Excellent service as always from Jonathan and the team at JD Mounsey! Jonathan came out and gave fantastic advice, then carried out a complete rewire, a new boiler, radiators/heating system and a fit a number of bathrooms into our holiday let. They carried out such a good job that we’ve since had them back to fit a new boiler in our home too. Allison always calls me to arrange coming to service everything and it’s so useful to be able to trust the team to let themselves into the holiday let to carry out works alone. Everything is always left so tidy - I’d barely know they have attended! Highly recommend.

Have used this local firm for several years (for aerial, solar, oil boiler) and always found Jonathan's friendly technical advice spot-on, and Allison's customer service likewise. Most recently we decided to replace our ageing oil boiler. After a rapid and reasonable quotation, all the work was done whilst we were abroad. We were confident to entrust this to Jonathan and his team, given our previous experience.

TV engineer David arrived promptly, within 1hr he had installed a new aerial (on high chimney of tall house) fitted cable to TV which improved signal from 62% to 100%. Very tidy and professional. I am delighted.

I felt that I wanted to write this review to say how incredibly happy I am with my new bathroom and boiler installation. The attention to detail has been second to none, from getting excellent advice as to what could be done in the bathroom to the job being carried out. Everyone involved with this work have been courteous, polite and professional. They each did their job with pride and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even on two of the hottest days of the year they never stopped. Each evening they left everywhere neat and tidy and when the job was finished I was left with a beautiful bathroom, a new boiler and all evidence of the work being carried out gone! This is one extremely satisfied customer. My thanks to all involved. I would highly recommend J D Mounsey Ltd.

Good company. £55 + VAT for boiler service. Cannot argue with that.

Can highly recommend Jonathan and his team for all electrical and plumbing works and maintenance. They are always friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. When we need someone in a hurry they are there - every time. Their reminder system for scheduling of works like PAT testing and gas safety certification makes health and safety compliance run incredibly smoothly - a must for any business these days.

We needed help with a leak in the bathroom, water leaking into the downstairs. Thank you for helping us the same day. Impressed.

Totally fantastic company and the team are amazing I've had tv's and such off them all fantastic and fitted. Have had a state of the art cctv system fitted and lots of heating and electrical work done over the last 16 years and all of which has been fantastic. I couldn't recommend a better company.
