One of their staff dumps their work vehicle on a private road, used by a farm. It explicitly is private with right of way for pedestrians and traffic accessing the private estate. Blocking access for the farm vehicles and HGV’s. They have a driveway down the road but refuses to use it and there’s a car park only round the corner. Our elderly neighbour explained it’s a private road and he laughed at them, as someone who manages large housing contracts I would avoid this company like the plague. Our poor neighbour sent the photo attached, seeing “customer friendly” out the front of the window and nothing else for days on end, clearly are not customer friendly.

We had Wade from the Exmouth branch to install cavity wall insulation. He was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him. He couldn't get his van up our long narrow drive but was able to use hose extensions to reach. Matched our existing render really well as you can hardly see the drill holes. We found Wade very approachable, knowledgeable and hard working. Would highly recommend.

Will demand payment twice

Work was done ok. I paid invoice but a year later get an email they didn't get the money, I couldn't evidence despite arguing with the bank for the statements because I had now closed accounts so ended up paying the bill again because I am moving house and worried about impact on credit rating if they sold off the 'debt'. Appalling service do not recommend

No experience of their workmanship but the standard of their employees driving is terrible. Just had one of their idiots use the left hand lane on a roundabout to turn right, in the process nearly hitting the front of my lorry, all in order to sneak in front of me. When i confronted him about it he just shrugged his shoulders and said he wasnt bothered. Very professional. This was in colchester on 22/7/24 at 1530

The engineer was prompt on arrival and cary out the the work quickly.

Reported to police for dangerous driving. Very stupid to chase a lone female at over 70mph through residential streets in a company signwritten van!! Seriously anger issues!! AVOID!

I would not even give this company 1 star but had to otherwise my review would not go through. They came did my loft insulation and covered the air vents. The loft was soaking wet to the point all brown water was dripping down on the newly decorated wall below. The bedroom ceiling had brown stain which was just painted. The loft hatch wont shut now as it was water logged. The workman came and said it was their fault for covering the air vents, but would send supervisor to see if they could sort out all the mess they had made. Supervisor came saw everything blaming my decorator and taking no responsibility for the rubbish job his team did. They are not willing to take and responsibility. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Broke window at our business premises whilst installing wall insulation, informed they would fix. So far 7 weeks and window still broken despite numerous emails.

Do not give these people any of your information. They have an incorrect number for a customer of theirs and its actually my partners number. They have hounded her constantly and been rather rude about it. My partner has mentioned to them on several occasions that they have the wrong number, but yet they still harass her. If they can't sort out a simple thing like that, then I wouldn't trust them with much

Would give no stars if i could. Had these out to my house. I wish i never did. The mess they left inside my house was everywhere, they made NO attempt to clean up out of plain laziness. they damaged my brand new windows, they damaged my blinds, breaking brackets and just leaving them up waiting to fall and hurt someone. Damaged my windows and left sharp large chucks of plastic in my 1year old bedroom. The manager Alan said these are his best guys so god knows what muppets they have is these are the best!! Alan said would get customer service to contact me regarding getting the damaged fixed and not heard anything and now not returning my calls. My advice if you have these muppets booked in, cancel ango else where. Wouldn’t trust these to change the battery in my tv remote!!

Awful they came round and surveyed my loft space before fitting insulation in my 1800 built house, the insulation was fitted and because the insulation used was not correct for my property it caused the roof space to sweat. This has caused my ceilings to get wet and mould and stain. I have given them the chance to correct this and they don’t want to know it’s an absolute disgrace! I have tried dealing with a complaint with them but they just won’t help provide any complaint procedure in fact they have been very rude when I have been nothing but patient with them alloying them months to rectify the situation! Beware! Also I left a review on their Facebook page and quite amusingly they have blocked me from their page without even replying to me. Make of it what you will.

Very professional, hard working team. I was extremely pleased with the work conducted.
