Great company, Chris has to make several visits to sort out my dad's mitsubishi ecodan after a few years of neglect dad hasn't been in good health and they worked hard solving multiple problems to get him up and running again, very competitive rates very understanding and a top service

Powerwall 3 Expansion Battery - Best price I could find on the market at the time, Easy to Order, Good Communication, Fitting was amazingly quick (<1 Hour). Excellent aftercare. Pretty hard to beat all in all.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The Powerwall 3 installation was smooth, tidy and stress-free. Josh was fantastic — super professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice to deal with (and yes, the coffee didn’t go to waste ☕😄). Everything was explained clearly and the quality of work was top-notch. I’m genuinely mega happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Will definitely be back in the future for solar panels!

We are absolutely thrilled with the service received by Egensys. We purchased a large house with no working heating or hot water. Egensys attended and carried out a survey and provided a detailed quote. We opted for a Trianco Air source heating system. Egensys will help you navigate the information overload. They have years of hands on experience which I believe is vital when trying to navigate the energy transistion. It is reassuring to deal directly with knowlegable installers rather than an office based sales team. We replaced our oil fired heating system with a heat pump and the whole process was managed expertly by Egensys. Give them a call and I believe you will also be impressed.

Egensys have just serviced my Mitsubushi Ecodan ASHP and what a great job Darren the Service Engineer undertook. Everything was done to a very high standard and the engineer was extremely thorough and worked methodically leaving the ASHP very clean and tidy after all checks and balances had been done. Earlier this month Egensys installed solar panels, battery and an air source heat pump on my house in Whitwell. I cannot recommend this company more highly . When I first met their MD Matthew I immediately felt that he was a man of integrity. He gave me unbiased advice in a manner which was far from ' pushy '. He set out my options and the costings very fully. The careful survey carried out allayed my fears about an air source heat pump that is possible noise nuisance to my neighbour and the possibility that my existing pipework and radiators might need significant upgrading. The pump has proved to be very quiet indeed and I only needed one new radiator to replace that in my hallway which was itself re-used in place of a smaller one in my sitting room. The prices quoted were below those offered by Octopus and given the excellent goods and services provided were very good value indeed. Throughout, I was very impressed with Matthew's colleagues. All were respectfull, hard working, cheerful and clearly very anxious to do their best for me. It was good to see that apprentices were being trained. I would like to record one incident . The very hard working gentleman who worked on my roof to install the panels volunteered to me that he had inadvertently fixed the 2 lowest panels one centimetre (!) too far to the right and that he had, upon realising that, immediately re-postioned them in the correct position because he knew that Matthew would have noticed the error and required the error , albeit only cosmetic (if at all) to be corrected. The entire system is working very well indeed and I feel confident that I will make significant savings in my energy use as well as helping our planet by reducing dependence on fossil fuels. I am likely to be able to sell excess electricity produced to the grid at 15 pence per kilowatt. I am very grateful to Matthew and all his colleagues.

Install of a Powerwall 3 and 7.2kw 16 panel solar system in Lincoln. From start to finish we have had an excellent service by Egensys. From Alex who has been brilliant in quoting us and keeping up communications throughout to the team who came down to fit our solar panels and powerwall 3. Comparison for cost, and I still check, was the best I have found across numerous suppliers. I confirmed acceptance of the job and paid deposit on the 13th Jan and the panels and battery were up and running by 27th Feb which was outstanding for timelines. Scaffolding was scheduled in advance. Josh, Luke and the team who came to fit the system worked tirelessly through the day to get us up and running. Really decent bunch of guys who I can't commend enough for their work ethic and attitude. All their work was neat and tidy, and they made excellent work of the routing of the cables behind drainpipes and guttering in colour matching conduit, I wouldn't know it was there. Even in the garage for routing the cables to the powerwall the conduit was changed colour to match the paintwork. Powerwall and Gateway both look great. In terms of function, we have been "off grid" since the 28th Feb and so far have peaked at 7.6kwh, so everything works better than I expected (we are lucky with being south(ish) facing). Cannot iterate enough how much of a first class service we have had and we would certainly recommend this team to anyone else.

