Guy cold called on me from there . After discussing at length he said I was eligible and I agreed .he said a would call back to arrange everything and I just needed a council tax bill and id ready . Two months later he didn't bother .no contact since think it was possibly a scam Joke of a company very poor

We wanted to say thank you to this team for all the support they have given us over the last month or two. We have had free storage heaters, wall heaters and some solar panels fitted. The telephone team are very helpful and kind and the engineers who came out to fit and install the equipment were first class, polite, respectful and efficient. They left our house so clean and tidy and explained everything clearly. Thank you so much to all of you. Especial thanks to Lisa and Nicky, and to Luke and Reece.

Amazing Team

I would just like say that Love to save energy are amazing. All the lads that came were brilliant from insulation in my loft, ventilation works to fitting a new boiler. I would especially like to say a very big thank you to Bob, his son & team who fitted my boiler. They were excellent from start to finish even cleaning up after. I would recommend these to anyone. You are in safe hands with these guys.

Very happy with my new heaters

I am very happy with my new heaters and solar panels. Already, my solar panels are saving me about 50p a day. The workmen were quick and efficient and did a good job.

sceptical at first but soon won over

Like some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical at first based on the assumption that nothing is for free. Darren Ewers was brilliant in explaining the ECO4 scheme and how it worked which totally changed my view. A professional company who 'does what it says on the tin' to state an old advert! A smooth, seamless process from start to finish and installed by a friendly bunch of people. Thoroughly recommended. There will disruption when the install takes place but that is only to be expected. First monthly electricity bill since install was £26.50 but exported £33.98 back to the grid. No Brainer! Thank you Darren and the team

ECO4 benefits

This company is involved with ECO4, striving alongside energy companies and the government to reduce energy consumption by installing roof insulation, solar panels and storage heaters at no cost to the house owner. When their representative, Darren Ewers called at my house to inform me of the existence of this project I was sceptical, it sounded too good to be true so must be just another scam. Also I had just had my flat roof insulated by another company so did not need this part of the package described and was concerned that any work on the roof with solar panels would invalidate the warranty. In addition I had what I considered to be efficient electric heaters (I don't have a gas supply) so wasn't convinced that storage heaters would be beneficial. But Darren perceverred, explaining the benefits and assuring me that the solar panels would not affect the warranty on the insulation work. (This was later confirmed by the other company). Eventually I agreed to having the panels and heaters installed. The team involved with the installation were very polite, efficient, informative of what they were doing and very tidy, cleaning up at each stage of the work. It's not been long since the panels were installed but already I can appreciate how much cheaper my electricity bill will be. The storage heaters are of the highest efficiency and I look forward to being comfortably warm during the winter. There is no doubt that this will have a definite saving on my energy consumption and the country as a whole when more properties are involved. If it wasn't for the persuasive persistence of Darren working on behalf of Love to Save Energy to provide these improvements, I would definitely be much less comfortable and much poorer!

I was contacted by Darren who informed me that under the government scheme I was entitled to free upgrading of my insulation, radiators and the installation of solar panels. On fulfilling the criteria I was most impressed with the team of lads who performed the installation. They were polite, clean, tidy, professional and informative. I was very impressed with the whole procedure and my home should be much warmer and energy less costly for the future.

I was contacted by Darren who informed me that I was entitled to free solar power and new radiators and storage heaters. A great team of lads completed the work quickly and efficiently, they were smart polite and professional. We are pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to a warmer house and lower electricity bills for no outlay what so ever.

When something seems too good to be…

When something seems too good to be true it usually is.....but not in this case. When we were first approached about this scheme we were obviously dubious but this was one time when we were proved wrong. After going through the initial selection process, which did rightly take quite a long time, we were told we were eligible for a new central heating boiler. The installation was brilliant. We were very lucky when Matt turned up to do the work. He was on his own but his work was done to the most amazingly high standard. He was with us for 4 days and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He was so clean and tidy and the quality of the finished job was exceptional. Thank you so much Matt. After he had finished an electrician came (we never got his name) and although his work was perfectly acceptable he did the bare minimum required to finish the job in a very short time and to make his life easier. Any contact we had with Love to Save Energy was always good . Our advice is if they come knocking offering this amazing service don't hesitate to say yes please. Thanks Love to Save Energy, you rock........but not as much as Matt the heating engineer x

