Jackson and Jackson came out to my home to discuss replacing my kitchen as agreed with my landlord it had to be a like for like replacement, they drew up the design which I was happy with and signed it off. I misplaced the copy of the paperwork they left with me and requested a copy by email, for them to advise they had changed the design and removed the oven and microwave unit therefore leaving me with no cooking facilities if I had not requested the copy they would not have made me aware of rhe changes. Please every do not use this company they are totally inept and do not care about the end user read all the other reviews and see for yourself. Here are the finished works what an If you're unlucky enough to have Tom the Residents Liason Officer be very wary of him he does nothing when I questioned something he then proceeded to call me a effing idiot

Please don't let the 1 star fool you, if I could give less I would. I've recently had a kitchen fitted by this company, it was started on the 14th July as a 10 day kitchen install, it took 15 days for me to have a usable kitchen. For all the mistakes and poor workmanship to be rectified took 14 weeks. I only received my keys back yesterday (21st October) The attached pics show some of the level of poor workmanship. • cabinets and tiling being done on top of holes in the wall where they haven't bothered to plaster • no scribing done around skirting boards and cabinets not even flush with the walls • asking when things would be done to be constantly told tomorrow and still waiting a week for someone to turn up • returning home from work on 2 separate occasions to find my door unlocked, on one of these occasions it wasn't just left unlocked it was left ajar • extractor fan not fitted properly, site manager refused to acknowledge this so had to get my landlord to send someone from their repair team to rectify it he said the way it had been fitted was a potential fire hazard • sent the liaison officer videos of my sink leaking they kept telling me it would be fixed, when I purposely went into work late so that I could show them the leaking sink, the site manager actually said " oh when I've been and looked at it, I've not been running water out of it" how else are they supposed to see a leak 🤦‍♂️ • the Site Manager Shane just kept making excuses and wasn't prepared to take any responsibility whatsoever The Directors at head office didn't seem too interested in rectifying issues either.

These are the worst kitchen fitters in the world. Took my kitchen out and didn't start fitting new one for two weeks. All in all it took them seven weeks and it still is not up to standard, and mine is not the only one unfinished. The project managers Shane and Debbie, and also the company as a whole obviously don't have any pride in what they do. Absolutely shocking!!

They start our bathroom renovation 7 weeks ago and they said it is take 8 days Quality of work Standard and people’s working for this company it’s absolutely nightmare and mistake They not specialist at all Side manager gave no clue how work should looks like and everything is okay for her They make promises and after 1-2 nobody coming back Not recommend this company at all

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had nothing but issues with workmen not turning up. Incompetent and extremely unreliable. Had nothing but stress and phone call after phone call trying to sort the issue

Rewiring the house from these guys, resulted in having my mattress folded in half and shoved it in a corner… what a way to ruin someone’s mattress. Left dirt on my bed and ripped my window shade off ??? Left the entire house filthy and chairs thrown on the bed ???

Over two weeks into these cowboys doing a simple kitchen cupboard replacement, we have been left with a filthy, half-finished mess. No useable cooking or clothes washing facilities, and no end in sight. Slow and shoddy. I wouldn’t trust them to change a lightbulb. Avoid at all costs.

Still awaiting payment from them for subcontractor works carried out, don't answer phone calls, don't return phone calls, ignore emails, avoid at all costs.

Do not use this organisation. I have plaster works that you can still see the paint of the wall underneath, tiles tiled in wrong place, my cold water hooked through the boiler so its undrinkable. Not only this they turn up for an hour or so a day the job has dragged on 15 days now and its half done and an absolute mess. So i have thrown them off the job. Do not bother with these cowboys

Take on jobs to big for them when sub contracting they have no idea how things go

Incompetent in all areas

This company are absolutely appalling. There is no organisation - chaos prevails and even the workmen do not know what is going on. The level of workmanship is poor with men being sent to do jobs they are unqualified for. If you are after a cheap short cut. - this is your company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Have just had my bathroom completely re done by this firm,love it,lads all friendly and polite,Lynn the liaison lady sorted brilliantly,5 star all the way.Would highly recommend.

It says on their document we were all given, 10 day job to re-tile our roof, its now been 24 days since they started, no tiling as yet, our roof was stripped, sheet nailed down and that was it. My sister had her council house done by a local builder, 3 in his staff, they put the scaffolding up, re-wooded it all and new tiles, all in 5 days (they had to return on the following monday to take the scaffolding down)