We recently had a tesla power wall 3 fitted by the team the process from first contact to final installation was a pleasure. We were contacted to not only reconfirm the date but also the time to expect the team. The team were great and cleaned up and took away all the debris and packaging. The installation not only looks grat but is functioning just as expected.

Egensys recently installed a Tesla Powerwall battery & the whole process from initial contact to installation & commissioning has been first class! Matt Baxter installed my heat pump & solar panels more than 10 years ago & both have worked perfectly since. I can personally recommend Egensys, Matt & all the team.

For nearly 2 years since moving into a new property, the air sourced heat pump and heating installed by a local builder has never worked. Matthew and the team from Egensys, who clearly are experts in this type of heating system, came and resolved all our issues, so we now finally have heating that works correctly. In the week before Christmas our hear pump failed leaving us in the cold. Despite the system not being installed by Egensys and being so close to their Christmas shutdown they raced to our assistance. Chris of Egensys ordered and fitted the new part within three days ensuring we had a warm Christmas. It was wonderful to receive such expert and knowledgeable service from them. The response to our request was super-fast and our heat pump is working even better than before. I can fully recommend this company and five stars are not enough so here's some more ✨️ ✨️✨️✨️✨️. I contacted this company by their contact form this morning with a question about my faulty Mitsubishi Ecodan. within half an hour I received a call from Chris with some advice, then soon after received some details that may be useful. Today we had Jack carry out a service on our Samsung Heat pump. I am extremely happy with the service Egensys provides and the reassurance of a job well done. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. he explained everything he was going to do. He gave me the reassurance I needed that all was OK with our system. Jack is a credit to the company and assuming all employees are of the same attitude we will enjoy a long relationship with egensys to look after our Heat pump system. Thank you for your service. A very professional company! During quotation, all of the different options were explained fully with advice given freely. The installers arrived at the agreed time, and got on with the work with minimal fuss and on completion all of their waste was cleared away. The install was inspected by Matthew, who then helped me to setup the generation monitoring app on my mobile phone. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. A highly recommended company!

This should be the FIRST place when you are buying a Telsa powerbank and solar solution in the UK! I can only give such comments after researching over a dozens solutions. From initial contact and design from Alex, then to Neil and Matthew for techs and admins, just a few emails would help you understand the whole process, easily and efficiently. Joshua and Luke are for the installation, they even come back for small fixes after long drive, knowing we are living in East Anglia. Given Tesla 3 is on UK market, what are you waiting for?

Solar and Tesla Battery Installation. From our first experience with Alex and the team I found them friendly, responsive and professional. They understood our requirements and proposed a solution for a good price and gave me confidence that they would do a good job. On installation day, the friendly team worked from 9am until 6.30pm to get it completed, keeping me informed of their progress and discussing any issues that needed to be resolved. Since installation, the system has worked perfectly, and has already saved my nearly £100 in less than a month. Highly recommended!

Egensys installed a Tesla Powerwall for us just before Christmas, they went out of their way to ensure it was installed in time to qualify for the Tesla cash back. Nothing was too much trouble for them, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to deal with. The Powerwall has been so good that we have now asked them to install Solar and a heat pump system that’s being done in the next few week later. A great believer that if you find a local reliable company they deserve support. Thanks for being that company

It has been a month since our Powerwall 2 and Gateway were installed by Egensys and we couldn't be more pleased with the the performance, workmanship and customer service afforded by them. Communication was both excellent and responsive, no questions left unanswered. We found the price fair and competitive with the other companies we investigated and installation happened quickly once the quote was agreed upon. The installers were friendly, professional and considerate to us and our neighbours. We would highly recommend Egensys to anyone thinking about installing renewables.
