Our domestic 4Kw installation is now 11 years old - recently serviced and no issues with any of the system to date. A great no nonsense company to deal with. Great value also.

Northern Solar fitted our solar panels and battery

Northern Solar fitted our solar panels in Oct 2022 and then a battery in March 2024. In both instances they were responsive and easy to interact with. The solar panels and battery are both working well and we were impressed with their professionalism. Would recommend.

Northern Solar installed my solar PV in June 2022. From start to finish they have been nothing but professional. A clear precise quote with no hidden extras, excellent communication throughout the entire process. A really neat install. Professional installation team turned up on time were neat and tidy and left my property as they found it. Office based team always responded to emails and phone calls. Highly recommend for PV install.

Highly recommend Northern Solar. Professional service and assistance provided throughout from both the office team to all the engineers. All works completed throughly and to a high standard. Note - they are MCS accredited too - so any solar work is independently assessed and qualifies for any current industry payout incentives.

I had previously used Northern Solar to sit our solar system some years back, the system had been working faultlessly until the other day. I contacted Northern Solar and they came out the very next day to find that squirrels had nested under the panels and chewed through the wire. I received a quote for the repairs soon after their visit, and the work was carried out in very quick time with no fuss at all. Great service and professional throughout.

Great company. Carried out the job as promised, arrived on time and got the job done. Removed panels that had been fitted incorrectly by a bunch of cowboys, worked with the roofing company to get the proper fixings in place and fitted the system in line with industry standards. Great job from a reliable and honest company.
