I’ve always had good customer service

I’ve always had good customer service. Recently I spoke to Leah regarding my bill payment etc. The customer service again, was fantastic! She was polite, got back to me promptly and did everything necessary within days. Good communication was used throughout which is sadly lacking these days. I admit that they are not the cheapest providers on the market but for me it’s worth it just for the customer service. Plus it’s greener energy and they pay a living wage to their staff. Some things are worth paying a little extra for and I would never want to change providers if I can help it.

After extensive online research, we chose Good Energy to install solar panels, a battery and an EV charge point to our home; as part of a broader renovation project. All of the staff were very helpful, with prompt responses to any questions throughout the process. The installations took place over 2 days and we were very impressed with all aspects of the work of the install team, including the vital support to get our newly installed system up and running. We had solar panels and a battery installed by Good Energy. From the very start of the process everything went well with good support and information along the way. The office staff, installers and electricians were second to none and clearly cared about doing a good job while also recognising the need for more green energy. Thoroughly recommended.

We recently had our PV system installed by Good Energy. From start to finish it all went very smoothly. Luke explained everything to us and kindly answered our many questions. The system was the ordered, but we had a tight window for installation as it is a holiday let and had to be done between guests. The team arrived as arranged and Matt, Dan, Alex and Charlie went out of their way to conceal cables and do a thoroughly neat job, and it was all finished as per the schedule. Elena in the office organized everything very efficiently. Highly recommended Thank you!

Good Energy Solar (South West) is one of those rare companies that cares about it's customers and makes sure that everything is carried out to the customers satisfaction. They also know their stuff when it comes to EV chargers and fitting them, despite my particular set-up requiring some challenges being overcome, this was easily done. Alex and Charlie were not only professional and knowledgeable they were very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this company.

We just had a storage battery and EV-charger installed. Both had to liaise with our heat pump and solar panels to save a maximum of energy costs. We had chosen Good Energy again as contractor because they had been such a good green energy supplier and so reliable and decent when installing our heat pump. The installation went very smoothly. The engineers Alex and Dan were ever so friendly and competent, keeping us informed about what was going on. They especially took time to explain all the software and apps that we could use. Everything is working fine and we are very happy with the result. N B

Back in April we had a 5kw solar array installed by Wessex ECOEnergy. From the outset to installation, the team where very helpful and thorough. With site visits they planned the installation to have the least visual impact. The installation team were great, very friendly, tidy and reinstated any paving that need to be lifted to lay cabling. We are thoroughly enjoying the financial savings the solar panels are providing. Very satisfying charging our EV directly from the panels. Would certainly recommend them.

We had 8 solar panels and battery storage fitted by Wessex Ecoenergy in April. The company is first class. From initial quote through to consultation and installation, the company is efficient, friendly and professional. The way they have run cables has been given genuine thought and consideration to how it looks and the installation is excellent. We would highly recommend. We have had no problems at all in the initial months and are really happy with the end result.

We recently used Wessex ECOEnergy to install a 5.2 kW solar array on our house. From the first consultation through to the completed work we were kept fully informed with a series of emails and visits to our property. I have nothing but praise for the way the work was completed and would highly recommend anyone to consider using them for their own installation.

Wessex ECOEnergy fitted a Tesla battery for me in February-24. The price they quoted was the best of three companies I approached by some margin. The communication was excellent and the work carried out in a completely professional manner. I wish I had discovered this company sooner. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very pleased with the service from Wessex ECOEnergy they were not the cheapest but offered the right installation for me. I also knew they had a good reputation and I wasn't disappointed. The panel installation was quick and the SolarEdge battery I had installed later. Anyone thinking of going for a small battery don't you will need a 10KW even for a small household. Great service from design to installation.

