Great work by Tim and his team for an upgrade to the neomiser UFH system - highly recommend.

We have trusted the services provided by the team at Ronax a number of times including a turn key rear extension and garage conversion with complimentary plumbing, electrical work, boiler upgrade and air conditioning. It is not easy to find responsible and reliable trade professionals who understand the importance of detail and customer service. We live in Solihull and would not hesitate to recommend the professional services provided by Tim and colleagues. Happy to also provide pictures of work done.

Tim has been looking after our plumbing needs since he installed a new boiler a few years ago. We had a water leak from our mains water pipe on Wednesday. He responded to our call for help asap and has project managed the installation of new mains water piping as quickly as possible. The work was carried out without too much upheaval and it’s lovely to have running water again! In summary; we felt we were in safe hands, professional, courteous, efficient and everywhere was left neat and tidy. With thanks, Kate and Mike.

After loss of heating and hot water, we discovered our boiler was slowly leaking. We contacted RONAX Monday evening for help and they were on site by 11:30am the next day as agreed. Tim explained everything about the necessary repair and costs involved. He completed the repair the same day and left everything clean and tidy. He was really professional and polite throughout and we can’t thank him enough for his service. RONAX provide quotes and invoices promptly, via a secure payment link which was efficient too! Fantastic service from Ronax. Our boiler packed up and we had no heating. Called Ronax and they attended next day, identified the problem, sorced the new part and got us up and running again. Work was all quoted before hand. Engineer was polite and tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing and why. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to others.

I had a great experience with Ronax. It was easy to contact them on WhatsApp and they responded immediately and sent an engineer out on the same day. I was told by another engineer that I have to replace the boiler, but Tim from Ronax fixed the boiler during his visit. I cannot thank him enough for getting the hot water and heating sorted in this freezy weather.
