I have just had my Solar panels installed by a fabulous team from Platinum Eco Services and I must say that the whole service from start to finish has been excellent. Dealing with the office, mainly Caitlin, has been seamlessly easy. The installation went smoothly by a wonderful father and son team and a lovely electrician too. They all got on and did their job, were a pleasure to have around and answered any questions I had, willingly and explained things that I didn't really understand, really well. They were extremely tidy and left everything spotlessly tidy and how they found it. The after care has been fantastic, Tommy is there to answer any questions about the installation. I would thoroughly recommend Platinum Eco Services and look forward to a greener life ahead. Many thanks, once again everyone. Well done!

I contacted Platinum Eco Services originally to see whether I might be eligible for a heating grant to upgrade the heating system in my flat. They handled everything from there on in, carrying out a site survey and applying for the funding to eventually carrying out the installation. In the space of a couple of months, I went from an inefficient and old heating system to a set of high quality Dimplex Quantum HRR Storage heaters that look great and are much more energy efficient. The installation was carried out carefully and professionally by Dan, who I would highly recommend. All in all a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Eco Platinum Services.

I have just had solar Solar and new radiators installed by Platinum and I must say I couldn't be happier!! From the very first call with Platinum, they have been nothing but professional, always happy to answer any questions I've had (and I've had alot) and all around amazing people! Tommy and TJ installed the solar panels and they were wonderful to have in my home, professional and friendly throughout! Likewise Dan and Josh installed the radiators and were great! I initially thought the funding couldn't possibly be real, but I'm pleased to say I was proven wrong! Now looking forward to a lovely and warm house at a fraction of the price for my electricity! We have had solar panels, new radiators and loft installation done and they have been a true pleasure to deal with. From the ladies at customer services to the installation team it's all been a smooth sailing. I honestly thought there was a catch to this, but (for once) I'm happy to have been proven wrong. A massive shout out to Tommy and TJ who worked on installing the solar panels. They have been so supportive, encouraging and really informative about the solar. From asking tons of questions to having a good chat, they have been a pleasure to have in my home and installing the panels. Thank you so much guys!! Lovely, friendly company and quick, hard workers, I am very pleased with their work.

Over a 3 day period my wife and I had 10 Solar panels and 8 Storage Heaters installed. Throughout the whole installation we were very impressed with the professionalism from both Tommy and his colleague who installed the Panels and Dan with his colleague who installed the Heaters. They were all polite, friendly and worked efficiently, leaving our home clean and tidy.

Very happy with Platinum service's, Jenny from the office is friendly and helpful. All the guys carrying out the Work were amazing 👍hard working, professional, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and their lovely team 😃

Platinum eco services recently fitted loft insulation and solar to my property. From start to finish the process has been outstanding, the staff have been very accommodating with all my Queries. The guys were very professional and their quality of work was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking into their services!

Excellent service from the first phone call. My house had a huge loft area with insulation that was very old, dusty and in need of complete replacement. The men had a horrible job clearing out years of debris before installing completely new insulation. They listened to my requirements, worked very hard and were clean and tidy, ensuring minimal mess in the house. Communications with the office were good and the full insulation was completed in just two days. I am very pleased with their work and would give them my full recommendation.
