Really good quality install from a lovely group of guys. I had multiple quotes before going with North East Solar and in most of them I felt like I was just talking to a salesman and I knew more than they did which was very worrying. That was not the case when Callum came to quote and the lads who came on site clearly have years of experience and take pride in their work.

Having spent the best part of 15 years procrastinating over solar panel installation I finally resigned myself to never taking the plunge, until North East Solar was recommended to me by a close colleague. He has researched solar panel provision to an extreme degree, is very knowledgeable, and the fact that Andrew was able to survive such robust interrogation spoke volumes. The survey, advice, quotation we received was simple and straightforward, with absolutely no sense of sales pressure. Scaffolding, installation and removal, took approximately half a day day each. Solar panel installation and subsequent commissioning of 18 PV panels, inverter, batteries, off-grid disconnect swich, iBoost immersion heater switch and EV charger took 2-3 working days, spread over a few weeks, before and after Christmas, at times convenient to our household. Payment scheduling was clear, reasonable and unambiguous. All members of the scaffolding/installation teams were friendly and helpful, happy to answer queries as they went along. Special mention to Callum who juggled a significant number of additions/amendments to our quotation with forthright good humour before we decided to proceed. Now just hoping for some sunshine...

Great company. Great lads. Must of neen that busy They needed to use a sub contractor for the house electrics. Soon as they seen the work they jusy said . Leave it with me this is not my quality of work. So if there was anything wrong they were in touch after hours. You cant ask more than than that. Have recommended them to anyone that's asked about it and would use them again in a heartbeat. Helped me every step of the way when applying for the feed in aspects . Callum and andrew are just down to earth people and like to have it right to there own high standards. 5 stars isnt enough for them

Installed 10 panels and a 10Kwh battery in June. I did weeks of research and took on 8 quotes locally and nationally. Not only were these highly competitive but they are the most accredited also. 2 days work and I was up and running. No mess no fuss. Awesome lads.

The best review I can give is, If I had to have another solar system installed it would be done by North East Solar.

We can’t recommend the team from North East Solar enough, it is a totally professional service and an expert team of tradesmen. We had a 20 panel 9.1 kw system installed with battery, and it has been running for a month now, we are extremely happy with everything, the service is first class.

North East Solar have just installed 20 PV panels and batteries and an EV charger. Not only were they the most competitive, but they were very professional and friendly throughout, did everything when they said they would, actually listened to our needs, worked with us and went the extra mile in several ways. I'm very pleased with my new solar installation from North East Solar. From the beginning of my enquiry to the completion of the project, the team were friendly, honest, technically very proficient, hard working and offered great value for money. The installation itself is very tidy with the invertor and storage battery in my garage. I can see on the FoxCloud app the breakdown of power from the panels on the roof, the battery and the grid. I highly recommend North East Solar.

North East Solar fitted a 4kw Solar System to my house with 10x Solar Panels, Inverter and Battery. They were all great guys, very fast, clean and efficient. I would very highly recommend them to anyone wanting solar panels fitted, which I'd highly recommend because it's saving me a small fortune! :-)
