After a issue with a solar installation from another company, Eureka was able to get the job done to a highly professional standard and even went above and beyond fixing my chimney. Have now transferred my inverter over to them. Highly recommended company!

I commissioned Eureka North Wales Ltd to install an extensive 26 panel solar system (in-roof and on-roof) with GivEnergy suite comprising Battery, Gateway, Inverters and Car Charger. The work was estimated at 5 days. Mark has a team comprising all trades applicable and they work as a close-knit unit, particularly if kept lubricated with tea and coffee. I was impressed throughout with their attitude, attention to detail and work ethic; the site was always swept clean and checked safe for vehicles at end of each day. The installation required remedial work to the roof and I added a new house consumer unit to the mix which extended the work by 2 days. Considering the size of the job, I was impressed and grateful that it was completed flash to bang in 7 days. The end product is all that I hoped for. GivEnergy software is not the most user-friendly but the hardware just sings to you. Eureka are first port of call for any snags arising and an Inverter glitch was dealt with the day after notification; happy days. I absolutely recommend Mark and Eureka to anyone contemplating an in-roof solar system. Big shout out to Tayo and Mike (roofer/installer), David (ground to roof) and Liam (electronics).

The guys replaced some external roof vents that had cracked, sourcing some discreetly profiled ones and having some matching tiles as well. Internally they revamped the MVHR system that had been installed without much care by the original developer. Professional and courteous, got on with the job and took great care to hoover up afterwards. When looking for solar and a battery solution I know who I'll be using - thanks guys 👍

Just want to follow up with some feedback from the work done at my house. It was installed immaculately by Josh, I know it was not easy to fit the equipment is such a tight space. I couldn’t of asked for a more professional job, the place looked cleaner than before he turned up! So want to give Eureka and Josh a huge chuck up from us, and thank you for such a professional service.

Had Eureka fit inlay solar panels on our new roof, great lads, very polite and did a great job from start to finish with Mark (Bush) recommendations and suggestions, job could not have been done any better.

Eureka fitted additional solar panels to an existing system. The quote was hassle free and carefully checked by Mark so the fitters knew what to expect on arrival. The team were efficient, friendly and polite as well as very clean, and went above and beyond fitting an isolator they didn't strictly have to and replacing broken roof tiles (pre - broken, I'd bet) without any extra on the bill. I have a direct comparison with E.On's solar fitting subcontractors from the week before; E.On specified a fraction of the panels we could have had (hence Eureka's involvement to fix that), and while E.On's fitters were fine, they did NOT fit the isolator for the DC from the panels and left some rubbish on the roof. Eureka's team were simply a considerable cut above. I would thoroughly recommend Eureka for excellent workmanship, knowledge of the technology, and for being pleasant to have on site!

Eureka installed Solar panels on our house and more recently, a set of Good Energy batteries to store the energy we are generating. They have also done minor fixing and installation work when needed. The whole team are really friendly and helpful and the work has always been excellent quality.

So lucky to find a high tech electrical installation service like Eureka in North Wales. I had a full ground up house renovation in progress and wanted a Smarthome System installed. I’d contacted companies in London and Manchester, who didn’t fill me with confidence. Then, by chance found Mark at Eureka, right on the doorstep. The Loxone Smarthome Installation installed by Mark is fantastic, exactly what I wanted. Mark listened to all the requests and has exceeded expectations. The system controls, lighting, underfloor heating, heat recovery, CCTV, alarm security, 2 x garage and front door access, window shading, electric glass panels. Additionally the system integrates with solar panels and soon to be added battery packs. Mark and his team have been professional and enthusiastic throughout the build, suggesting things that can done in addition to my specification, eg Alexa integration to offer voice control to certain Loxone functions such as electric glass shading. Additional to the Smarthome system Mark dealt with all the Home AudioVisual aspects required. This system is multi room for 5 screens with cinema system to the lounge plus TV video and audio in rooms, garage, bathrooms etc. all the Loxone & Audiovisual systems are housed in one dedicated Server Room with a highly professional rack system and neat wiring etc (I’m OCD about such things). More is being added to the system as I live with it and Mark continues to support in all aspects. No hesitation in recommending Eureka, Mark and his team. Excellent and able to respond to the most demanding of clients.

Eureka provided an unrivaled design for all of the electrical installations required for the construction of our new house including full automation and security. The attention to detail and workmanship was perfect and nothing was beyond them. Eureka have always been available to help when dealing with the set up and running of the automation (with the majority of issues arising from user error).

Eureka are my go to electricians who have performed numerous jobs in my home. The initial project was the installation of a solar power system including in roof panels, inverter and storage battery. The whole project was handled by Marc from engaging the roofer through to setting up the software. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly. Subsequent services include installation of new sockets, renewing switchgear and rerouting data and phone lines.
