We used Flare Electrical for Solar Panel installation on a block of flats. We spent a couple of months communicating with the team and each time they were prompt in their response and highlighted clearly what was needed from us and what we could expect from them and because of this clear communication they were able to complete our solar installation within a single day which amazed me; especially considering most contractor work has issues but not this one. Faye/Saul and the team at Flare took care of everything on their side without us having to interfere, within a couple of days of the install we received all the documents and certifications for the panels. I would happily use Flare for another install and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone whose looking to get solar put in.

Flare are expert electricians and I have found that they respond fairly rapidly to urgent issues. The downside on this occasion is that they were over 11/2 hours late and charged £150 for replacing a fuse on the boiler controller.

Really pleased with response from Flare. Phoned them at 9.30 am and engineer with us at noon who sorted the problem. Had been let down by another Solar company, so will be using Flare again in future. Very impressed.

Great service!!! I spoke with Andy Sykes and told him what i needed done and he then arranged a convenient time for his team to come down and do the work. This was really neatly done and left no mess so i couldn't have asked for any better service from Flare. Thank you everyone involved.

What amazing service. Had an EV charger fitted and it was not a simple, straight-forward job at all but the 2 guys couldn't have worked harder. Arrived at 8am left at gone 5pm, job is neat and besides the fancy new charger, you wouldn't have known they'd be working in and out of the house all day. Highly recommend the company, competitive prices and it was really great to actually deal with people at the company on the phone when I was getting the initial quote etc rather than bots or a general sales office who just wanted the job and money!

Flare Electrical expanded by home battery system in January 2025. Flare were helpful and easy to deal with at the proposal stage. The installation team were polite, helpful and efficient, overcoming issues with key parts not being included from the supplier. I’d definitely deal with this company again.

Flare came to install a Tesla Powerwall for us on one of the coldest days of the year. The guys were prompt and very polite they did a wonderful job despite the freezing temperatures always having time to explain what they were doing. Excellent service I would highly recommend this company.

Installed an EV charger I supplied and an outside double socket. Good communication pre booking. Good price. Carried out professionally and quickly. Harry and Callum who installed it couldn’t have been better.

Had an urgent issue over the weekend so called Andy. He picked up immediately and was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process of getting everything working again. He continued to check in afterwards just to make sure we were okay and that everything was sorted. Lovely guy and excellent service.

Did what they said they would, were very understanding about me trying to work at home at the same time, no problems at all.

We had some general electrical repairs carried out around the house, all at a fair price... Highly recommended!

When buying our house, the electrician came to provide a certificate that the electrics were ok. For the following 6 weeks I couldn't reach them to get the certificate. I was told on the phone that all was ok and it was coming they had just been busy. We proceeded with the purchase based on that call. 18 months later we discover that everything wasn't ok. Has cost us a fortune. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
