I experienced excellent service from survey to commissioning of a solar PV system installed by Neutral Energy! The installers were courteous and considerate to my tenant, he is saving on his electricity bills and the EPC for the house has gone from a 'D' to a 'B'! Thank you to the team at Neutral Energy!

What a wonderful experience. From Charlotte's first visit to Ryan, Kris and Ross making sure we were happy and talking us through everything before they left. Unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They arrived exactly when they said they would, carried out each day the work they said they would, and left everything clean and tidy. We went for the full works (heat pump, solar panels, smart inverter and battery) and we're very pleased we did (while it's not yet the depths of winter, our electricity consumption has gone down in spite of us now using electricity for heating and hot water rather than gas). Ryan also carefully removed our gas boiler so that we could pass it on to a family member. When we asked Ross whether we should have had a bigger or second battery he simply replied 'We don't like to oversell. See how you go over the winter and we can always talk again.' Exactly the opposite of a hard sale! Completely recommended. 11/10!

We had neutral to install a solar PV system with battery, and then a heat pump. I found them excellent with communication: they would reply to emails within the same day. Both installs were dealt with very professionally, and the team explained us everything we needed to know.

These guys were absolutely excellent. Charlotte in the office responded to all my emails on the same day. The installation team were really professional. Ours was a tricky install because we have an existing solar system and a number of other complications, and Ross the lead engineer came out to our house on multiple occasions to tweak the settings and was always really helpful. There are a lot of dodgy solar companies out there - this is definitely one of the good ones!

I've had a great experience using Neutral Energy Solutions to install solar PV and battery storage. I got many quotes and NES was the most competitive with a good turnaround time. All staff I dealt with were friendly and provided good customer service. Really happy with the result and looking forward to next summer when we have some sun!!

Charlotte and her team offered a competitive price for a 3kw system plus 7kwh battery storage. The installation process was good and to the schedule provided. After an initial problem which they sorted promptly, the new system has been incorporated with an existing array without affecting the FIT and Immersat system. It works even better than anticipated by collecting any excess power from the old inverter and charging it into the batteries. Our electricity usage has reduced by a further 75% despite already having a 3kw system.

Very happy with the installation, service and speed of delivery and installation. Neutral Energy Solutions met my needs and were very flexible, allowing me to make alterations to the quote and order as it progressed. Charlotte was super helpful throughout the process and I would certainly return if I felt the need to add to the system. The Givenergy Hybrid Inverter + Battery really complement the solar panels, enabling me to shift all my household usage off peak with very low bills. So far my overall grid usage has dropped from 10kWh per day to 1 or 2 and those are being charged for at an off peak rate. The system is ideal for EV owner to charge at off peak rates.

I had a problem with my solar panels, installed 7 years ago by a company who have gone out of business. I contacted Neutral Energy Solutions and they quickly sent an engineer to find the problem which was a "dead" inverter. Charlotte sourced a suitable replacement & it was quickly ordered & installed. Excellent service.

I contacted a number of companies and had a very mixed response. Neutral energy solutions stood out for their friendly and speedy response. I’m still waiting to hear back from some national companies in the time it’s taken to have the full install of PV panels and batteries done by Neutral energy solutions. Charlotte answered all my questions and turned everything round to meet my needs. David and Johnny who fitted the system were an absolute joy to have at the house. Polite, professional, tidy and worked during the recent heatwave to get us up and running. I very rarely complete reviews but having spent so much time researching and then making a decision about installing a PV system and batteries I wished I’d found them earlier. Three days in and system is running perfectly. I love using the app and can see with our set up we are virtually self sufficient at the moment. What more can I say?

Initially my enquiry was answered promptly and efficiently and a quotation was provided that met all of my needs. The total price was competitive and lead time for delivery of works good. Communication from the company worked really well keeping me updated with progress of the project. On site work was really professional with the team keeping the work area tidy and they were polite and courteous at all times. Commissioning and handover was equally efficient and informative. One of my panels unfortunately did not work initially but the team kept me up to date with solving the issue and persevered until it was all working. I would highly recommend Neutral Energy Solutions to provide solar panel installation or other neutral energy products.

Solar Panel Installation. This company was highly professional, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service from start to finish. I felt that my needs were listened to and they advised the best form of energy solutions for me. This meant they didn't try to sell me something that didn't make sense at this time. I have been impressed with the savings I am already seeing and it's a pleasure to use appliances and have the solar panels generate the electricity needed :-) . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking about reducing their energy costs and helping to save the planet.
