H2ecO installed an Air Source Heat Pump for me in January and Solar Panels in February. Everything done on days agreed and all working well. I was able to speak to all teams as necessary and all explained what they would be doing. The various Team Leaders also took time to meet with me as necessary to ensure everything was going well. H2-ecO replaced my broken down gas boiler central heating system with this air source heatpump one around four years ago now. As you can see, I have a very ordinary and quite old little terraced cottage with a little yard out the back. There is this outside unit plus a hot water tank, a control unit and a few other components in the airing cupboard upstairs. They sized the system beautifully. The central heating now circulates warm rather than hot water, but the new larger radiators are more than up to the job. Even on a very cold winter's day the system heats the house to my target temperature within an hour. I have the hot water tank set to a higher temperature and it achieves that comfortably too. The installation team were very professional. I was particularly impressed by the standard of the electrical wiring that they did; upgrading some of my existing installation where it seemed like the right thing to do. Yes, it was quite expensive, but that meant they could afford to do a good job. I haven't had any trouble with the system at all. I think my energy costs are not a great deal different than they used to be when I was using gas (ignoring the general price rises). Electricity is more expensive per kWh but the heatpump uses energy better than 3 times more efficiently so it more or less balances out.

From the initial survey which was thoroughly explained through to the installation the company was very professional. The actual installation was done with very little inconvenience to us and everywhere was left clean and tidy. Advice was given as to use of the system and as a result we have made huge savings on both electricity and also gas (Do not have to use boiler to heat hot water any more!). Would recommend H2Eco to anyone considering having solar energy installed.

H2-eco responded positively right from the start, assessing what type of installation was viable and best suited to my property, and explaining everything thoroughly and in non-technical language which I could understand. Every call has been responded to immediately and the correspondence/documentation immaculate; the whole process was very easy with H2-eco undertaking all the necessary form-filling on my behalf! The installation and annual servicing have been carried out with efficiency, and courtesy, and I am now into my third year of running my air source heat pump, which was soon supplemented by solar panels and a battery. I am incredibly happy with the whole system, and the continuing friendly and efficient support I receive. Their enthusiasm and efficient teamwork to find the most appropriate solution at all stages of the project have been outstanding.

H2Eco provided us with excellent knowledge and advice throughout the process, making the experience of dealing with them a joy. We have a 5kW Solar PV array on 2 sides of our roof, using the latest high-efficiency panels & inverter, which generate decent amounts of energy even on dull days. Service was top-notch, from initial enquiry to the installation - great people to deal with, who really know what they are talking about - I highly recommend them :)

We've dealt with four companies specialising in renewable energy. H2-ecO were by far the best, providing two ASHPs as pictured. Impressively detailed project assessment and planning, installation on time within a tight schedule, great aftercare. Intelligent, pleasant people to interact with as well.

We worked closely with Mike, Ash and the team at H2Eco for our PV and battery storage requirements on our dream home project. It was important to get the right system and not only ensure it was designed for best fit to our home and infrastructure but to make sure it will be cost effective in the long run. H2Eco were genuinely brilliant. They were polite, professional but flexible. Explained everything well and did not mind our questions which were many as this was an important decision for us. Our PV system is now in and up and running and is actually hitting almost exactly, the figures estimated in their proposals. As with most projects and installations we had a few issues but they were always resolved to our satisfaction and we could not ask for more than that. I do not write many reviews but where they are deserved I will and would be happy to recommend H2Eco based on my experiences with them.

What a fantastic company. I first contacted them when the company that installed a solar thermal system stopped trading and my system was leaking. They came immediately and sorted it for me, at a reasonable price. Based on this when I wanted to install an air source heat pump they were the first company I called for advice. Again they came out quickly, together we decided on the best system and where it was going to be installed. It was ordered and fitted in a timely manner. The whole process was simple and not at all stressful. They explained everything to me at the level I could understand, and have continued to help me fine tune the system so it makes the best use of alternative energy and I have been able to totally get rid of the gas supply to my house cutting my energy bills by more than 60%. I can thoroughly recommend this company they are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and really care about their customers both when they are taking your money but more importantly after. Keep up the good work.

We had solar panels and a car charger fitted about 18 months ago. Everything about the product and more importantly the service we received from H2-eco was excellent. They gave the best quote, not he cheapest on paper but they saw the full potential of the roof area. The whole process was handled in an informative and professional way and we were delighted with the performance of tje while system. I recommend them unreservedly.

H2Eco fitted my panels 10 years ago. Cost just over £6000 to include the American panels, the uprated optimisation and inverters, and also the immersun diverter. I have earns just over £600 a year from the FIT, and saved at least the same from using the spare power when sunny. Only had a fuse blow twice, both times it was fixed quickly for free.

Had our air source heat pump installed in July 2020. H2-eco did a fantastic job, and the system has worked perfectly ever since. We did have a problem with the pressure valve on the buffer tank, but that was replaced during the service. The only annoying thing is that we have never been able to monitor the system on the phone app. We were promised that it would be looked at, but that doesn't seem likely to happen. Can't complain, got the full £10k grant, mainly thanks to the company's support. It's difficult to say what the running costs are against the old gas/electric setup. This is due to the energy company cancelling our electric account rather than the gas !! Took months to sort out, and with OVO buying out SSE, we ended up with £2.5k of interest free credit. All said and done we would recommend H2-eco and the heat pump system.

We got in touch with H2-ecO after a review of the village hall by Low Carbon Dorset regarding a more efficient way forward, and we wanted to use a local company if possible. We have been very pleased with them at every stage of selecting the correct system, installation, and maintaining the system. We first installed an air-source heat pump to replace an old oil boiler system, with additional heating in the main hall supplemented by air-to-air heat pumps. The air-to-air heat pumps can also provide air conditioning. Later we had them install solar panels. Both technologies were recommended by Low Carbon Dorset. We have no problem in recommending H2-ecO for your renewable energy requirements.

H2-eco fitted an air source heat pump at my property. Communication was fantastic throughout and the team were very patient answering all my questions. The install team, were very clean and tidy, I was only without hot water for one night which is remarkable. The heat pump has worked faultlessly since install in February and is very economical to run.

We found H2-ecO a highly professional and knowledgeable company. System has now been in place for 10 years and apart from a couple of panels being replaced under guarantee the system has been very reliable and delivered on performance and cost saving and feed in tariff payments. We are now very close to the system paying for itself. The installation was managed very professionally with minimal impact and was very neat in appearance. We also had the solar edge hot water appliance fitted which means we can switch our gas boiler off during the summer months.

I wanted a local firm but with a decent size. Not just install my solar and battery but KNOW what it was doing to keep my system working over time. H2eco are a very professional company from design to installation, to tuning the system to optimise the performance has been superb. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