What can I say. It’s great when you come across a company with real customer values. I wanted to use a local company and struck pure gold with these guys. The initial consultations where first class with any concerns I had fully answered. The project proposal and final designs are very informative. The survey was quick and first rate. I wanted as much of the equipment out on sight but still maximise our personal storage space and this was accommodated brilliantly with suggestions that I had not thought of. The Solar panel fitters on the day were professional, also very informative and very tidy. I went for a battery storage system which was on back order and was fitted a few weeks later. I was always kept informed of any further delays and when a manufactures offer was announced with a time restriction, the team at Wessex defiantly went the extra mile to insure that I could benefit from it. Since having the everything fitted I have had a few questions and each time someone has always got back to me in a timely manner with answers. I really could not ask for better. Thank you

We researched three businesses, all local, asked for quotations from all three, asked lots of questions of all three, and took some time before choosing Wessex ECO Energy. We were very impressed with the prompt responses, the detailed answers, and the helpful tone of the emails we received. Once we had agreed the layout of the panels and the price, the surveyor came to measure up and check where everything would go, and he explained clearly what work would be needed to get all the cables in place. When we encountered a problem with our roof an alternative layout was quickly suggested which made the best of what was possible with the design of our roof. Once the survey was done we were expecting installation a month or more later, but they had a cancellation and the job was started a week after the survey. What professionals! All done in three days, very friendly, polite, hard-working, and tidy. We are very pleased with our panels and are so glad we chose Wessex ECO Energy.

Sometimes projects can go wrong, cause issues or have unforeseen hurdles that can crop up and test one’s resolve. This was one of those projects. A new roof with integrated panels. When I had got to the point of no return and had resided to the fact that I would have to live with the choices that had been made to make good a bad situation I had one more call with Wessex Ecoenergy to discuss where this project would go. The following morning, Martin Hawkins (director) with Debbie Clapp (operations director) had a site meeting with me and we set about trying to find a solution to the unforeseen hurdle. This is where Wessex Ecoenergy’s expertise professionalism and knowledge of fitting solar panels came into its own. Not only could they see that I was unhappy with the outcome they also agreed that something should be done. Within hours we had the roof stripped back to bear bones and Martin had overcome the problem, and set about setting us back on track. Whilst this was happening Debbie was on the phone organising materials, logistics and their fitting teams. All this while she helped strip the roof and shift tiles around. Forty eight hours later I think I had most of the workforce on my roof, not only did Martin want to make sure the roof was completed to a high standard he saw it as a perfect opportunity to train his staff. It was fantastic to watch an employer work so well with his team. For all this work and organising, He and Debbie should be proud of the service they provided. Not only was the project finished on time and on budget, it was finished to a standard that was far beyond my expectations and for this I can only thank Martin, Debbie and all involved. Would I use Wessex EcoEnergy again? Definitely, I have already discussed my next project with them and look forward to completing it with them in the near future. Thankyou to all the team

The service I have received from Wessex Eco has been fantastic, from initial enquiry to after sales care, the whole team are brilliant. They are motivated, articulate, passionate and knowledgeable and have guided myself and my wife through the process in the best possible manner. The survey was conducted in a highly professional manner with all my ‘daft’ questions answered. I cannot praise the installation team enough; your foreman led them incredibly well and it was a pleasure to have them working in and around my house. I was away during the electrical installation, but judging from the neat and tidy state of my house on return I can only assume your electricians are of the same calibre.

After a lot of research we decided that Wessex eco energy sounded the best company to install our solar panels. We started back in September with Luke who spent lots of time on the phone answering my questions and being extremely patient while I grappled with the complexities of modern technology. Next Andy who designed our array and who was also friendly and knowledgeable and put up with me changing my mind several times. Then Nathan came to do an on-site survey, he was polite and helpful and explained in detail how it would all be fixed to the roof and how it would all work. Then we had Jay, Mark & Casper who worked through the rain. They were all very respectful of our house and did an excellent neat job explaining what they were doing as they went along. Lastly Pete arrived, he again was professional and friendly and did an extremely neat job with what looked like hundreds of wires. He gave a very good explanation of how it would all function. Lizzie & Elena in the office we’re helpful and polite each time I spoke to them. Everyone we came in contact with were a credit to their company and we are so pleased that we chose you to do the installation. Thank you.

Really pleased with our solar thermal water installation by Wessex Eco on our self-build, it's a very neat installation. We moved into the house before the gas was connected and in the summer (Sept) this was providing the full house hot water needs.
