⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jason and Mark from DJB Installs Limited arrived yesterday morning to carry out work at my home, and I honestly can’t fault them at all. They were extremely professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy. Yesterday they fitted all new loft insulation, and today they completed the installation of solar panels — the standard of workmanship was absolutely 5⭐️ throughout. Such nice lads, very knowledgeable, and they clearly take pride in what they do. I genuinely couldn’t write a bad thing about them. I would highly recommend DJB Installs Limited to anyone thinking of having work done. You won’t be disappointed.

I had eco4 roof done 10 months ago the workmanship wasnt very good ended up with a leak i contacted DJB and matt answered both my calls very polite and prompt and my issue was sorted the next day the lads came out lovely and polite got straight on with the roof. i have read some poor reviews about this company But to be fair in all honesty i have had a lovely experience on how they have dealt with the matter Quickly and promptly so im leaving a 5* review thank you to matt and the lads involved

Absolute garbage company.... Eco 4 grant done by them but used a proxy company to get the work so you don't know it's djb before work starts and can't see their terrible reviews. They subcontract everything so it's difficult to get anything sorted out and everyone seems to pass the buck when they're a problem. Previously installed radiators(still had the old customers name on them) of the wrong size and btu fitted, some sticking above the windowsills and not even straight. The worst plastering job I've ever seen in my life which was arranged by Warmer home grants with not a straight line in sight and no room left to fit window boards on the sills. It's not a surprise the plastering was not straight as the plasterers were also smoking cannabis in my house on multiple occasions. I had to kick them out in the end. Multiple points of damage also caused around the house including a leak on the first night that ruined my ceiling and downstairs carpet. Damaged porch tiles, 3 expensive suits ruined after they got silicon or something all over them, and the same with a number of my fishing gear, and so many things in the house damaged by their mess, none of which had been fixed or replaced. They promised to fix the issues and pay for damage but once they leave the house you will NEVER see them again Update: they have even completely ignore MCS recommendations regarding safety of the install. Have ignored multiple emails and phone calls from me and MCS. Disgusting company! The job was to take 9 days I have now been left with unfinished work for over 10 months with massive scaffolding left at my house for 6 months for NO reason. False promises and lies is all you get. Please Do not go near this company or warmer home grants if you want a decent job and to keep your sanity.

Owen and Ewan were fantastic and have done a great job. Very courteous and well mannered. They have done a very clean and tidy job, and in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and being so friendly and kind. It hasn't gone unnoticed. Thank you so much once again

I recently hired DJB INSTALLS LDT for some plastering work, Owen and Ewan delivered more than expected and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The finish is perfectly smooth, and they left everything clean and tidy afterward. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine skill with such great customer service, highly recommended.

Awful dealing with them, they did the job in October, I kept chasing as they need to put my plug sockets back in and skirting boards. Id called weekly, sometimes every few days and the did plug socket in March, up until then the wires were hanging loose, which was a safety hazard. They seem to not think it was a big deal. The skirting boards finally went back in in April and me putting up multiple fuzzes, which again they did not seem to understand why.

I am extremely happy with the work carried out. The team were very efficient, happy to help and everything was done to a very high standard. It has made a massive difference to my home and I am very happy that I made the decision to have the work done. I would highly recommend.

Had Jamie in the last week, doing the insulation and plastering, very professional, clean and a lovely guy! Worked hard and have amazing results. Been a pleasure!!

Jack & Joe came to plaster my bedroom and living room today. Excellent work extremely professional and did the work within a couple hours. Cleaned up all mess and were plesent guys to have in my home. Would highly recommend them.

Had cavity wall and loft installation through the Gbis scheme. Had great customer service from the after care department. Alicia was a great assistance with the guarantee: and warranty’s. Would highly recommend! The loft installer Jake was very professional and knowledgeable and professional during the install and reassured me throughout the process and i would highly recommend DJB installs to anyone who intends to have the gbis scheme in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jack, Jamie & Joe insulated all of the walls in my three bedroom property over a couple of days. They were efficient and polite and cleaned all mess up after them selves. They arrived on time every morning ready to work the lads all had a positive attitudes and caused minimal fuss. Everything was returned to how it was when they arrived. Couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. Ten out of ten from me !

