Superb experience with James from the initial contact through to installation today of our new EV charger. Unlike two local companies I contacted he responded to my enquiry within 24 hours, he supplied a very comprehensive and competitive quote and the job was completed within 14 days. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Working with James to do the installation on my house was a pleasure. He took the time to answer all of my questions very comprehensively beforehand, provided extra detail when he didn't have it to hand and helped me reached the best future-proof solution. The installation itself went well - both James and his contractors turned up when they said they would and did a good job with any difficulties being resolved at the time. The electrical work needed on the house was also completed to a higher standard that what was in place originally. Cost for the system was consistent with much larger firms, but the company being local means that it's easier to get ad-hoc queries answered now the system is up and working. Overall a very professional job completed by local guys to a high standard.

The whole process was seamless James gave full explanations from start to finish ensuring we fully understood what was happening and the timings. The teams turned up exactly as the schedule and work ethics of all the different trades were commendable all very polite, tidy and kept us informed. We had the scaffold team followed by the roofing team, then the connections team. James was overseeing all works keeping us up to date. Great care and diligence fitting the system in scorching temperatures did not stop them completing the work to the highest standards. I cannot recommend this team enough absolutely brilliant, we are fully operational now and love the benefits we are seeing.

James was great, explained clearly our options and was very helpful. The install was excellent and explained the workings of the charger and the app very clearly even when I called him for the 3rd to to help with the password given my numpty brain didn’t work to figure this out! Great communications during quote stage. Extremely knowledge about different types and manufacturers of EV chargers. Arrived on the dot at the agreed time. Took plenty of time to discuss exact requirements and positioning. Very courteous when needing access inside our home. The job itself was carried out with minimum fuss and all tidied up in completion. Full demonstration and explanation when completed. Certification arrived by email the next day. No problems in offering 100% recommendation.

James is knowledgeable and asks sufficient questions to understand the needs of his customers. I wanted a very specific layout and James worked with me to delivered exactly what had been asked. He is also a good communicator answering calls promptly and giving updates where necessary. After installation of my car charger he ensured that I was able to log onto the app and understood how to operate it. wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

James has recently installed an EV charger at our property. He was really helpful beforehand when giving guidance about the location of the charger, and gave us various options of unit to choose from. When I mentioned I'd seen one online that I liked the look of, he immediately looked into it for me and became an approved installer of that particular make so that I could go for this unit. On installation day, the team arrived nice and early and had completed the job sooner than I expected. The whole order and installation process was straightforward and smooth running, and they more than deserve a five star rating! I would recommend Polaris to anyone :-)
