We had air conditioning installed in our home by Sustain, what a pleasure to deal with a very efficient company whose aim was to put the customer first. Right from the first contact we were informed of every stage, every phone call to them was answered and any quires solved as quickly as possible. They left our home after installation as they found it, clean and tidy, all the excess packaging etc removed. I certainly know who I'll be dealing with in the future. Pity there's only 5 stars.

Top notch customer service, great people to deal with. All round quality experience and a great outcome. Solar panels and batteries installed on time and to the quoted price, good advice and guidance provided. These people know their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks!

Initial experience with Sustain was very positive, they took a very professional approach to quoting for my air source heat pump and explaining what was required to have an efficient system. During the install they worked to limit impact on our home and accommodated minor changes to improve the system. However, since that first installation work I have uncovered a host of quality issues which I shared with Sustain and got a huge amount of backchat rather than an apology and offer to repair. This varied from cables hanging loose to the underfloor screed not being poured flat to multiple leaks on brazed connections on the piping (so not minor!). I wouldnt recommend Sustain as a company for installation of your heat pump Their servicing costs are also very high compared to others, £300 a year vs £120-150 quoted elsewhere.

Daniel sorted out my air source heat pump electrical issue over the phone in a few minutes and didn't charge me! What more can I say!

We had solar PV installed a couple of years ago. Everything was neat and tidy and all the staff friendly. It performs very well. This winter we had sustain back to install a new heating system and heat pump. Professionally designed. Carpets and floorboards were taken up and holes for piping created. House was put back exactly as before and everything done was neat and tidy and looks great. House is comfortably toasty throughout… we never managed to achieve this level of comfort with our old gas boiler! Perfect post install support too. Not 1 complaint, totally recommend.

They are a very busy company which tells me of their popularity. They still found time for me before and after sales. They are, in my view, an excellent, trustworthy company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your installation.

We had an LG Therma 9 kw Air Source Heat Pump fitted by Sustain through the Green Home Grant Scheme. Our first contact was with Trevor, who came to visit us in our home and talk through our options. To calculate the size of the pump and rads, Sustain arranged a Heat Loss Survey and Trevor came back to talk us through the results of the Survey and get us signed up for our installation. Despite the issues with delays in the Government scheme, Sustain were very patient and stayed with us through every twist of the application process. Tony, Richard and Sandra were super helpful at every turn. Eventually, when we were issued with the voucher, we had a visit from a highly capable head engineer (Mike). The team from Yorkshire (Mike, James, Matty, Dave the Sparky and apprentice Dylan) were exemplary. They were friendly chaps, highly competent and tidy. They couldn't do more for us and even adjusted some pipework by arrangement. James was there through the whole week and we felt totally confident with every aspect of the work in his hands. We had all of the controlled waste collected too by James Stickland. From beginning to end, Sustain were excellent and we could not recommend them more. Hoping to get them in to do some PV / solar panels for us next time!

Fantastic service -- had a mystery issue with a fairly new air source heat pump. Came out to repair in only a few hours and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Better yet, he showed me how to fix it myself in future! Personable, friendly, and full of expertise.

Didn't reply to my enquiry first time. I have now made contact and have had a solar PV system installed. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Karen (sales) is not pushy, listens and suggests what you would need. Dan is the technical person, very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation team were great. Two lots mechanical build and qualified electrician to fit the inverter and batteries. Well pleased

I can't rave enough about this company. They have done our air source heat pump and we have paid the deposit for solar panels. Every step of the way communication and customer service have been great. Any concerns, issues, etc. They respond right away. Did fantastic work and really just an all around great company.

Gareth and Chris arrived on time both were very friendly efficient and profesional. The price was very competative compared to other quotes. They mové my heat pumt 6 metres away and serviced the unit now working great i will definatly used this company again going forward. Many thanks for a job well done Barry Keynsham Bristol.

Suastain Eco have recently fitted an LG air sourced heat pump for us. The quote was competitive, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I got a fitting date and the team arrived on time and the work was completed to a high standard withing the time quoted. The fitting team were excellent and made a very neat job of the pipework and the rest of the installation. They cleared up nicely and always left the house tidy at the end of each day's work. The system is working well.

We are so pleased we chose Sustain Eco to install our heat pump. We were on the verge of giving up on a Air source heat pump installation with so much conflicting information given to us during quotation's. Everyone went an extra mile to ensure we had a clear understanding of the process and now installed we are very pleased with the outcome.

We are over the moon with our new air source heat pump system. The project was superbly managed and expertly installed from start to finish. Every member of the team took a lot of pride in their work and really went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. Where many other installers told us we would need to keep our old boiler unit and supplement it with the HP - Sustain Eco provided us with a state-of-the-art-system that meant our high-carbon and out of date oil-based heating could be completely decommissioned and removed. To get this much hot water and heating, literally from thin air feels a little bit like magic.

Install took a little longer than planned but end result was as planned. Good job.