I dealt with Alicia Ronan. She was amazing ! So helpful and actually listened. Excellent and prompt communication. Honestly, if there were more people in this world like this lady , the world would be a better place. I dont know what position she holds but she definitely deserves a promotion. Thank you so much Alicia :)

Absolute Disgrace of a Company We had 2 instals done by DJB Installs and had many problems with the communication, the quality of workmanship and not actually finishing the job! It's now been 2 x months and we still have outstanding issues to be fixed. The solar panels have never been connected and the heat pump is in the wrong poistion and not bolted down! I have chased many, many times but the 2 x contacts Wayne Cammack and Peter Durkin never get back with solutions to the problems, they just duck and dive. Please do your due diligence on them and ask for references before committing. I have spoken to other landlords in the area who have also been unappy with the installations done by DJB Installs. DO NOT USE

DON'T USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT I would give them a 0 if I could, had djb come round back in February/March to do the work installation, heat pump, solar panels. I was left with sockets unscrewed back in until June. My front door step was left damaged. I also had the solar panels installed however they have still not been connected been contacting them every other day waiting for a response they either don't answer my calls or if they do just say we are trying to get someone out. However since March no one has been out to just connect the wire to the solar panels. Another thing that was damaged was my roof from the scaffolding, I reported this issue immediately as it created a massive leak where my fridge is kept. No one got back to me so I had to contact someone myself and pay £950 out of my own pocket ( I have the receipt for this), been trying to get this sorted was told that they can't do anything as they wasn't told even though they clearly was. I will be reporting them to trading standards and taking this further however I recommend that no one use this company at all. There aftercare if anything goes wrong is horrible. I have contacted them by email, phone and letter.

Cheap electric with solar panels WHAT A JOKE!!! Been left with a system dumping energy to the grid for 8 months even though inverter set to limit to home and no feed in tariff. I have been charging solar battery from grid on a daily basis which has been costing me money everyday and because of ct coil being incorrectly fitted none of the settings worked as they should and so battery was just dumped back to grid. So for 8 months I've been paying for energy I've not even used. Company and engineer don't care to take responsibility. Had to get it rectified myself. They are also incapable of filling out certificates correctly for mcs certificates and dno approval. Again I had to take it on myself to get correct figures from national grid and then tell them what to put on certificate after dno approval had been rejected 3 times hence it taking 8 months. And the walls!!! Leaning tower of pisa is straighter, if you were to put a straight edge flat to the wall in any direction you would be able to fit your arm in the gaps... skirting boards they just cut an inch short and fill with caulk and think that's a professional finish. Electrics sockets left hanging, plastic back boxes cut through to avoid turning electrics off and do correctly, 4" black dry wall screws used to secure faceplate of sockets. Looks terrible and I'm sure any decent electrician would probably fail it as unsafe as the only thing holding the back boxes in place is decorators caulk as the also broke off the tabs what would hold the back boxes in place..

I would urge EVERYONE to be wary of DJB and the Eco 4 scheme. I will add further details should the matter not go to litigation. No one fully explained the below: 1) You will have to pay for painting and decorating after the works have been completed. Might cost you thousands. 2) Workers may ruin your home and damage property such as skirting, coving, windows, sockets and other furniture. Complaining and rectifying issues takes ages 3) You may not have central heating for a month of more 4) After insulation you will lose 10cm per wall, so potentially 30cm per room/1 foot. Your house may end up a lot smaller. Neither EOn nor DJB care. Do you want to lose that much space? 5) Air Source heat pump may take most of your electric generated by solar panels. Electric is 4x more expensive than gas. Air source heat pump takes a lot of space. Is it worth it?

Fantastic Service! I was concerned about using DJB because of the negative reviews I’d read but I’m so pleased I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! Clearly the negativity was unjustified and probably just a disgruntled customer because the work carried out was done with military precision! Amazing work, very professional and attentive staff and apart from a faulty thermostat, which was exchanged 2 days later, everything went like a dream. I highly recommend DJB Installs.
