Infinite Heating and Energy installed an ASHP for us with upgraded radiators and a new tank. Mat and his apprentice Archie did a wonderful job of fitting in a complex Tank, buffer and controls in limited space. The installation is compact and importantly still allows us to retain much of the storage space. For us, the update of the radiators was painless and no mess. The Electrician proved to be masterful in his layout and wiring of the OpenEnergyMonitor equipment. Very happy to recommend Josh and his team.

Infinite Heating and Energy have just installed an ASHP system for us, with several new radiators, a new hot tank and an accumulator. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh and his team. They have been professional, friendly and considerate from start to finish - from system design to installation. All the work was completed to a very high standard within the time frame set out at the beginning. The heat pump works brilliantly and our house feels consistently warm.

Infinite Heating completed a significant job of relocating our Heat Pump in our garden to a more unobtrusive and quiet location. Over 2 days, the team worked hard, clean and with total courtesy, keeping us informed of each step and with the minimum of disruption. A very professional outfit.

Infinite designed and implemented a large domestic solar electricity installation, including project managing the conversion from Single to 3-Phase electricity supply, installation of a 3-Phase EV car charger, and insulation of loft-based pipework. Their work, both in what they supplied and in the quality of their work, was really great. They overcame problems, which will arise in any venture involving several partners and players, effectively and smoothly. As a services provider in our working lives ourselves, we had a good sense that Infinite's internal processes for quality control and customer assurance existed and were followed. I don't often bother with requests for feedback/review, but I was motivated in the case of Infinite.

Josh and his team installed our solar panels and battery system to spec, taking into account even the smallest detailed requests we made. They were attentive and flexible about all aspects of the system requirements and installation.

The team from Infinite retrofitted our ASHP in July. Everyone involved in the project worked to the highest standards, our install is the neatest I have seen either online or in person. Now we have had a period of cold temperatures we know the system works as planned keeping us warm and providing all our hot water. Thanks to all at Infinite Heating

The team were exceptional in helping us to design and plan our ASHP installation. They worked with our desire to future-proof the system possible home renovations. When it came to installation, the team were prompt and professional. They installed the system in a neat and tidy fashion which works with our home layout. The system works really well and keeps our home and water toasty warm without needing to give it any thought at all. It just works, figuring out how to do its business in the background so we don't have to worry about it. I would recommend Infinite heating to anyone wanting a ASHP installing.

Installed an air source heat pump, new hot water cylinder, and entirely new plumbing for radiators (replacing electric heaters). The job is now complete and has been done well, including some good creative problem-solving when the architecture of the house made it tricky. Install crew were friendly - pleasure to interact with. A little slow-going initially, to get from the point of first contact to a planned install, but once the works schedule was set it all ran to time.

We have used Infinite for two projects on our home …… Air Conditioning system followed by installation of a solar powered system. In both cases they designed and then installed. Infinite Heating immediately proved to be so professional. Their advices , recommendations easily understandable and products recommended and now installed absolutely brilliant. From the research we had done the pricing very competitive. All we can say and urge is that if considering either of above systems at minimum do contact Infinite Heating. They can be trusted and you won’t be disappointed

A very professional job from start to finish. It was not the cheapest quote we received but worth paying the extra for the excellent communication about the products and proposed method of installation. The installers arrived on time, were polite and helpful and left our house cleaner than they found it! We are delighted with the efficiency of the heat pump so far, heating all three rooms very quickly and each unit being so easy to control with the app and the remote. We look forward to enjoying the air conditioning in the summer.

A brilliant experience from start to post installation support! Josh and the back office team kept us appraised of what was happening with the set up, installation schedule, dealing with unexpected issues that arose at the house and options when I wanted to add things as works were in progress! Andy and his team on site worked in a neat and tidy way, dealt with issues arising without a fuss and ensured the installation went well. Even helping me with dealing with a mess that British Gas left us with! We would have NO hesitation in recommending and/or using them again!

Josh and his team installed a ground source heat pump system and provided a friendly, reliable and efficient install. It is now over a year and all is going really well and provides all we need for heating and hot water all year round. We have just had a service and once again excellent service. We highly recommend

Infinite heating installed a new Heat pump, full installation including new radiators, tanks etc etc. A remarkable achievement and well worth the time and upheaval it caused, although every care was taken not to disrupt our home working life too much. The organisation was immense, the plumbing and electric conversion was huge and the finishing outstanding, even to new covers and paint jobs where needed. Everything of the highest quality, and exactly as explained at the beginning. there was nothing which could be faulted. We are amazed at the difference it makes to the overall and consistent heating quality, and the ambient warmth over winter is hugely improved. The care, attention to detail and personable, friendly and careful workers were amazing. Thank you Josh and the team! Also, Our new shower room is absolutely wonderful. From beginning to end Josh made sure the choosing, fitting, plumbing and furnishings were of the best quality, and there is nothing that could be improved. Josh and his team carried out a full refit of our shower room, requiring coordination between several trades to complete different parts of the job. The work was done punctually, efficiently and to a high standard. We would definitely use this company again, and would recommend Infinite Heating to others.

Josh installed an ASHP and the associated hot water tank and all other other bits. He stepped in at short notice after we were let down by another supplier. Detailed, high quality work done on schedule and with a proper quote. All paperwork that we needed to apply for the RHI was provided quickly after the instal and everything went smoothly. Josh was responsive to questions and fit his work in around other building work that was happening. An ASHP system installation is a complex piece of work which requires a lot of detailed technical knowledge - I'd recomment Josh/Infinite without hesitation.
