to rok na wymiane gdzie stracilismy caly rok investycji bez madness rękompesaty - komunikacja tragiczna od wymówek że nanurlopie jest główny szef i on musi podjąć decyzje, to żona umierająca w szpitalu, to inżynierowie pojechali na mecz piłki nożnej, nieodbierają telefonu I mówią ze są bardzo zajęci. - cienkie kable instalacyjne, I problemy z fuse box, trips if you charge overnight 3.6kw Koszmar , nigdy nie polecałbym miec z nimi nic do czynienia. Bardzo ładnie sie reklamują ale tylko to ludzie odchodzą i są zwalniani , placówki zmieniają co rok lub co pół roku najpierw była w Poole potem w Barnstaple teraz w Gloucester I Scotland. Co świadczy że uciekają co jakiś czas z regionu do innego regionu co instalują. Owners sie zmienia co 2 lata ale to ta sama rodzina. Odradzam , firma krętaczy bez żadnego honour, naciagają ludzi I zamykają firme lub zmieniają MCS nie moze zablokowac. UWAGA .
We were told our energy supplier wouldn't fit the panels on a slate roof, so they supplied us with 3 companies and we chose energy store to complete the job. They gave us a proposal with a breakdown of how the system will perform including pricing and also how it could be added to in the future should we wish to add more battery. Thanks to all the people involved in our project. Great work.
Absolutely thrilled with our solar panel and Duracell storage system! The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation with minimal disruption. The system is already making a noticeable difference from March and our electricity bills have dropped significantly, and it's great to know we're using clean renewable energy. The Duracell battery storage is especially helpful, allowing us to store excess power and use it in the evening. Highly recommende to anyone considering going solar this year
The installation was completed as set out and without fuss.the engineers were a pleasure to have on site.working hard and cleanly.The system is now producing more power than anticipated and we are very pleased with the outcome.The savings are mounting up as demonstrated on the app on my phone.over all well organised easy to deal with and no hard sell witch made the process simple .
We we given 3 names from our energy supplier, The Energy store being one of them. They arrived on time, gave us the quote, which they stuck to, no pressure, gave us all the info we asked for. Once we decided to go ahead, a choice of dates were given, we choose, they came and installed all in one day. Very neat and tidy, and very courteous and we are very happy with the results, 93% off grid! And that's with charging our Hybrid car as well, makes it easier as we got our system with a battery. Would we recommend them, Yes.
Great company, the team are very helpful and professional and I would definitely recommend to others looking for help with solar and other energy services alike.
Not A Great Experience unfortunately ... Poor Service and communications being the main factor' untrustworthy and it goes on!! Avoid Like The Plaque! * There are Plenty of Other trustworthy Companies to choose from!
We were introduced to Energy-store through a friend of ours who had recently been installed in 2022. We knew what we wanted and just wanted to confirm prices and time frame. They didn't use a salesman and just told us the way they work which was refreshing, one of their team came and surveyed the property and confirmed we could have a 12-panel system that covered our usage. The installation was carried out approximately 6 weeks after we signed up and was completed in a day thankfully the scaffolding came down 3 days after the team finished. Great experience, happy to recommend the energy store. From Swindon, England.

Unfortunately our experience with Energy Store Dorset was not good. It all started well when we contracted them for the provision and installation of solar panels and their installation in August 2021. They were responsive to our requirements and provided advice to best accommodate the project we had in mind. A first instalment of over £ 1,600 was paid in August, and they were asked to give us an installation date in October. Communications from them, which had so far been frequent, stopped in early October. After some chasing, they finally got back to us claiming to be experiencing supply chain issues (which we believe to be true), and offered to give us a new quote, or a refund. We immediately opted for a new quote, but none was received – after chasing them again, we communicated to them in mid-November that we would be opting instead for the refund. At this point we were sending the emails not only to the person who was our original contact, but to another contact we found within the company, and their general contact email address. A couple of days later we received confirmation that the refund would be processed. However, weeks passed and no refund was received, or any correspondence from them – we chased by email in the end of November, and beginning of December, and received no reply. We called in mid-Dec, and the person who spoke to us was very polite and prompt to reassure us that the refund should have been done and would be sent shortly. At that point we were willing to accept the refund but contract them again after allowing time for the said supply chain issues to be sorted out. No refund had been received by early Jan 2022, when we called again and spoke to the same person, who showed surprise and again reassured us the refund would be done immediately. We asked (for the second time) if they had all the information needed for the refund and this time were asked to send them our bank details by text, which we did after the call. In mid Jan, since there was still no refund, we decided to email them one last time before reporting the issue to the relevant regulating entities. This time a different person answered very promptly, and after sending them our details again, the reimbursement was finally made within two days of this last email – and an email sent to confirm it. An apology was offered, but no reason whatsoever for the delay, or any sort of compensation (would interest apply had this been a delayed client payment?). This was clearly someone with respect for the client, and much better customer service skills – which we appreciate. However, by then it was too late to repair our business relationship, and not only have they lost us as clients, but also we cannot recommend Energy Store Dorset to anyone.
