Lee was recommended to me and I was so pleased with the service. I was awaiting a new EV car and he came promptly for a site visit, great communication and even details on funding from the Government for running a business. When the vehicle was on its way, Lee and his team came on time, ahead of schedule and sourced and installed the charger seamlessly. Even checking up shortly after to make sure everything worked well. I would highly recommend for ease of us, value for money and great service.

Maisum recently inspected my 16yr old Solar Array. Their thorough inspection also showed there was an issue with my RCBOs that were recently installed by another contractor. The Maisum engineer subsequently corrected the RCBO issue. Cannot thank you enough, you are very much experts within your field. Even better, the Maisum Drone also showed I have some issues with our roof tiles which can now be corrected too. Fantastic all round service.

Got in touch with Maisum renewables as my regular electrician was getting very unreliable. From my initial contact I felt confident that they would turn up and carry out the works required to get the heat pump installation up and running. The job that Ivan did was very tidy and thorough and I will be using Maisum renewables for all my electrical needs going forward.

These guys are just fantastic and were so quick to help when we called on them. We have had them do work on our electrics twice now and both times they were polite and very respectful of our property. We definitely know who our go to is when it comes to anything to do with electrics and wiring.

I'm happy to recommend Maisum Renewable Energy. The team is responsive, helpful and straightforward. They don't engage in any hard sell tactics, and the after sales service is excellent. Steve has patiently responded to my queries and helped with a couple of issues, including with the software supplier (a minor matter) and with the energy supplier (in process of being resolved). Maisum are serious about renewable energy - they're not doing it because they think it's a quick way to make money, and they have done their homework. If I were doing this again I would come back to them.

Half our electrical circuit dropped out, and kept tripping the board no matter what we tried. Shaun came out at 1hrs notice at 5:30pm on a Friday night. He was thorough and checked everything before narrowing it down to an issue in the loft with a poorly fitted plug socket, which was filling with water. He disconnected the socket and made it safe. All done within 1h30m. Would highly recommend Reuse after this, and will be using them again.

Very prompt, thorough and professional service throughout. The two engineers who attended were polite and thoughtful to how they operated within a busy working environment. The installation was very neat with full description provided on the operation of the system on completion. Would highly recommend!

Maisum have done a lot of work for me now, all varied, some planned, some a little short notice (on my request) due to other ongoing works that required an on site electrician. They have helped me upgrade my property to three phase electric to then add 2 fast car chargers (22kv). They’re doing a rewire for me currently and understand my concerns about impacts to my property during the works and keep it as minimally disruptive as possible. Ivan and Lee have been fantastic and are punctual, polite and concise in their explanations as to what is going to be done. I would (and already have) reccomend them without a doubt!