I was really impressed by this company and Reece went above and beyond to make this all happen for us. I can't thank him enough for what he did for us. Now we won't have to freeze this winter as we now have heating in every room and solar panels to save on our electric bills. All the teams involved were very friendly and professional and install over 2 days. I would highly recommend them. Well done to all involved I'm so happy

Hi I've tried to contact you many times as have Dropbox

Hi I've tried to contact you on many occasions email & called left messages on answer phone- as have Dropbox without any success Your Company sent me a team invite which in error I accepted which then completely took over my account and was deleted by someone at Love to save energy. Why you sent the invite in the first place is very concerning as you then had access to all my accounts which had years of information regarding clients' details with many companies. It's taken me over 2 Months to try and get Dropbox to contact your Company for you to reinstate my account and send it back to me. I'm hoping you deal with this as a matter of urgency Thanks Can I reactivate my work account if I was deleted from a Dropbox team? If your account was deleted in the last seven days, contact your admin to request that they recover your account. If you’re an admin, learn how to reactivate a suspended or deleted member’s account. If it’s been more than seven days, Dropbox Support can recover the account in limited circumstances. However, for security purposes, we need the permission of the admin of your previous Dropbox team before we can recover your account. Couldn’t believe it was all free, had so much work done to the house it’s so much warmer and so cosy thank you love to save energy the installers cleaned up after themselves and so professional as well as the call centre staff very polite

Had iwi and a new boiler fitted in oct 5 star service, the team were brilliant from start to finish. Kept in regular contact with me and it never cost me a penny! My house is so much warmer now, and doesn't cost as much to heat. Thank you so much love to save energy.

Had a new roof fitted in sept 2024, we still have rain dripping into our bedroom ceiling all these months later. Communication is shocking/ none exsistant , promised phone calls back but never get one. Wish we hadnt had the work done in first place. Shocking company.

Was skeptical at first when Lee and Darren knocked on my door offering completely free upgrades but once realised I qualified, I have had almost 20k of top quality work done 👍🏻 over the moon with the quality and service and never cost a penny!

I would give zero stars if I could. Wasted 6 months of my time, zero communication, cannot get through on the phone, no one knows what they are doing and they don’t care about customer service one bit! How this company are running I do not know. I’ll be sending a complaint but I doubt it’ll be looked at by anyone. Don’t waste your time with this company…. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible company, started works then broke my current boiler which they have denied , leaving me with no heating or hot water and now won't answer calls or emails, reported to ofgem.

Surveyor (abdul) was the best thing that went ahead with ease after that nobody answer calls and nobody been in contact with me over 2 weeks now what is the Point of doing a survey? I hope you're not using my details to scam money of goverment . #####

Had a lovely polite guy knock the door and explain to me about the free boiler scheme and advised I may be entitled to a new boiler which I was. I had a survey around a week after and had a replacement Worcester Bosch boiler installed 2 weeks after. Over the moon thanks guys 😊

Don’t know where to start. Absolutely shocking service from start to finish and still having problems with them now. I urge you to never use this company unless you want a constant migraine and added stress to your life . I have had an ongoing issue with them for over 6 months. I now can’t get hold of the company!

this company gave me 2 install dates for a boiler replacement no show on either date . when contacted after first was told fitters van had broken down which was later updated by fitter himself to say he had no install for the date of 5th dec . later on 5th recieved an email saying install booked for 12th .yet again a no show , when i contacted them was offered no explanation only ask if i wanted to book a 3rd install date . needless to say i declined . plz plz speaking from experience their customer service is non existent , and i wouldnt trust them to change a tap washer never mind install a replacement boiler.

Worst service possible. Lady who claims to be manager has the worst attitude, no people skills and whenever she is challenged about bad workmanship she cuts the call. Who actually owns this business as they need to be struct off.

Not actually worth a star. Days prior to the heating being installed they wanted at least £1500 to pay for scaffolding. Reported to Trading standards as a scam
